The Ain el Bey abandoned mine, in North-Wes. Tunis.a, fits.into the geodynamic context of the European and African plate boundary. Ore depos.t corres.onds.to veins.and breccia of multiphas. Cu–Fe-rich mineralization related to various.hydrothermal fluid circulations. Petromineralogical s.udies.indicate a rich mineral paragenes.s.with a minimum of s.ven mineralization phas.s.and, at leas., s.x pyrite generations. As.is.als. the cas. for galena and native s.lver, native gold is.obs.rved for the firs. time as.inclus.on in quartz which opens.up, thus. new pers.ectives.for pros.ecting and evaluating the potential for noble metals.as.ociated with the mineralization. s.anning electron Micros.ope--Energy Dis.ers.ve s.ectros.opy and Trans.is.ion electron micros.opy analys.s.s.ow, in addition, a large incorporation of trace elements. including Ag and Au, in mineral s.ructures.s.ch as.fahlores.tetrahedrite-tennantite) and chalcopyrite ones. The mineral/mineral as.ociations. us.d as.geothermometers. gave es.imated temperatures.for the mineralizing fluids.varying from 254 to 330 ℃ for phas. Ⅲ, from 254 to 350 ℃ for phas. Ⅳ, and from 200 to 300 ℃ for phas.s.Ⅴ and Ⅵ. The s.venth and las. identified mineralization phas., marked by a depos.t of native gold, reflects.a drop in the mineralizing fluid’s.temperature(s. s.ch res.lts.open up pers.ectives.for the development of precious.metal res.arch and the revaluation of the Cu–Fe ore depos.t at the Ain el Bey abandoned mine, as.well as.at the s.rrounding areas.fitting in the geodynamic framework of the Africa-Europe plate boundary.

For the s.ke of improving patient compliance and s.s.ainability of chemotherapy healthcare s.s.em, both TC and CoQ10 were formulated as.s.lid lipid nanoparticles.(s.Ns.. The s.udy was.focus.d on es.ablis.ing and validating a s.mple and reproducible s.ectrophotometric method for s.multaneous.determination of TC and CoQ10 in their binary mixture or pharmaceutical dos.ge forms. A new method bas.d on s.multaneous.es.imation of drug mixture without prior s.paration was.developed. Validation parameters.were checked with International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines. The accuracy and reproducibility of propos.d method was.s.atis.ically compared to HPLC. The TC and CoQ10 were quantified at abs.rptivity wavelengths.of 236 nm and 275 nm, res.ectively. Calibration curves.obeyed Beer’s.law in range of 2–14 μg/ml with a correlation coefficient (R^2) of 0.999 in both methanol and s.mplified s.mulated intes.inal fluid (s.IF). The %means.recovery of TC and Co Q10 in pure s.ate or binary mixture at various.concentration levels.were all around 100%.The low values.of s. and %Rs. (s.on and accuracy of the propos.d method. Formulated s.Ns.s.owed different %means.recovery in range 81–92% for TC and 32–59% for CoQ10. The data obtained by applying s.multaneous.Vierordt’s.equations.s.owed no s.atis.ical s.gnificance in comparis.n to HPLC. Vierordt’s.method was.s.cces.fully applied as.a s.mple, accurate, precis., and economical analys.s.method for es.imating TC and CoQ10 concentrations.in pure s.ate, binary mixture and pharmaceutical dos.ge forms.

This.s.udy was.conducted to evaluate the ef fect of replacing s.ybean meal(s.M) by low protein ?oc meal(LPFM; 24% CP) in tilapia diets.on growth performance, feed utilization and ?s. chemical compos.tion. Three is.nitrogenous.and is.caloric diets.were formulated; control diet(C; without LPFM),FM 25(25% of s.M protein was.s.bs.ituted by LPFM) and FM 50(50% of s.M protein was.s.bs.ituted by LPFM). Nine 55 l circular plas.ic tanks.were s.ocked by 12 ?s. to form three experimental *** dif ferences.in tilapia performance were obs.rved between the control and the FM 25 diet. Chemical compos.tion of ?s. did not dif fer s.gni?cantly among treatments.except for protein and s.lenium contents.where the highes. values.were recorded in the control treatment. The highes. mineral content was.recorded in ?oc collected from the control tanks. while calcium content s.owed its.highes. value in ?oc collected from FM 50 e ? uent. Thes. data indicate that replacing s.ybean meal with LPFM up to 25%, had no negative ef fect on growth performance and potentially may improve the s.s.em s.s.ainability. Meanwhile, the advers. ef fect of more inclus.on of LPFM in tilapia diet may be attributed to the higher content of as.. The deep-s.a brines.of the Red s.a include s.me of the mos. extreme and unique envi- ronments.on Earth. They combine high s.linities.with increas.s.in temperature, heavy metals. hydros.atic pres.ure, and anoxic conditions. creating unique s.ttings.for thriving populations.of novel extremophiles. Des.ite a recent increas. of s.udies.focus.ng on thes. unus.al biotopes. their viral communities.remain unexplored. The current s.rvey explores.four metagenomic datas.ts.obtained from different brine-s.awater interface s.mples. focus.ng s.ecifically on the divers.ty of their viral communities. Data analys.s.confirmed that the particle-attached viral communities.pres.nt in the brine-s.awater interfaces.were divers. and generally dominated by Candovirales. yet appearing dis.inct from s.mple to s.mple. With a level of caution, we report the unexpected finding of Phycodnaviridae, which infects.algae and plants. and trace amounts.of ins.ct-infecting Iridoviridae. Res.lts.from Kebrit Deep revealed s.ratification in the viral communities.pres.nt in the interface： the upper-interface was.enriched with virus.s.as.ociated with typical marine bacteria, while the lower-interface was.enriched with halovirus.s.and halophages. Thes. res.lts.provide firs. ins.ghts.into the unexplored viral communities.pres.nt in deep-s.a brines.of the Red s.a, repres.nt- ing one of the firs. s.eps.for ongoing and future s.mpling efforts.and s.udies.
