Objective: To assess the insecticide susceptibility status of Anopheles cracens(***) and Anopheles maculatus(***) from knowlesi malaria endemic areas in Peninsular Malaysia towards DDT, malathion and deltamethrin and to determine the resistance mechanism ***: Adult and larval mosquitos were collected for *** status of Anopheles was determined using the standard WHO adult bioassay, larval bioassay and biochemical enzyme ***: WHO adult bioassay results indicated *** collected from Kampung Sungai Ular, Pahang was resistant towards 4% DDT, while *** collected from Kampung Sokor, Kelantan and Kampung Sungai Lui, Selangor exhibited resistance towards 4% ***, the enzyme activity profiles varied according to strains and *** resistance ratio of larval bioassay, showed that all strains and species tested were susceptible to malathion and ***: Since only a few anopheline strains exhibited low level of insecticide resistance towards malathion, DDT and *** insecticides are still considered effective for vector control program towards *** and ***.

Advances in photogrammetry have eased the acquisition of high-resolution digital information from outcrops, enabling faster, non-destructive data capturing and improved reservoir modeling. Geocellular models for flow dynamics with in the virtual outcrop in siliciclastic deposits at different sets of sandstone facies architecture remain, however, a challenge. Digital maps of bedding, lithological contrast, spatial-temporal variations of bedding and permeability characteristics make it more easy to understand flow tortuosity in a particular architecture. An ability to precisely model these properties can improve reservoir characterization and flow modeling at different scales. Here we demonstrate the construction of realistic 2 D sandstone facies based models for a pragmatic simulation of flow dynamics using a combination of digital point clouds dataset acquired from LiDAR and field investigation of the Sandakan Formation, Sabah, ***, we present methods for enhancing the accuracy of outcrop digital datasets for producing high resolution flow simulation. A well-exposed outcrop from the Sandakan Formation, Sabah, northwest Borneo having a lateral extent of 750 m was chosen in order to implement our research approach. Sandstone facies and its connectivity are well constrained by outcrop observations, data from air-permeability measurements, bilinear interpolation of permeability, grid construction and water vector analysis for flow *** proportions were then enumerated in terms of static digital outcrop model(DOM) and facies model based on sandstone facies bedding characteristics. Flow simulation of water vector analysis through each of the four sandstone facies types show persistent spatial correlation of permeability that align with either cross-bedded orientation or straight with more dispersion high quality sandstone(porosity 21.25%-41.2%and permeability 1265.20-5986.25 mD) and moderate quality sandstone(porosity 10.44%-28.75% and permeabili

目的:通过研究证明激励信号的相位信息对同步激励模态分析的重要性:当各激励信号的相位信息非一致时,采用较少次数的时间平均即可实现对非激励-响应信号的滤除。创新点:通过对比采用一致相位激励信号和非一致相位激励信号下的频率响应函数,证明了当各激励信号的相位信息非一致时,采用较少次数的时间平均足以实现对非激励-响应信号的滤除。方法:基于非一致相位信号的同步激励模态分析法。结论:基于同步激励时间平均技术,通过对比采用一致相位激励信号和非一致相位激励信号下的频率响应函数,证明了当各激励信号的相位信息非一致时,采用较少次数的时间平均足以实现对非激励-响应信号的滤除。在仿真试验中,非同步信号成分的滤除效果提升了98.48%;模态分析试验中,滤除效果提升了95.22%。

This research management, exp and lores preliminarily the practices of quality management, management commitment in quality quality management implementation problems in construction projects in the context of Malaysian construction industry. The research applies semi-structured interview approach with twelve project management practitioners. The findings of the study indicate that the state of quality management in construction projects in Malaysia needs to be strengthened and there are problems in relation to quality management implementation that require attention and further research. The paper provides an insight on the state of quality management in construction projects in Malaysia.

This study examines the relationship among independent boards of directors, board size, managerial share ownership （MSO）, and earnings quality. The study of these relationships is controlled by firm size based on a sample of 114 companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange （TSE） for the period from 2008 to 2010. The results demonstrate that there was an insignificant positive relationship among independent boards of directors, managerial ownership, and earnings quality. Subsequent analysis shows an insignificant negative relationship between board size and earnings quality. It also provides evidence of the negative relationship between firm size as a control variable and earnings quality. This can be attributed to the fact that large firms are claimed to be politically sensitive and thus have the incentive to lessen variances in changes in their reported earnings.

Future need of globalization in business is no longer focused on the local transaction; instead, it has involved many countries so as to affect the exchange rate of rupiah against foreign currencies. As a result, differences in the exchange rate will lead to foreign exchange, be it a foreign exchange gain or foreign exchange losses. Exchange rate used at the beginning of the transaction is the exchange rate on the transaction, but in Indonesian currency transactions, what is often used is the exchange rate issued by the Directorate General of Taxation （DGT）. If at the end of the period, a balance of foreign currency still exists, then it will be adjusted using a fixed rate or an exchange rate of Central Bank of Indonesia. The results showed that the treatment of foreign exchange at the fishery company was using both the exchange rate allowed in the accounting and taxation regulations in Indonesia. The balance of transactions is related to export, be it a balance of accounts receivable on the sale of the outstanding balance of exports and export freight carried at the exchange rate adjustment of Central Bank of Indonesia, subsequent transactions relating to the purchase of imports were adjusted to a fixed exchange rate, which means that the balance payable on imports will continue to use the exchange rate at the beginning of the transaction

Plant associated bacteria are promising alternatives to chemical fertilizers for plant growth and yield improvement in an eco-friendly *** this study,rice associated bacteria were isolated and assessed for mineral phosphate solubilization and indole-3-acetic acid(IAA) production activity in *** promising strains,which were tentatively identified as phylotaxon Pseudochrobactrum sp.(BRRh-1),Burkholderia sp.(BRRh-2),Burkholderia sp.(BRRh-3),Burkholderia sp.(BRRh-4),Pseudomonas aeruginosa(BRRh-5 and BRRh-6) based on their 16 S rRNA gene phylogeny,exhibited significant phosphate solubilizing activity in National Botanical Research Institute phosphate growth medium,and BRRh-4 displayed the highest phosphate solubilizing activity,followed by *** p H of the culture broth declined,resulting in increase of growth rate of bacteria at p H 7,which might be due to organic acid secretion by the *** presence of L-tryptophan,five isolates synthesized IAA and the maximum IAA was produced by BRRh-2,followed by *** of two most efficient phosphate solubilizing isolates BRRh-4 and BRRh-5 by root dipping(colonization) of seedling and spraying at the flowering stage significantly enhanced the growth and grain yield of rice variety BRRI ***,application of both strains with 50% of recommended nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizers produced equivalent or higher grain yield of rice compared to the control grown with full recommended fertilizer doses,which suggests that these strains may have the potential to be used as bioinoculants for sustainable rice production.

The authors investigate the comparative classification performance of the two groups linear classification techniques. They compared the Fisher linear classification analysis, its robust version based on the minimum covariance determinant with the Filter linear classification rule and the linear combination linear classification technique. These procedures are investigated using laboratory reared aedes albopictus mosquito data set and simulated data set generated based on heteroscedastic covariance matrices with various proportion of contamination. The evaluation procedure is based on the effect of contamination on the mean probabilities of correct classification obtain for each technique. The comparative analysis revealed that the robust Fisher linear classification rule and the linear combination linear classification rule are robust and comparable than the other procedures.

In Peninsular Malaysia, the Jurassic-Cretaceous sequences are represented by continental deposits in several isolated basins. Generally, the sequences are characterised by the fining upward sequences, comprising reddish brown to red siltstone, sandstone and conglomerate often interpreted as molasse sequences. In Sabah and Sarawak, the Jurassic-Cretaceous sequences are represented by the marine deposits comprising argillaceous, some arenaceous and calcareous rocks and associated chert, lava, and pyroclastics.
