We reported a case of an African American woman who went to the hospital with palpable right breast lump with bloody nipple discharge at University of Texas Medical Brand at Galvestion. The modalities of breast imagings included mammography and *** method used for viral identification was Linear Array HPV genotyping test Intraductal papilloma revealed as high density tubular or rounded lobular masses with partially circumscribed,obscured margins and clustered punctate microcalcifications on *** showed as intraductal masses with dilated *** core biopsy demonstrated duct filled with papillary lesion and post excision revealed intraductal *** DnA types 16,33,58 and 71 were detected after use of Linear Array HPV genotyping test.

Phantom limb pain is a chronic pain syndrome that is difficult to cope *** neurostimulation treatment is indicated for refractory neuropathic pain,there is scant evidence from randomized controlled trials to recommend it as the treatment ***,a systematic review was performed to analyze the efficacy of central nervous system stimulation therapies as a strategy for pain management in patients with phantom limb pain.A literature search for studies conducted between 1970 and September 2020 was carried out using the MEDLInE and Embase *** of The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guideline were *** were a total of 10 full-text articles retrieved and included in this *** brain stimulation,repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,transcranial direct current stimulation,and motor cortex stimulation were the treatment strategies used in the selected clinical *** transcranial magnetic stimulation and transcranial direct current stimulation were effective therapies to reduce pain perception,as well as to relieve anxiety and depression symptoms in phantom limb pain ***,invasive approaches were considered the last treatment option as evidence in deep brain stimulation and motor cortex stimulation suggests that the value of phantom limb pain treatment remains ***,the findings on use of these treatment strategies in other forms of neuropathic pain suggest that these invasive approaches could be a potential option for phantom limb pain patients.

Background: There is great interest in developing blood-based biomarkers for Alzheimer’s disease (AD);however, there is no consensus as to what blood fraction is most appropriate for analyzing particular markers. The current study provides empirical evidence regarding how blood-based proteins vary depending on whether they are assayed in serum or plasma. Methods: Weanalyzed concentrations of 100 proteins in matched samples of serum and plasma from 39 Caucasian AD participants from the Texas Alzheimer’s Research and Care Consortium bymultiplex immunoassay. Results: Concentrations of 40 proteins were highly correlated (r2≥ 0.75) between plasma and serum while the remaining proteins were moderately to weakly correlated (r2n: Whether plasma vs. serum is assayed can have a large impact on the observed concentration of some proteins, including several proteins that are of great interest to AD pathophysiology. The current findings may explain the significant discrepancies often times reported in the AD biomarker field.

The nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome is an autosomal dominant inherited disease, associated with PTCH gene mutation. Its presentation is polymorphous, being frequent to appear the clinical triad carcinomas basal cell, odontogenic cysts and skeletal abnormalities. Skin lesions are a very frequent reason for consultation in the paediatric age, being evaluated in most cases in primary care. Sometimes, patients need the intervention of other specialists to deep in a given area. The medical literature shows a fragmented view of the disease, possibly related to the low frequency of appearance of this syndrome, and by the need for intervention of not transversal knowledge specialist, which is why we feel interesting to evaluate the role of specialist who is developing the activity at primary care, with patients who require a multidisciplinary intervention.
