聚多巴胺的合成及其性能应用

聚多巴胺是由单体多巴胺在弱碱有氧环境中自聚而成,由于其具有优异的黏着性、生物相容性、还原性等化学性能,吸引了众多学者对其在不同领域的应用进行开发。针对聚多巴胺的具体合成途径,至今还没有完全的定论,其原因是中间产物有较多的可能性;对于聚多巴胺薄膜的制备则会受到聚合时间、单体溶液的浓度、pH值、离子溶液的种类等条件影响,聚多巴胺涂层厚度会随时间及浓度的增加而增加,当pH值提升时会加快其自聚合速率,除此之外,利用特殊设备将多巴胺溶液雾化也可以提升聚多巴胺的合成速率,当溶液存在Ca2+时会加强其黏着性能,而当溶液存在Na+时则会抑制其黏着性能;对于聚多巴胺的应用,其在生物制药、医疗器械的抗菌涂层制备、金属材料的制备、其它材料的表面改性等多个领域均有所应用。本文就聚多巴胺的合成和聚多巴胺的应用两个方面进行了简单论述,主要内容包含了对多巴胺的自聚机理、影响多巴胺自聚因素、传统聚多巴胺合成法和加速聚多巴胺合成法的介绍以及聚多巴胺在不同领域的应用潜能的归纳。

The pH dependence of the extrapolated shear yield stress for Alcoa A16 α-Al2O3 suspensions at the powder volume fraction of 0.27 with and without addition of both polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) each at fixed 0.18% of the powder mass was studied. Whith the polymer added, the full deflocculation of the suspension shifts from about pH=4 to around pH=1.5, at which the minimum value of shear yied stress is higher than that at pH=4. The addition of both PVA and PEG was found to prevent the filter cake from cracking.

AIM: To investigate the effect of cyclin-dependent kinase 5 (Cdk5) inhibitor roscovitine on the morphine antinociceptive tolerance development in rats. METHODS: Tail-flick test as pain threshold measurement and intrathecal injection techniques were used. RESULTS: Intrathecal roscovitine infusion alone produced an antinociceptive effect. Tolerance was induced by continuous intrathecal infusion of morphine 5μg/h for 5 d. Co administration of intrathecal roscovitine 1μg/h for 5 d enhanced the morphine antinociceptive effect in tolerant rats. It also caused a shift in the morphine antinociceptive dose"Cresponse curve to the left when co-administered with morphine during tolerance induction, and caused a 67 % reduction in the increase in the ED50 of morphine (dose producing 50 % of the maximum response). CONCLUSION: Cdk5 modulation is involved in the antinociceptive tolerance of morphine. Intrathecal roscovitine administration could attenuate this tolerance development.

The potential for ornament evolution in response to sexual selection rests on the interaction between the permissivenessor selectivity of female preferences and the constraints on male development of signaling related traits. We investigate theformer by determining how latent female preferences either exaggerate the magnitude of current traits (i.e. elaborations) or favornovel traits (i.e. innovations). In tunngara frogs, females prefer complex mating calls (whine-chucks) to simple calls (whine only).The whine is critical for mate recognition while the chuck further enhances the attractiveness of the call. Here we use a combinationof synthetic and natural stimuli to examine latent female preferences. Our results show that a diversity of stimuli, includingconspecific and heterospecific calls as well as predator-produced and human-made sounds, increase the attractiveness of a callwhen added to a whine. These stimuli do not make simple calls more attractive than a whine-chuck, however. In rare cases wefound stimuli that added to the whine decrease the attractiveness of the call. Overall, females show strong preferences for bothelaborations and innovations of the chuck. We argue that the emancipation of these acoustic adornments from mate recognitionallows such female permissiveness, and that male constraints on signal evolution are probably more important in explaining whymales evolved their specific adornment. Experimentally probing latent female preferences for stimuli out of the species' range is auseful means to gain insights about the potential of female choice to influence signal evolution and thus the astounding diversityin male sexually-selected traits [Current Zoology 56 (3): 343-357, 2010].

There is mounting concern over the sustainability of global energy supplies. Among the key drivers are：（ Ⅰ ） global warming, ocean surface acidification and air pollution, which imply the need to control and reduce anthropogenie emissions of greenhouse gases （especially carbon dioxide）, nitrogen oxides, sulfur oxides, unburnt hydrocarbons and fine particles; （ Ⅱ ）the low estimated reserves of oil and natural gas; （ Ⅲ ） the need for energy security adapted to each country, such as decreasing the dependence on fossil-furl imports （in particular, the vulnerability to volatile oil prices） from regions where there is political or economic instability; （ Ⅳ ） the expected growth in world population with the ever-increasing aspiration for an improved standard-of- living for all. Hydrogen is being promoted world-wide as a total panacea for energy problems. As a versatile carder for storing and transporting energy from any one of a myriad of sources to an dectricity generator, it is ＇argued that hydrogen will eventually replace （or at least greatly reduce） the reliance on fossil fuels and thereby also avoid/decrease emissions of carbon dioxide. Not unexpectedly, the building of a ＇Hydrogen Economy＇ presents great scientific and technological challenges in the production, delivery, storage, conversion and end-use of this energy vector. In addition, there ate many policy, regulatory, economic, financial, investment, environmental and safety questions to be addressed. Notwithstanding these obstacles, it is indeed plausible that hydrogen will become inereasingiy deployed and win compete with traditional systems of energy storage and supply. Future roles for electrochemical power sources hatteries, supercapacitors, photoelectrochemical cells and fuel cells on the pathway to universal energy sustainability in stationary, mobile-power and road transportation applications are examined.

建立了青稞酒中乳酸和乙酸的高效液相色谱法(紫外检测器)测定方法。样品用水稀释后,经反相色谱分离,以磷酸水溶液(0.12%体积分数)-甲醇(49∶1,v/v)为流动相,流速为0.6 mL/min,进样量为10μL,紫外检测器检测,检测波长为214 nm。以保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果表明:乳酸线性范围为0.0192 g/L~0.48 g/L,乙酸线性范围为0.0664 g/L~1.6624 g/L,相关系数R2=0.9999,回收率为97.66%~98.75%,RSD<3%,乳酸方法检出限为0.005 mg/mL。该方法高效便捷、重现性好,为青稞酒中乳酸和乙酸含量检测提供了准确可靠的依据。
