Excessive inflammation post-traumatic spinal cord injury(SCI)induces microglial activation,which leads to prolonged neurological ***,the mechanism underlying microglial activation-induced neuroinflammation remains poorly ***(RUX),a selective inhibitor of JAK1/2,was recently reported to inhibit inflammatory storms caused by SARS-CoV-2 in the ***,its role in disrupting inflammation post-SCI has not been *** this study,microglia were treated with RUX for 24 hours and then activated with interferon-γfor 6 *** results showed that interferon-γ-induced phosphorylation of JAK and STAT in microglia was inhibited,and the mRNA expression levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1β,interleukin-6,and cell proliferation marker Ki67 were *** further in vivo experiments,a mouse model of spinal cord injury was treated intragastrically with RUX for 3 successive days,and the findings suggest that RUX can inhibit microglial proliferation by inhibiting the interferon-γ/JAK/STAT ***,microglia treated with RUX centripetally migrated toward injured foci,remaining limited and compacted within the glial scar,which resulted in axon preservation and less ***,the protein expression levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1β,and interleukin-6 were *** neuromotor function of SCI mice also *** findings suggest that RUX can inhibit neuroinflammation through inhibiting the interferon-γ/JAK/STAT pathway,thereby reducing secondary injury after SCI and producing neuroprotective effects.

Photovoltaic metal halide perovskite solar cells(PSCs) convert light to electricity more efficiently than crystalline silicon cells, and the cost of materials used to make them is lower than that of silicon *** efficiency is not a core issue affecting the application of perovskite solar cells in special *** present, stability is the major technical encounters that hinders its further commercial development. Microstrain in PSCs is currently a significant factor responsible for the device's instability. Strain-induced ion migration is widely believed to accelerate perovskite degradation even when external stimuli are ***, it is imperative to study strain to enhance the stability of PSCs. This paper reviews recent developments to understand strain's origin and effect mechanisms on performance of PSCs, including ion migration,failure behavior, defect formation, and its effect on photoelectric properties, stability, and ***, several well-known strain management strategies are systematically introduced based on the strain effect mechanism and strain engineering on the film, providing more clues for further preparation with increased stability. The manipulation of external physical strain applied from films to entire devices has been extensively studied. Furthermore, recommendations for future research directions and chemical approaches have been provided. It is emphasized that strain engineering plays a crucial role in improving the efficiency and longevity of PSCs. Tensile strain causes rapid degradation, while moderate compressive strain and external strain control could improve properties and stability. Efforts should focus on controlling compressive strain to mitigate residual tensile strain and introducing it in a controlled manner. Future research endeavors may focus on exploring these pathways to improve the efficiency and lifespan of PSCs.

Sodium-ion batteries （SIBs） with organic electrodes are an emerging research direction due to the sustainability of organic materials based on elements like C,H,O,and sodium ***,organic electrode materials for SIBs are mainly used as cathodes because of their relatively high redox potentials（>1 V）.Organic electrodes with low redox potential that can be used as anode are ***,a novel organic anode material （tetrasodium 1,4,5,8-naphthalenetetracarboxylate,Na4TDC） has been developed with low redox potential （<0.7 V） and excellent cyclic *** three-sodium storage mechanism was demonstrated with various in-situ/ex-situ spectroscopy and theoretical calculations,showing a high capacity of 208 mAh/g and an average decay rate of merely 0.022%per ***,the Na4TDC-hard carbon composite can further acquire improved capacity and cycling stability for 1200 cycles even with a high mass loading of up to 20 mg *** pairing with a thick Na3V2（PO4）3cathode (20.6 mg cm-2),the as-fabricated full cell exhibited high operating voltage （2.8 V）,excellent rate performance and cycling stability with a high capacity retention of 88.7% after 200 cycles,well highlighting the Na4TDC anode material for SIBs.

Optorsim provides simulations of file replication strategies such as replica placement, replication scheduling, replica consistency maintenance, etc. However, to assess a replica strategy a researcher must write network configuration files and repeatedly modify parameters, which is inefficient. In this article, a scale-free algorithm is developed to generate network topology which is loaded into Optorsim, and a graphical user interface （GUI） is implemented to set all configuration parameters and algorithm parameters. Moreover, a new replica placement strategy, the replica creation （PC） algorithm, is proposed based on ＇social ability＇. Through the GUI, parameters could be conveniently modified to debug proposed algorithm. The simulation results demonstrate that the RC algorithm can reduce both processing time and storage consumption. Meanwhile, the simulation experience shows that working with Optorsim through the GUI is efficient.

Municipal solid waste incineration bottom ash(MSWIBA) is a complex assemblage of aluminosilicate materials encompassing diverse solid wastes. Thus, its complexity poses great challenges to their resource utilization. For the sake of the alkali activation use of MSWIBA, this work focused on the characterizations and alkaline leaching experiments of various classified MSWIBA after sorting. Among the different categories of MSWIBA, waste glass(BA-G) and other unidentified slags(BA-O) were identified as potential precursors for alkali activation use. The alkaline leaching experiments proved that alkaline concentration, reaction temperature, reaction time, and raw material classification influenced the leaching process and results. Among these, the Si/Al chemical bonding environments from the material type played a pivotal role. When the materials had Qn(n>2) as the primary bonding structure, steric hindrance by the chain frameworks affected the alkali dissolution process, resulting in gradual disintegration from the outer layers inward. For the materials dominated by Q1frameworks, OH-could penetrate the frameworks, leading to their rapid depolymerization and outward dissolution. Overall, the Si/Al bonding environment played a crucial role in alkaline dissolution, providing theoretical guidance for classifying the alkali-activation utilization of MSWIBA and other aluminosilicate solid wastes.

API(application programming interface)documentation is critical for developers to learn ***,it is unclear whether API documentation indeed improves the API learnability for *** this paper,we focus on two types of API documentation,i.e.,official API tutorials and API crowd ***,we analyze API coverage and check API consistencies in API documentation based on the API ***,we conduct a survey and extract several characteristics to analyze which API documentation can help developers learn *** findings show that:1)API crowd documentation can be regarded as a supplement to the official API tutorials to some extent;2)the concerns for frequently-used APIs between different types of API documentation show a huge mismatch,which may prevent developers from deeply understanding the usages of APIs through only one type of API documentation;3)official API tutorials can help developers seek API information on a long page and API crowd documentation could provide long codes for a particular programming *** findings may help developers select the suitable API documentation and find the useful information they need.

Threonine-substituted serine octamer ions were generated by electrospray ionization（ESI） and investigated by mass spectrometry and infrared photodissociation（IRPD） spectroscopy. IRPD spectra of[L-Ser_7＋ L/D-Thr_1]H~＋and [L-Ser_6＋ L/D-Thr_2]H~＋were obtained in the range of 2700–3600 cm^（-1）. Chiral differentiation was achieved by comparing their IRPD spectra. The main difference located in the range of 3300–3500 cm^（-1）. And the results indicate the substitution of L-Ser by D-Thr could weaken the intermolecular H-bonds and loosen the original structures of serine octamers.
