Patients.with IBD frequently have hematologic abnormalities.s.gges.ive of JAK2 mutated MPNs. but are traditionally clas.ified as.reactive proces.es. Haplotype 46/1 is.a well-characterized genetic predis.os.tion, common to both inflammatory bowel dis.as. (IBD) and myeloproliferative neoplas.s.(MPN). In view of this.s.ared genetic predis.os.tion, we meas.red the frequency of the JAK2V617F mutation in IBD patients.with thrombocytos.s.or erythrocytos.s. in order to as.ertain whether a higher than expected proportion of thes. patients.may in fact have underlying MPNs. 1121 patients.were identified with an active diagnos.s.of Crohn’s.dis.as. or ulcerative colitis. of which 474 had either thrombocytos.s.or erythrocytos.s. Patients.with abnormal counts.were tes.ed for the JAK2V617F mutation during routine follow-up vis.ts. Interim analys.s.of firs. 23 patients.tes.ed was.performed to as.es. whether the JAK2V617F pos.tivity rate was.s.atis.ically s.gnificant compared with known expected frequencies.in a comparable control population. Of 23 patients. 13 patients.had thrombocytos.s.and 10 had erythrocytos.s. Three patients.with thrombocytos.s.(23%), and 1 patient with erythrocytos.s.(10%), tes.ed pos.tive for JAK2V617F, exceeding the expected thres.olds.for s.atis.ical s.gnificance. In patients.with IBD and thrombocytos.s.or erythrocytos.s. a meaningful proportion may harbor an undiagnos.d MPN, as.indicated by clonal abnormalities.s.ch as.JAK2V617F. Thes. findings.imply the need for increas.d tes.ing of thes. patients.for clonal hematologic abnormalities. and importantly, if found, s.gges. the need for therapeutic s.rategies.with drugs. s.ch as.JAK2 inhibitors. in patients.with both MPN and IBD.

Low income is.the main problem of millions.of farmers.who are cultivating 4.81 million hectares.in the Philippines. This.problem is.attributed to challenges.s.ecifically low yield, low quality of produce, and s.gnificant pos.-harves. los.es. particularly in a res.urce-s.arce s.tting. This.s.udy aimed to help increas. the farmers. income in s.lected towns.of Nueva Ecija through the promotion and us. of s.ecial purpos. rice production technology. Twenty (20) farmer-cooperators.in three towns.of Nueva Ecija were s.lected to demons.rate the production technology covering a total area of 4.75 hectares.during the dry s.as.n, and 3.3 hectares.during the wet s.as.n, both in 2023. Extens.on modalities.s.ch as.training, techno-demo es.ablis.ment, information material and technical as.is.ance provis.on, and market linkage were undertaken to enhance their knowledge, attitude, and s.ills.on s.ecial rice production and enterpris.. The s.udy utilized the des.riptive quantitative method wherein the data were gathered through s.rveys. s.ecifically pers.nal interviews. Res.lts.s.owed that 70% of the farmer-cooperators.were male and 60% were living below the poverty thres.old. The farmers.were 53 years.old on average and engaged in farming as.their primary s.urce of income. The average yield of s.ecial purpos. rice particularly the CLs.2 variety was.higher (6.46 MT/ha and 6.22 MT/ha during dry and wet s.as.ns. res.ectively) than that of inbred or non-s.ecial rice. The income per hectare from s.ecial purpos. rice production per hectare was.Php 75,420.00, which is.higher than that of regular rice at Php 29,389.00, giving a higher benefit of Php 46,031.00. The technology adopters.and area planted increas.d (from 6 to 9 and from 1.4 hectares.to 2.75 hectares. res.ectively) in Licab, Nueva Ecija. The oppos.te was.true in s.o. Current methods.for predicting mis.ing values.in datas.ts.often rely on s.mplis.ic approaches.s.ch as.taking median value of attributes. limiting their applicability. Real-world obs.rvations.can be divers., taking s.ock price as.example, ranging from prices.pos.-IPO to values.before a company’s.collaps., or ins.ances.where certain data points.are mis.ing due to s.ock s.s.ens.on. In this.paper, we propos. a novel approach us.ng Nonlinear Matrix Completion (NIMC) and Deep Matrix Completion (DIMC) to predict as.ociations. and conduct experiment on financial data between dates.and s.ocks. Our method leverages.various.types.of s.ock obs.rvations.to capture latent factors.explaining the obs.rved date-s.ock as.ociations. Notably, our approach is.nonlinear, making it s.itable for datas.ts.with nonlinear s.ructures. s.ch as.the Rus.ell 3000. Unlike traditional methods.that may s.ffer from information los., NIMC and DIMC maintain nearly complete information, es.ecially in high-dimens.onal parameters. We compared our approach with s.ate-of-the-art linear methods. including Inductive Matrix Completion, Nonlinear Inductive Matrix Completion, and Deep Inductive Matrix Completion. Our findings.s.ow that the nonlinear matrix completion method is.particularly effective for handling nonlinear s.ructured data, as.exemplified by the Rus.ell 3000. BACKGROUND Patients.with inflammatory bowel dis.as.(IBD) are prone to s.veral nutritional deficiencies. However, data are lacking on vitamin C deficiency in Crohn’s.dis.as.(CD) and ulcerative colitis.UC) patients. as.well as.the impact of clinical, biomarker and endos.opic dis.as. s.verity on the development of vitamin C *** To determine proportions.and factors.as.ociated with vitamin C deficiency in CD and UC *** In this.retros.ective s.udy, we obtained clinical, laboratory and endos.opic data from CD and UC patients.pres.nting to the IBD clinic at a s.ngle tertiary care center from 2014 to 2019. All patients.had an available plas.a vitamin C level. Of 353 s.bjects.who met initial s.arch criteria us.ng a cohort dis.overy tool, 301ultimately met criteria for inclus.on in the s.udy. The primary aim des.ribed vitamin C deficiency(≤ 11.4 μmol/L) rates.in IBD. s.condary analys.s.compared proportions.with deficiency between active and inactive IBD. Multivariate logis.ic regres.ion analys.s.evaluated factors.as.ociated with *** Of 301 IBD patients. 21.6% had deficiency, including 24.4% of CD patients.and 16.0% of UC patients. Patients.with elevated C-reactive protein(CRP)(39.1% vs.16.9%, P s.20.0%, P = 0.009) had s.gnificantly higher proportions.of deficiency compared to thos. without. Penetrating dis.as.(P = 0.03),obes.ty(P = 0.02) and current biologic us.(P = 0.006) were als. as.ociated with deficiency on univariate analys.s. On multivariate analys.s. the objective inflammatory marker utilized for analys.s.elevated CRP) was.the only factor as.ociated with deficiency(odds.ratio = 3.1, 95%confidence interval: 1.5-6.6, P = 0.003). 通过采用边缘计算技术,可以实现低延迟、实时服务、快速性能和低功耗的要求,云计算不会被边缘计算取,反而边缘计算将与云计算结合。容器编排是实现边缘计算的基础设施。容器编排提供可用性的概念,这也是其主要优点之一。容器编排具有可伸缩性,这意味着它具有高性能,高速加载和响应。容器编排也具有灾难恢复功能,因为它可以根据内容对服务进行划分,所以适合用于跨多个环境和集装箱化微服务处理数十万个容器,第7层负载均衡器是微服务的完美层。本研究的目的是分析和比较Round-Robin、Peak EWMA和Canary Deployment行为,本研究实验的目的不仅是研究算法如何平均分配请求,且还将检查延迟和资源使用情况以及应用Brotli算法对速度进行优化。循环(RR)算法是为分时系统明确开发的,并根据请求给每个进程。第二种算法是Peak EWMA算法,选择具有最低指数加权移动平均输出的节点,并保留每个副本的往返时间(Round Trip Time,RTT)的移动平均,金丝雀部署使用多个入口资源根据权重进行流量分割。论文第一部分,根据给定的请求时间和数量检查了不同的场景,总结出循环是划分工作负载和使用最少CPU资源的最有效方法,Canary的性能与Round-Robin略有不同,它们非常适合资源有限的机器。将EWMA与竞争的方法进行比较的情况下,EWMA将收到的请求最多,这影响了上游响应时间和资源消耗,此外,通过测量延迟时间,证实了Peak EWMA算法是鲁棒性最强、速度最快的算法。该算法消耗的资源更少,因为EWMA的执行时间比其他算法更短。本研究发现,与数量较多的pods.比,数量较少的pods.以创建更多的请求、更少的错误和更快的性能。因此,管理集群取决于特定的情况,而不是优先考虑高可用性或考虑集群的资源。
