In late 2019,heavy restrictions were enforced on public activities worldwide to diminish the spread of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(sARs-CoV-2)virus[1].These restrictions,which included school closures and strictly limited sports and leisure opportunities,particularly impacted children and adolescents[2].Lifestyle changes in children and adolescents led to reduced physical activity levels[2,3],increased sedentary behavior[3,4],changes in eating habits,and changes in sleep habits[3].

本文采用玻璃毛细管产生了大气环境中工作的2.5 MeV质子外束微束,并对束斑直径及能量分布随玻璃毛细管与束流方向之间角度(倾角)变化进行测量.测量结果表明,在玻璃毛细管轴向与束流方向一致时(倾角为0°),产生的微束中存在保持初始入射能量的直接穿透部分以及散射部分,其中直接穿透的质子占比最大,束斑直径也最大.随着玻璃毛细管倾角的增大,当其大于几何张角时,束斑直径变小,产生的微束全部为能量减小的散射部分,直接穿透质子消失.我们对质子在玻璃毛细管内传输时的内壁散射过程进行了模拟计算及离子轨迹分析,发现大角度的散射部分决定了形成的外束微束斑外围轮廓,而束斑中心区域由不与毛细管内壁产生任何作用的直接穿透离子构成,其大小由玻璃毛细管出口直径以及几何容许张角决定.采用玻璃毛细管产生的外束微束具有产生简单廉价,微束区域定位简单的特点,有望在辐射生物学、医学、材料等领域得到广泛应用.

Immunological memory represents the ability of specific immune cells to recall an encounter with a cognate *** results in an immediate response upon a second exposure to the same infectious ***,conventional memory T cells are generated after encountering specific foreign *** contrast,a group of innate memory T cells develops without initial exposure to foreign antigen that specifically binds to a cognate T cell receptor.1 These naturally occurring memory-like T cells,also known as“virtual”memory T cells,are generated under steady-state *** accumulate during aging in both humans and mice.2 By comparing the TCR repertoire of young and old mice,an early study identified age-dependent clonal expansion and age-related changes in CD8^(+) but not CD4^(+) T cells.3 Interestingly,more than 50%of CD62L^(hi)CD44^(hi) central memory T cells in the peripheral blood of aged naive mice have been suggested to represent virtual memory T cells based on their lower expression levels of CD49d.4 Infection studies in mice employing Listeria monocytogenes showed that both virtual memory T cells and conventional antigen-specific memory T cells were able to provide protection.5 However,in contrast to virtual memory T cells,conventional memory T cells produced fivefold higher levels of IFN-γupon short-term in vitro TCR stimulation.

Type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1D)is an autoimmune disease that is characterized by a progressive infiltration of autoreactive T cells into the pancreatic islets and the destruction of insulin-producing beta cells.1 It is generally assumed that T1D is initiated by yet unidentified T cells that escape from thymic negative selection2 and trigger an initial destruction of beta cells.3 These initial hits could generate suitable conditions in beta cells and/or in islets that favor the coactivation and amplification of autoreactive T cells directed against a broad spectrum of beta cell-specific antigens,such as GAD65,IGRP,and IA-2.

In addition to susceptibility to infections,conventional primary immunodeficiency disorders(PIDs)and inborn errors of immunity(IEI)can cause immune dysregulation,manifesting as lymphoproliferative and/or autoimmune *** can be the prominent phenotype of PIDs and commonly includes cytopenias and rheumatological diseases,such as arthritis,systemic lupus erythematosus(sLE),and sjogren’s syndrome(sjs).Recent advances in understanding the genetic basis of systemic autoimmune diseases and PIDs suggest an at least partially shared genetic background and therefore common pathogenic ***,we explore the interconnected pathogenic pathways of autoimmunity and primary immunodeficiency,highlighting the mechanisms breaking the different layers of immune tolerance to self-antigens in selected IEI.

In the ANsICHT project that was jointly carried out by DBE TECHNOLOGY Gmb H,BGR,and GRs g Gmb H,two generic geological site models were used to develop a first draft of a methodology to demonstrate the safety of a high-level waste(HLW) repository in argillaceous formations in Germany,taking into account the regulatory *** main results of the project are characterised by the developed repository concepts adapted to the geological *** specific quantifications of the integrity criteria and their exemplary application with calculational proofs were used to demonstrate the integrity of the host *** development of site-specific FEP(features,events,and processes) cataloges provided a complete system description for evaluation of the repository *** developed work flow of the demonstration concept illustrated the complete sequence of the safety proof in a transparent *** shows that various steps have to be performed,possibly iteratively,to provide a successful safety *** results form a useful tool in the pending search for a HLW repository site,especially when providing a basis for comparing safety analyses of different sites in Germany.

本文搭建了4.2 kW标准化的旋流燃烧机理实验台,通过调节配风构造了三种旋流强度(旋流数s=0、0.5和0.9)的燃烧工况,测量并比较了不同旋流数下的流场结构及温度特性。相比直流燃烧火焰,全旋流燃烧火焰=的长度缩短,径向展宽增大。基于OpenFOAM对各工况的数值模拟结果与试验测得的火焰形貌、回流区结构及温度分布特性吻合较好。利用拉格朗日方法追踪了直径40μm颗粒在旋流场中的运动轨迹,发现部分颗粒被回流区卷吸重新进入高温区。分析颗粒运动轨迹上的聚并核函数演化,发现其在高温回流区取值较大,在下游随着温度和湍流耗散率的降低而逐渐减小。本研究为煤粉旋流燃烧过程中的细颗粒物生成提供了前期的基础。
