Bonus announcement is often seen as a profitable strategy for intra-day trading;to know how useful it can be for position(long-term)investors this study is conducted.30 companies were chosen randomly and a two-tail t-test is *** the p-value of each company at 5%level of significance we found out the number of companies which have given positive numbers for position investors.A generalization method has also been used to see the overall applicability of the *** individual companies fewer number showed positive results after a period of 30 days but using the generalization technique the study proved to be *** are certain limitations to the study as well including non-consideration of any other event which might have taken place,bearing in mind only NSE and BSE and also it includes companies which have made an announcement in the past three years.

目的：研究分析采用ReLEx全飞秒激光微小切口基质透镜取出术（SMILE）治疗近视或近视散光术后视力对比敏感度、像差及干眼发生情况。方法：前瞻性非随机临床研究。收集符合研究标准的600眼接受全面眼科检查,包括矫正远视力、对比敏感度、像差和干眼的评估。SMILE采用Visu Max全飞秒激光系统。术后1,15d及3mo对患者进行随访,并记录术前和术后3mo内的裸眼视力、矫正远视力、像差、干眼和对比敏感度。数据分析采用SPSS（美国,版本17.0）软件。计量资料采用配对t检验统计,计数资料采用Yate卡方检验统计。P〈0.05则差异有统计学意义。结果：本研究包含305例（600眼）患者。其中,10位患者由于屈光参差仅单眼接受SMILE。术后3mo,98.83%眼裸眼视力达到或超过20/20。所有患者矫正远视力无下降并且有37眼（6.17%）提高了一行。术后产生的彗差和球面像差最小。术后早期对比敏感度减少（P〈0.01）,但3mo后增加,特别是低频尤为明显（P=0.43、0.47、0.46）。结论：结果表明,ReLEx~ SMILE治疗近视和近视散光精确安全,与其他屈光手术一样,术后干眼和像差有所增加,但低频对比敏感度的下降不明显。

BACKGROUND Recent data are inconclusive regarding the risk of arrhythmias among young cannabis ***,many young adults use both cannabis and tobacco,which could add a residual confounding effect on ***,we studied young men who have cannabis use disorder(CUD)excluding tobacco use disorder(TUD)to understand their independent association with atrial fibrillation(AF)and related *** To study the association of CUD with AF and related *** We used weighted discharge records from National Inpatient Sample(2019)to assess the baseline characteristics and mortality rates for AF-related hospitalizations in young(18-44 years)men in 1:1 propensity-matched CUD+vs CUD-cohorts without *** Propensity matched CUD+and CUD-cohorts consisted of 108495 young men in each *** analysis showed an increased incidence of AF in black population with *** addition,the CUD+cohort had lower rates of hyperlipidemia(6.4%vs 6.9%),hypertension(5.3%vs 6.3%),obesity(9.1%vs 10.9%),alcohol abuse(15.5%vs 16.9%),but had higher rates of anxiety(24.3%vs 18.4%)and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)(9.8%vs 9.4%)compared to *** adjustment with covariates including other substance abuse,a non-significant association was found between CUD+cohort and AF related hospitalizations(odd ratio:1.27,95%confidence interval:0.91-1.78,P=0.15).CONCLUSION Among hospitalized young men,the CUD+cohort had a higher prevalence of anxiety and COPD,and slightly higher proportion of black *** there were higher odds of AF hospitalizations in CUD+cohort without TUD,the association was statistically *** subgroup analysis showed higher rates of AF in black ***-scale prospective studies are required to evaluate long-term effects of CUD on AF risk and prognosis without TUD and concomitant substance abuse.

Objectives:We aim to describe the efficacy,safety,and characteristics of the Amplatzer Vascular Plug(AVP)II and IV“off-label”use for multiple cardiovascular occlusions in children under 10 ***:Observational retrospective multicenter(2007–2020,6 centers)review of paediatric procedures using AVP II or ***:A total of 125 children(49.6%aged≤1 year,147 lesions)underwent 136 successive procedures(success rate:98.5%)using 169 devices(109 AVP IV,60 AVP II).The mean device diameter was 7.7±3.2 mm(4–20 mm).The median AVP size to vessel diameter ratio was 1.3(0–2).The median age and weight at implantation were 1.0 year(0.01–9.98)and 8.4 kg(1–69).Procedures were heterogeneous(55 patent ductus arteriosus(PDA),28 collaterals,18 sequestrations,22 arteriovenous/veinovenous/coronary fistulas,6 vertical veins,6 conduits,5 ventricular septal defects,7 miscellaneous).Day 1 and 6-month occlusion rates were respectively 94.8%and 98.5%.Major adverse events(MAE)occurred in 5.2%of cases(no procedure-related deaths),and more frequently in weight≤5 kg(p=0.01),younger patients(p=0.03)during PDA closure(p=0.02)of tubular types(p=0.02)using larger devices(p=0.03)and AVP II(p=0.003).Independent predictor of MAE risk was a higher AVP diameter to patient weight ratio(Odds-ratio:2.33,95%confidence interval 1.31–4.13,p=0.004,optimal cut off:1.45).Conclusions:Both AVPs are safe and effective for percutaneous occlusions in children under *** devices represent an alternative“off label”use for well selected paediatric patients.
