Dear Editor, Newcastle disease virus （NDV）, also known as avian paramyxovirus serotype 1 （APMV-1）, is a member of the genus Avulavirus within the family Paramyxoviridae, or- der Mononegavirales （Miller et al., 2010）. Although all isolated NDV strains belong to a single serotype, epi- demiological studies have revealed that the genotype VII strain is currently the most prevalent circulating geno- type worldwide and is associated with many of the most recent outbreaks in China since 1997 （Liu et al., 2007）.

Newcastle disease virus(NDV)and H9N2 subtype Avian influenza virus(AIV)are two notorious avian respiratory pathogens that cause great losses in the poultry *** inactivated commercial vaccines against NDV and AIV have the disadvantages of inadequate mucosal responses,while an attenuated live vaccine bears the risk of *** cell(DC)targeting strategies are attractive for their potent mucosal and adaptive immune-stimulating ability against respiratory *** this study,DC-binding peptide(DCpep)-decorated chimeric virus-like particles(cVLPs),containing NDV haemagglutinin–neuraminidase(HN)and AIV haemagglutinin(HA),were developed as a DC-targeting mucosal vaccine ***-decorated cVLPs activated DCs in vitro,and induced potent immune stimulation in chickens,with enhanced secretory immunoglobulin A(sIgA)secretion and splenic T cell differentiation.40μg cVLPs can provide full protection against the challenge with homologous,heterologous NDV strains,and AIV *** addition,DCpep-decorated cVLPs could induce a better immune response when administered intranasally than intramuscularly,as indicated by robust s IgA secretion and a reduced virus shedding *** together,this chimericVLPs are a promising vaccine candidate to control NDV and AIV H9N2 and a useful platform bearing multivalent antigens.

目的 :评价血清烯醇化酶及其 β-同工酶在急性心肌梗死 (AMI)诊断中的意义。方法 :对58例 AMI、38例非 AMI的心脏病、13例肌肉损伤的患者及 51例正常健康人应用免疫抑制法测定血清烯醇化酶β-同工酶活力。结果 :AMI患者血清烯醇化酶总活力及其β-同工酶活力均明显高于非 AMI患者和正常人。其敏感性分别为 93.0 %和 10 0 % ,特异性为 89.6 %和 92 .3%。结论 :血清烯醇化酶及其 β-同工酶具有升高时间早和持续时间长的特点 ,有助于 AMI的早期诊断 ,按时间序列动态观察有助于了解

Newcastle Disease virus(NDV) causes a severe and economically significant disease affecting almost the entire poultry industry ***,factors that affect NDV replication in host cells are poorly *** kinase inhibitory protein(RKIP) is a physiologic inhibitor of c-RAF kinase and NF-κB signaling known for their functions in the control of immune response as well as tumor invasion and *** the present study we investigated the consequences of overexpression of host RKIP during viral *** demonstrate that NDV infection represses RKIP expression thereby promoting virus *** upregulation of RKIP in turn acts as a potential antiviral defense mechanism in host cells that restricts NDV replication by repressing the activation of Raf/MEK/ERK and IκBα/NF-κB signaling *** results not only extend the concept of linking NDV-host interactions,but even reveal RKIP as a new class of protein-kinase-inhibitor proteins that affects NDV replication with therapeutic *** In summary,we show that NDV infection represses host RKIP expression,which subsequently results in enhanced Raf/MEK/ERK signaling and IκBα/NF-κB pathway activation,since this pathway is usually inhibited by RKIP activity(Fig.3E).NDV replication however requires Raf/MEK/ERK and IκBα/NF-κB signaling,and virus propagation is therefore less efficient if these pathways are obstructed(Fig.3F).Targeted overexpression of RKIP therefore can be exploited as an antiviral defense mechanism and the results of this study could help not only to improve our understanding of NDV host interactions but even more suggests an new avenue for the development of novel antiviral strategies.

研究生教育水平质量的高低对"双一流"建设具有很大影响,预防兽医学科研究生课程的科学设置和教学资源的优化配置要具有创新能力的时代意义。自2002年以来,国内外几乎每1-2年发生一起新发或再发重大国际关注的突发公共卫生事件,更凸显预防兽医学领域人才快出的重要性,以适应和对接知识经济时代的需求和国家经济建设发展的需要,研究生教育的深度改革已是势在必行。吉林大学动物医学学院自2009年起针对预防兽医学学科的特点,以"3P课程设置理念",即专业基础课程设置(professional basic courses installation)、进展性内容课程设置(progressive courses design)、前瞻性内容课程设置(prospective courses construction)和"3S课程传授方式",即研讨式授课(seminar)、案例式授课(case analysis)、系统式授课(systematic lectures)的为指导思想,对预防兽医学专业的研究生生课程教育进行了深度改革,通过十年实践和检验收到良好效果,研究生的分析问题和解决问题能力有明显提升。

应用成果导向教育理念,结合多年的实践教学经验,构建《动物性食品检疫学》课程成果导向教学改革体系。分别从课堂教学目标、课堂教学内容、课堂生态、实验教学、考试考核、课程评价会等方面进行阐述。改革措施实施以来,取得一些显著效果,学习成绩有所上升,学生科研兴趣高涨,保研考研的人数增加。本文旨在通过对《动物性食品检疫学》课程的教学改革进行探索,以期提高教学质量,促进人才培养。

代谢综合征与无症状脑梗死的相关性研究

目的探讨代谢综合征（metabolic syndrome,MS）及其各组分与无症状脑梗死（silent cerebral infarction,SCI）的相关性。方法连续收集我科2006年5月至2010年6月健康体检患者959例[男性693例,女性266例,年龄（49.8±9.1）岁],根据修订后的中国人代谢综合征诊断标准,将所有患者分为代谢综合征组（443例）和非代谢综合征组（516例）。比较两组患者无症状脑梗死的患病率并采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归法分析代谢综合征及其各组分与无症状脑梗死的相关性。结果单因素统计分析发现代谢综合征组罹患无症状脑梗死的比例明显高于非代谢综合征组（41.1%vs27.5%,P〈0.000 1）。多因素Logistic回归分析显示代谢综合征与无症状脑梗死发病明显相关（OR=1.73,95%CI：1.24~2.41,P=0.001 2）,在代谢综合征各组分内高血压（OR=1.40,95%CI：1.05~1.88,P=0.023 0）、糖尿病（OR=1.75,95%CI：1.23~2.48,P=0.001 9）也是无症状脑梗死的独立危险因素,而其他组分无统计学意义。结论代谢综合征与无症状脑梗死关系密切,代谢综合征是无症状脑梗死的独立危险因素。

目的:探讨头胸导联(HC导联)心电图对右心室心肌梗死(RVI)的诊断价值。方法:对经临床、生化和冠状动脉造影证实的25例RVI患者进行心电图HC导联与 Wilson导联的同步对比观察。另选 49 例正常人作对照。结果:①对照组HC导联中HV3R^HV8R的QRS波多呈 Rs或 R型,越往右越明显,无≥2 个相邻导联出现Q波。②RVI者HV3R^HV8R的QRS波形态多为 QS形,且 HL3、HO、HR3 导联也以 QS型为主。25例RVI患者HC导联心电图的诊断符合率高于Wilson导联(84.0%∶52.0%,P<0.05)。③下壁梗死时,HL3、HO、HR3 导联Q波的出现与Wilson导联上Ⅱ、Ⅲ和aVF导联有很好的一致性。结论:RVI时HC导联心电图图形变化明显,所涉及的导联多,明显优于Wilson导联。
