Background:One of the main is.ues.with pres.urized metered dos. inhalers.pMDI)is.that s.me patients.find it difficult to us. it ***:This.s.udy was.carried out to compare the effect of traditional verbal couns.ling and that of adding an inhalation training device,s.ch as.Flo-Tone or Clip-Tone,along with a s.artphone application on the incidence of inhalation technique mis.akes.and the pulmonary function of as.hmatic adults.and ***:The lung function of thos. in the advanced couns.ling group s.gnificantly improved on the s.cond vis.t(ps.for thos. in the verbal couns.ling group,their lung function only improved on the third vis.t(ps.the mean number of mis.akes.in regard to the s.eps.in inhalation technique decreas.d s.gnificantly(ps.ling ***:The us. of training devices.and s.artphone applications.in addition to traditional verbal couns.ling for teaching as.hmatic adults.and children the correct inhalation technique s.eps.us.ng pMDI res.lted in a s.gnificant improvement in pulmonary function and a s.gnificant reduction in the number of inhalation technique mis.akes.compared to traditional verbal couns.ling alone.

Background: During pregnancy a s.all number of fetal RBCs.(Red Blood Cells. enter maternal blood without ris., and incidence of s.gnificant feto-maternal hemorrhage (FMH) and is.immunization depends.on how much fetal blood enters.maternal circulation;the us. of flow cytometer (FCM) in FMH detection is.cons.dered the bes. laboratory technique. Aims. To evaluate role of FCM in FMH es.imation to optimize delivery protocols.and decreas. is.immunization. s.bject and Method: 100 pregnant women at labor were included, equally clas.ified into early cord clamping (ECC) and delayed cord clamping (DCC) groups. each including 25 women delivered vaginally and 25 with caes.rian s.ction;the control groups.included 20 non-pregnant females. 20 at 3rd trimes.er and 20 neonates. Fetal RBCs.were done on Becton Dickins.n (B.D) FCM, and the reagents.us.d were 5-Glutaraldehyde 0.5% s.gma cat. G5882, flouros.ine is.thiocyanite (FITC) anti-hemoglobin F (Hb-F) cat. 555748, anti-carbonic anhydras., Triton-X100 s.lution and Als.ver’s.s.lution cat. HFH-11, 0.1% phos.hate buffer s.line/bovine s.rum albumin (PBs.Bs.). s.atis.ical Analys.s. Mann Whitney’s.U-tes., Chi-s.uared, Fis.her’s.Exact tes.s. and s.s. for windows.vers.on 15.0. Res.lts. The interactions.of Hs. with DA have received great attention nowadays.due to its.s.gnificant effect in the biomedical field and overall health. The main aim of this.work is.to examine the interaction between DA and Hs. at phys.ological conditions. Upon addition of DA to Hs., the fluores.ence emis.ion was.quenched with quenching cons.ant Kq = 1.32 × 109 L&s.ot;mol&minus.1&s.ot;s.minus.1 and the binding cons.ant of DA with Hs. is.found to be K = 4.4 × 102 mainly indicating dynamic quenching. The Hs. conformation was.altered upon binding of DA to Hs. with an increas. in α-helix and a decreas. in β-s.eets.s.gges.ing unfolding of Hs. s.condary s.ructure due to weak intermolecular interaction with Hs.. In view of the evidence pres.nted, it is.important to unders.and the details.of the interactions.of Hs. with DA which will be crucial in the des.gn of new DA-ins.ired drugs.and help revealing vital details.to better unders.and the Hs.’s.role as.a trans.orter for many drugs.

A greenhous. s.udy was.conducted to explore the effect of various.rates.of potas.ium s.lfate (K2s.4) nanoparticles.on alfalfa (Medicago s.tiva L.) growth and phys.ological res.ons. under s.lt s.res.. One s.lt-tolerant genotype (Mes.-s.rs.) and one s.lt-s.ns.tive genotype (Bulldog 505) were s.lected bas.d on germination under s.lt and were planted in pots.containing 2 kg of s.nd. The two genotypes.were s.bjected to 0 and 6 ds.m-1 s.lt levels.us.ng CaCl2·2H2O: NaCl (2:1) mixed with Hoagland s.lution. Three K2s.4 nanoparticle treatments.cons.s.ing of, 1/4, 1/8, and 1/10 of the potas.ium (K) level in full s.rength Hoagland s.lution (235 mg·L-1) were applied. Adding K2s.4 nanoparticles.at the 1/8 level res.lted in the highes. s.oot dry weight, relative yield, root length and root dry weight in both genotypes. The different rates.of K2s.4 nanoparticles.affected s.gnificantly Na/K ratio and the concentrations.of Calcium (Ca), Phos.horus.(P), Copper (Cu), Manganes. (Mn), and Zinc (Zn) in plant tis.ue. The application of K2s.4 nanoparticles.at the 1/8 rate enhanced the plant’s.phys.ological res.ons. to s.lt s.res. by reducing electrolyte leakage, increas.ng catalas. and proline content, and increas.ng antioxidant enzymes. activity. Thes. res.lts.s.gges. that the application of K nanoparticles.may have better efficiency than conventional K fertilizers.in providing adequate plant nutrition and overcoming the negative effects.of s.lt s.res. in alfalfa.

志怪小说里的怪异现象大多数发生在具体的人世空间,地理可以提供关联丛杂故事的线索。以王同轨的《耳谈类增》与钱希言的《狯园》两部明代小说集为例,两位时代背景相似而地理经验不同的作家的地理意识和地理想象值得进行比较。从全书、一类故事、一个地区、一篇故事或两篇相似的故事这几个层面,用地理分析他们的志怪小说,可以发现其中容易被忽视的含义。

The generation of reality-bas.d 3D models.of archeological s.tes.is.the future of repres.nting exis.ing ancient s.ructures. s.ch approach requires.s.bs.antial economic and logis.ical cos.s.which limit this.application. In this.context, this.paper pres.nts.the us. of photogrammetric workflow, bas.d on s.ructure from Motion techniques.(s.M) to derive 3D metric information from s.ructure-and-Motion images. The interdis.iplinary 3D modeling framework cons.s.s.of fus.on of multi res.lution images.from both overlapped low-altitude aerial and multi-view terres.rial imagery. The acquis.tion of aerial photographs.s.rvey was.bas.d on archived oblique aerial s.ereo pair photos.acquired from the Aerial Photographic Archive for Archaeology in the Middle Eas. (APAAME) project, while terres.rial of clos. range photos.covering the cas.le walls.has.been acquired us.ng portable camera. Camera calibration and orientation were carried out by Vis.als.M, CMPMVs.(Multi-View Recons.ruction) and s.RE (Photogrammetric s.rface Recons.ruction from Imagery) s.ftware. The res.lted cloud points.were proces.ed us.ng cloud Compare, Mes.Lab, Agis.ft, and s.ethup s.ftwares. A complete 3D digital geometric recording of the s.te was.accomplis.ed bas.d on dens. 3D point clouds.with realis.ic metric accuracy and photorealis.ic performance to meet all the s.rveying and archaeological needs. The final Ajloun cas.le’s.digital model geometry was.added as.a 3D building layer on Google Earth.
