This study explores the effects of electro-magneto-hydrodynamics,Hall currents,and convective and slip boundary conditions on the peristaltic propulsion of nanofluids(considered as couple stress nanofluids)through porous symmetric *** phenomena of energy and mass transfer are considered under thermal radiation and heat source/*** governing equations are modeled and non-dimensionalized under appropriate dimensionless *** resulting system is solved numerically with MATHEMATICA(with an in-built function,namely the Runge-Kutta scheme).Graphical results are presented for various fluid flow quantities,such as the velocity,the nanoparticle temperature,the nanoparticle concentration,the skin friction,the nanoparticle heat transfer coefficient,the nanoparticle concentration coefficient,and the trapping *** results indicate that the nanoparticle heat transfer coefficient is enhanced for the larger values of thermophoresis ***,an intriguing phenomenon is observed in trapping:the trapped bolus is expanded with an increase in the Hartmann ***,the bolus size decreases with the increasing values of both the Darcy number and the electroosmotic parameter.

In the agriculture field,one of the recent research topics is recognition and classification of diseases from the leaf images of a *** recognition of agricultural plant diseases by utilizing the image processing techniques will minimize the reliance on the farmers to protect the agricultural *** this paper,Recognition and Classification of Paddy Leaf Diseases using Optimized Deep Neural Network with Jaya Algorithm is *** the image acquisition the images of rice plant leaves are directly captured from the farm field for normal,bacterial blight,brown spot,sheath rot and blast *** pre-processing,for the background removal the RGB images are converted into HSV images and based on the hue and saturation parts binary images are extracted to split the diseased and non-diseased *** the segmentation of diseased portion,normal portion and background a clustering method is *** of diseases is carried out by using Optimized Deep Neural Network with Jaya Optimization Algorithm(DNN_JOA).In order to precise the stability of this approach a feedback loop is generated in the post processing *** experimental results are evaluated and compared with ANN,DAE and *** proposed method achieved high accuracy of 98.9%for the blast affected,95.78%for the bacterial blight,92%for the sheath rot,94%for the brown spot and 90.57%for the normal leaf image.

With the growing interest in utilizing Mg and austenitic stainless steel(ASS)in the automotive sector,joining them together in three-sheet configuration is ***,achieving this task presents considerable challenges due to the large differences in their physical,metallurgical and mechanical *** overcome these challenges,the feasibility of using weld-bonding to join Mg alloy/ASS/ASS was *** nugget formation,interface characteristics,microstructure and mechanical properties of the joints were *** results show that the connection between the Mg alloy and upper ASS was achieved through the combined effect of the cured adhesive and weld-brazing in the weld *** the other hand,a metallurgical bond was formed at the ASS/ASS *** Mg nugget microstructure exhibited fine columar grains composed predominantly of primaryα-Mg grains along with a eutectic mixture ofα-Mg andβ-*** nugget formed at the ASS/ASS interface consisted largely of columnar grains of austenite,with some equiaxed dendritic grains formed at the centerline of the *** weld-bonded joints exhibited an average peak load and energy absorption of about 8.5 kN and 17 J,respectively(the conventional RSW joints failed with minimal or no load application).The failure mode of the joints changed with increasing welding current from interfacial failure via the Mg nugget/upper ASS interface to partial interfacial failure(part of the Mg nugget was pulled out of the Mg sheet).Both failure modes were accompanied by cohesive failure in the adhesive zone.

Watermarking is the advanced technology utilized to secure digital data by integrating ownership or copyright *** of the traditional extracting processes in audio watermarking have some restrictions due to low reliability to various ***,a deep learning-based audio watermarking system is proposed in this research to overcome the restriction in the traditional *** implication of the research relies on enhancing the performance of the watermarking system using the Discrete Wavelet Transform(DWT)and the optimized deep learning *** selection of optimal embedding location is the research contribution that is carried out by the deep convolutional neural network(DCNN).The hyperparameter tuning is performed by the so-called search location optimization,which minimizes the errors in the *** experimental result reveals that the proposed digital audio watermarking system provides better robustness and performance in terms of Bit Error Rate(BER),Mean Square Error(MSE),and Signal-to-noise *** BER,MSE,and SNR of the proposed audio watermarking model without the noise are 0.082,0.099,and 45.363 respectively,which is found to be better performance than the existing watermarking models.

Objective:To investigate the effect of Foeniculum vulgare extract against lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced microglial activation in vitro as well as cognitive behavioral deficits in ***:LPS-activated BV-2 cell viability was measured using MTT assay and reactive oxygen species(ROS)was studied using DCF-DA *** antioxidative enzymes and pro-inflammatory mediators were analyzed using respective ELISA kits and Western *** in vivo testing,LPS(1 mg/kg,i.p.)was given daily for five days in male Swiss albino mice to produce chronic *** and behavioral tests were performed using open-field,passive avoidance,and rotarod experiments in LPS-induced ***:Foeniculum vulgare extract(25,50 and 100μg/mL)significantly attenuated the LPS-activated increase in nitric oxide(NO),ROS,cyclooxygenase-2,inducible NO synthase,IL-6,and TNF-alpha(P<0.05).Moreover,LPS-induced oxidative stress and reduced antioxidative enzyme levels were significantly improved by Foeniculum vulgare extract(P<0.05).The extract also regulated the NF-κB/MAPK signaling in BV-2 *** an in vivo study,Foeniculum vulgare extract(50,100,and 200 mg/kg)markedly mitigated the LPS-induced cognitive and locomotor impairments in *** fingerprinting analysis showed distinctive peaks with rutin,kaempferol-3-O-glucoside,and anethole as identifiable ***:Foeniculum vulgare extract can ameliorate LPS-stimulated neuroinflammatory responses in BV-2 microglial cells and improve cognitive and locomotor performance in LPS-administered mice.

The spatial distribution of laying hens in cage-free houses is an indicator of flock's health and *** larger space allows chickens to perform more natural behaviors such as dustbathing,foraging,and perching in cage-free houses,an inherent challenge is evaluating chickens'locomotion and spatial distribution(e.g.,realtime birds'number on perches or in nesting boxes).Manual inspection of hen's spatial distribution requires closer observation,which is labor intensive,time consuming,subject to human errors,and stress causing on ***,an automated monitoring system is required to track the spatial distribution of hens for early detection of animal welfare and health *** this study,a non–intrusive machine vision method was developed to monitor hens'spatial distribution *** improved You Only Look Once version 5(YOLOv5)method was developed and trained to test hens'distribution in research cage-free facilities(e.g.,200 hens per house).The spatial distribution of hens the system monitored includes perch zone,feeding zone,drinking zone,and nesting *** dataset contains a whole growth period of chickens from day 1 to day *** 3000 images were extracted randomly from recorded videos for model training,validation,and *** 2400 images were used for training and 600 images for testing,*** show that the accuracy of the new model were 87–94%for tracking distribution in different zones for different ages of hens/***'age affected the performance of the model as younger birds had smaller body size and were hard to be detected due to blackness or occultation by *** performance of the model was 0.891 and 0.942 for baby chicks(≤10 days old)and older birds(>10 days)in detecting perching behaviors;0.874 and 0.932 in detecting feeding/drinking *** detection happened when the flock density was high(>18 birds/m2)and chicken body was occluded by other facilities(e.g.,nest boxes,feeders,and p
