Effects of cognitive behavior therapy combined with Baduanjin in patients with colorectal cancer

BACKGROUND Cancer-related fatigue(CRF)is the most common concomitant symptom in the treatment of colorectal cancer(CRC).Such patients often present with subjective fatigue state accompanied by cognitive dysfunction,which seriously affects the quality of life of *** To explore the effects of cognitive behavior therapy(CBT)combined with Baduanjin exercise on CRF,cognitive impairment,and quality of life in patients with CRC after chemotherapy,and to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for rehabilitation of CRC after *** Fifty-five patients with CRC after radical resection and chemotherapy were randomly divided into either an experimental or a control *** experimental group received the intervention of CBT combined with exercise intervention for 6 mo,and indicators were observed and measured at baseline,3 mo,and 6 mo to evaluate the intervention *** Compared with the baseline values,in the experimental group 3 mo after intervention,cognitive function,quality of life score,and P300 amplitude and latency changes were significantly better(Prences in CRF,P300 amplitude,and quality of life score(Prences in P300 latency and cognitive function(Prences(P<0.01).The total score of CRF and the scores of each dimension were negatively correlated with quality of life(P<0.05),while the total score of cognitive impairment and the scores of each dimension were positively correlated with quality of life(P<0.05).CONCLUSION CBT combined with body-building Baduanjin exercise can improve CRF and cognitive impairment in CRC patients after chemotherapy,and improve their quality of life.

Design of TRIP Steel With High Welding and Galvanizing Performance in Light of Thermodynamics and Kinetics

A new type of transformation induced plasticity （TRIP） steel with not only high strength and high ductility but also superior welding and galvanizing properties was designed and developed recently. Low carbon and low silicon content were preliminarily selected with the aim of meeting the requirements of superior quality in both welding and galvanizing. Phosphorus was chosen as one of the alloying elements, because it could reduce carbon activity in cementite and increase the stability of austenite. In addition, the possibility of phosphorus segregating at grain boundary was also discussed by thermodynamics as well as kinetics. Phase diagram was estimated at high temperature and the composition of the steel was then selected in the hyperperitectic range to avoid problems, which might occur in sheet steel continuous casting. Phase diagram in the *** temperature was estimated for the steel to obtain the starting temperature of fast cooling. For understanding the minimum rate of fast cooling, pearlite growth kinetics was calculated with self-developed diffusion coefficients of elements in grain boundary. Overaging temperature was determined through the calculation of To temperature by both equilibrium and para-equilibrium assumptions, which was different from the current determination, which is only based on an equilibrium estimation.

A new fossil genus of Mesosciophilidae(Diptera,Nematocera) with two new species from the Middle Jurassic of Inner Mongolia,China

A new genus within the family Mesosciophilidae,Jurasciophila ***.,with two new species,J,curvula *** *** *** *** ***.,are described and *** are established based on fossil specimens with bodies and complete *** of them were collected from the late Middle Jurassic Jiulongshan Formation of Daohugou in southeastern Inner Mongolia,*** with two known genera,Mesosciophilina(Kovalev,1985) and Mesosciophilopsis(Blagoderov,1994),the new genus has transitional characters. The distribution pattern of Mesosciophilidae is briefly discussed.

The Development of Hot Rolled Automobile Beam Steel Plates 500L-Z With Excellent Surface Oxide Layer

This paper has determined the compositions and hot rolling processes of the hot rolled beam steel plates with excellent surface oxide layer for automobiles by investigating the oxide layer forming principle and its influence factors,and the feature of the steel oxide *** microstructure,mechanical properties,oxide layer shape and structural composition of the steel plates are analyzed by using metallographic structures examination,SEM analyzing,X-ray diffraction instrument and mechanical properties *** result shows that the trial hot rolled frame steel plates have an excellent oxide layer adhesion,the Fe 3 O 4 proportions is greater than 85% in the oxide layer,and the oxide layer thickness is less than or equal to 10μ*** product has been trial-manufactured more than 100 thousands ton,and used to stamp the beam parts of automobiles straightly in no pickling *** oxide layer scarcely scales off from the steel plates,and the effect is remarkable.

Evaluating patients with chronic venous leg ulcers(CVLUs)is essential to find the underlying *** basic tenets in managing CVLUs are to remove the etiological causes,to address systemic and metabolic conditions,to examine the ulcers and artery pulses,and to control wound infection with debridement and eliminating excessive pressure on the *** first-line treatments of CVLUs remain wound care,debridement,bed rest with leg elevation,and *** to support the efficacy of silver-based dressings in healing CVLUs is *** peroxide is harmful to the growth of granulation tissue in the *** options include a high ligation with or without stripping or ablation of the GSVs depending on venous reflux or ***,not all CVLUs are candidates for surgical treatment because of *** standard care of wound for 4 wk failed to heal CVLUs effectively,use of advanced wound care should be considered based on the available *** pressure wound therapy facilitates granulation tissue development,thereby helping closure of *** split-thickness skin grafting is still the gold standard approach to close huge *** punch graft appears to have a better result than traditional hairless punch graft for *** of adipose tissue or placenta-derived mesenchymal stem cells is a promising therapy for wound *** platelet-rich plasma provides an alternative strategy for surgery for safe and natural healing of the *** confirmative efficacy of current advanced ulcer therapies needs more robust evidence.

Microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of Mg-12Zn-2Y alloy containing quasicrystal phase fabricated by different casting processes

Although icosahedral quasicrystal phase(denoted as I-phase)has been verified as an outstanding reinforcing phase,the mechanical properties of quasicrystal-reinforced Mg-Zn-Y alloys fabricated by traditional casting processes are still unsatisfactory due to the serious segregation of intermetallic *** this study,the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-12Zn-2Y alloy fabricated by different casting processes,including permanent mold casting,squeeze casting and rheo-squeeze casting with ultrasonic vibration,were systematically investigated and *** results show that massive,large-sized I-phase and Mg7Zn3 phase gather together in the permanent mold cast sample,while the squeeze casting process leads to the transformation of I-phase into fine lamellar morphology and the amount of Mg7Zn3 *** to the rheo-squeeze casting process,when the ultrasonic vibration is exerted with power from 800 W to 1,600 W,theα-Mg grains are refined and spheroidized to a large extent,and the lamellar spacing of the eutectic structure is significantly reduced,accompanied by some tiny granular I-phase scattering in theα-Mg ***,when the ultrasonic power continuously increases to 2,400 W,the eutectic structure becomes *** best mechanical properties of the rheo-squeeze cast alloy are obtained when the ultrasonic power is 1,600 *** microhardness,yield strength,ultimate tensile strength and elongation are 79.9 HV,140 MPa,236 MPa,and 3.25%,which are 44.1%,26.1%,25.5%,132.1%respectively higher than the corresponding values of the squeeze casting sample,and are 47.6%,44.3%,69.8%,and 253.3%respectively higher than the corresponding values of the permanent mold casting sample.

目的:具有记忆特性的振子系统的模态选择对初始值具有敏感性。本文旨在探讨初始值控制的振子的耦合同步稳定一致性问题。创新点:1.两个周期振子耦合后达到混沌同步;2.周期振子和混沌振子耦合后达到周期性振荡同步。方法:1.通过分岔分析,研究振荡模态和初始值选择之间的关系(图2、6和8);2.通过数值计算,研究两个周期振子在耦合下的混沌同步关系(图7);3.通过计算同步因子和斑图,分析同步一致性对耦合强度与记忆函数增益的依赖程度(图9和10);4.通过现场可编程门阵列验证动力系统模态对初始值的依赖程度(图11和12)。结论:1.具有记忆函数的非线性振子的动力学行为(如吸引子)在参数固定的情况下与初始值选取有关。2.不同类型振子的耦合可以达到多样同步行为;周期振子耦合达到混沌同步;周期振子耦合混沌振子可以抑制混沌。3.包含记忆函数的振子网络耦合同步非常困难。

Two new Jurassic stoneflies (Insecta: Plecoptera) from Daohugou, Inner Mongolia, China

Two new genera and two new species of family Taeniopterygidae, Mengitaenioptera multiramis gen. et sp. nov. and Noviramonemoura trinervis gen. et sp. nov. are described. These fossils were collected from Daohugou Village (the Middle Jurassic), Inner Mongolia, China. Hitherto, these fossil species from Daohugou are the oldest taeniopterygids. Both simple and complex venations simultaneously occurred in this group, which reveals that the early diversification of taeniopterids was well underway by the Middle Jurassic. Therefore, we prefer to adopt the Comstock’s opinion that the venation of taeniopterids was derived from the simple venation of the older group (such as Palaeonemouridae) at much ancient geological time ago. Some of the descendants carried this simple venation; others evolved into complex venation with many additional crossveins and branches.
