This paper discusses the cancellation of Near End Crosstalk （NEXT） and Far End Crosstalk （FEXT） using a non-parametric wavelet denoising *** noise is estimated using Heuristic stein’s Unbiased Risk Estimate （sURE） and Bayesian risk minimization threshold *** noise level estimated by a threshold function is used by thresholding rules to mitigate the effect of noise in the signal.A comparison of rates achieved with three thresholding techniques viz;soft thresholds,hard thresholds and a garrote threshold have been *** obtained with AWGN,24 ADsL NEXT and 24 ADsL FEXT disturbers show a significant improvement in Rate reach performance upwards of 4 *** computational complexity in the wavelet denoising technique is independent of the number of crosstalk sources and hence can be suitable candidate for a practical deployment of mitigation of cross talk.

The present investigation reports the soxhlet assisted solvent extraction technique to derive the oil from seeds of the rain *** optimization of the factors affecting the extraction process has been carried out by Response surface Methodology(RsM)technique,and a Box-Behnken Design(BBD)consisting of three process variables has been developed to optimize the yield of *** the RsM technique,the predicted optimum oil yield of 11.15%at an optimized condition of powder weight of 20 g,volume of solvent of 380 mL,and extraction time of 6 *** physiochemical properties of the oil showed liquid greenish-yellow with 0.88,1.473 of specific gravity and refractive index,***,the moisture content,free fatty acid,acid value,saponification value,iodine value,and peroxide value were found to be 0.16%,13.615,27.23,187.1 mg KOH per g oil,65.8 g I_(2) per 100 g,and 4.02 meq O_(2) per kg,*** the obtained results,it was found that the extracted oil could be used for various applications.

since COVID-19 infections are increasing all over the world,there is a need for developing solutions for its early and accurate diagnosis is a *** for COVID-19 include screeningmethods like Chest X-rays and Computed Tomography(CT)*** work must be done on preprocessing the datasets,such as eliminating the diaphragm portions,enhancing the image intensity,and minimizing *** addition to the detection of COVID-19,the severity of the infection needs to be *** HsDC model is proposed to solve these problems,which will detect and classify the severity of COVID-19 from X-ray and CT-scan *** CT-scan images,the histogram threshold of the input image is adaptively determined using the ICH swarm Optimization segmentation(ICHseg)*** on the statistical and shape-based feature vectors(FVs),the extracted regions are classified using a Hybrid model for CT images(HsDCCT)*** the infections are detected,it’s classified as Normal,Moderate,and severe.A fused FHI is formed for X-ray images by extracting the features of Histogram-oriented gradient(HOG)and Image profile(IP).The FHI features of X-ray images are classified using Hybrid support Vector Machine(sVM)and Deep Convolutional Neural Network(DCNN)HsDCX algorithm into COVID-19 or else Pneumonia,or *** results have shown that the accuracy of the HsDC model attains the highest of 94.6 for CT-scan images and 95.6 for X-ray images when compared to sVM and *** study thus significantly helps medical professionals and doctors diagnose COVID-19 infections quickly,which is the most needed in current years.

Nanomedicine is an emerging field concerned with the use of precision engineered nanomaterials, which leads to the development of novel remedial and diagnostic modalities for human use. In this study, Cu(NO_3)_2 and Ag NO_3 precursors were reduced to copper nanoparticles(Cu NPs) and silver nanoparticles(Ag NPs) using Terminalia arjuna bark extracts under microwave irradiation in the presence of well-dispersed multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) in aqueous medium. The formation of Cu NPs or Ag NPs and their functionalization with MWCNTs via bioactive molecules of plant extract were evidenced from UV–Vis spectra, XRD, FTIR, FEsEM, EDX, and TEM images. The phytochemically functionalized Cu-MWCNTs and Ag-MWCNTs nanomaterials showed enhanced biocide activity, and the inhibitory activity for bacteria was higher than that of fungus. Furthermore, these biohybrid nanomaterials are non-toxic to normal epithelial cells(Vero), whereas they are highly toxic for tested human cancer cells of MDA-MB-231, He La, si Ha, and Hep-G2. The cell viability was found to decrease with the increasing dose from 10 to 50 lg m L^(-1), as well as incubation time from 24 to 72 h. For instance, the cell viability was found to be *91 % for normal Vero cells and *76 % for cancer cells for lower dose of 10 lg m L^(-1).
