Based on the consumer questionnaires of the three traditional retailing centers,Qianmen,Wangfujing and Xidan in Beijing,this article analyzes the present features of consumer composition in the three retailing *** is more,the evolution course and function transition of traditional retailing centers is revealed based on the changing of consumer composition in different ***,the renewal method and development trends of traditional retailing centers are discussed based on the evaluation results in consumers'perspective.

Controlled drug release technology is becoming a commercially sound methodology of administering pharmaceutical therapies,and it is important to predict and control the release kinetics to fully take advantage of this ***(CMCS)and alginate(SA)blend membranes were successfully prepared by solution casting technique and exposing to acetic acid atmosphere,which induced the protonation of the amino groups of CMCS,and the formation of polyelectrolyte composite *** using diclofenac diethylamine as the model drug,the diffusion controlled drug release behaviors of the membranes were studied based on permeation experiment,which indicated that the swelling rates of the membranes could be adjusted by simply changing the weight ratio of CMCS/SA and effectively changed the release rate of the *** study shows that CMCS/SA blend membranes are promising biomaterials used for modulating the permeation behavior and developing advanced drug delivery systems.

DEHP(di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate) is an endocrine disruptor commonly found in plastic products that has been associated with reproduction alterations, but the effect of DEHP on toxicity is still widely unknown. Using DEHP concentrations of 10, 1, and 0.1 mg/L, we showed that DEHP reduced the reproductive capacity of Caenorhabditis elegans after 72 hr. of exposure. DEHP exposure reduced the reproductive capacity in terms of decreased brood sizes, egg hatchability(0.1, 1 and 10 mg/L), and egg-laying rate(1 and 10 mg/L), and increased numbers of fertilized eggs in the uterus(1 and 10 mg/L). DEHP also caused damage to gonad development. DEHP decreased the total number of germline cells, and decreased the relative area of the gonad arm of all exposure groups, with worms in the 1 mg/L DEHP exposure group having the minimum gonad arm area. Additionally, DEHP caused a significant concentration-dependent increase in the expression of unc-86. Autophagy and ROS contributed to the enhancement of DEHP toxicity in reducing reproductive capacity, and glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase were activated as the antioxidant defense in this study. Hence, we found that DEHP has a dual effect on nematodes. Higher concentration(10 mg/L) DEHP can inhibit the expression of autophagy genes( atg-18, atg-7, bec-1, lgg-1 and unc-51), and lower concentrations(0.1 and 1 mg/L) can promote the expression of autophagy genes. Our data highlight the potential environmental risk of DEHP in inducing reproductive toxicity toward the gonad development and reproductive capacity of environmental organisms.

Pulmonary fibrosis(PF)is an irreversible lung disease that is characterized by excessive scar tissue with a poor median survival rate of 2-3 *** inhibition of transforming growth factor-β receptor type-I(TGF-β RI)by an appropriate drug may provide a promising strategy for the treatment of this *** cuspidatum(PC)is a well-known traditional Chinese herbal medicine which has an anti-PF ***,a combination of high resolution mass spectrometry with an in silico strategy was developed as a new method to search for potential chemical ingredients of PC that target the TGF-β *** on this strategy,a total of 24 ingredients were ***,absorption,distribution,metabolism,and excretion(ADME)-related properties were subsequently predicted to exclude compounds with potentially undesirable pharmacokinetics *** docking studies on TGF-β RI were adopted to discover new PF ***,a compound that exists in PC known as resveratrol was proven to have excellent biological activity on TGF-β RI,with an IC_(50) of 2.211 μM in ***,the complex formed through molecular docking was tested via molecular dynamics simulations,which revealed that resveratrol had strong interactions with residues of TGF-β *** study revealed that resveratrol has significant potential as a treatment for PF due to its ability to target TGF-β *** addition,this research demonstrated the exploration of natural products with excellent biological activities toward specific targets via high resolution mass spectrometry in combination with in silico technology is a promising strategy for the discovery of novel drugs.

Nondestructive evaluation of melon quality is in great need of comprehensive *** solids content(SSC)and firmness are the two indicators of melon internal quality that mostly a®ect consumer *** provide guidance for fruit classification,internal quality standards was preliminarily established through sensory test,as:Melon with SSC over 12Brix,firmness 4–5.5 kgf·cm^(-2)2 were considered as satisfactory class sample;and SSC over 10Brix,¯rmness 3.5–6.5 kgf·cm^(-2) as average class *** near infrared(NIR)nondestructive detection program was set as spectra collected from the stylar-end,Brix expressed by the average SSC of inner and outer mesocarp,each cultivar of melon was detected with its own optimum integration time,and the second derivative algorithm was used to equalize *** wavelength selected by genetic algorithms(GA),a robust SSC model of mix-cultivar melon was established,the root mean standard error of cross-validation(RMSECV)was 0.99 and the ratio performance deviation(RPD)nearly reached 3.0,which almost could meet the accuracy requirement of 1.5*** model of mix-cultivar melon was acceptable but inferior.

Objective:The purpose of this study was to measure the kinematics of the lower limbs of Chinese people during normal kneeling activity,as such data could be valuable in designing joint prosthesis and arthroplasty that meet the needs of Chinese citizens' daily ***:Thirty young and twenty elderly Chinese participants with no personal history of joint diseases were recruited,and matched by age(average age:23.8 years for the young group,60.8 years for the elderly group).Each participant performed six trials during which three-dimensional(3D) kinematics data were collected and the means of the 3D angles of the ankle,knee,and hip joints of two groups were ***:There were no obvious differences between the two groups in the knee and ankle *** mean range of knee flexion was 139.6° for the young group and 140.9° for the elderly *** mean range of ankle flexion was 35.7° for the young group and 37.6° for the elderly *** maximal eccentric flexion at the hip joint was 67.5° for the young group compared to 100.5° for the elderly ***:The elderly uses more hip flexion angles than the young when assuming the kneeling *** ranges of motion obtained during kneeling activity are greater than the reported mean ranges of motion achieved following joint *** data could be valuable in establishing criteria for lower limb prosthetics and rehabilitation protocol for the Chinese population.
