The Bianchi type- III and Kantowski-Sachs (KS) Universes filled with dark energy from a wet dark fluid has been considered. A new equation of state for the dark energy component of the universe has been used. It is modeled on the equation of state ρ=γ(ρ -ρ *) , which can describe a liquid, for example water. The exact solutions to the corresponding field equations are obtained in quadrature form. The solution for constant deceleration parameter have been studied in detail for power-law and exponential forms both. The case γ = 0,γ =1,and γ =1/3have been also analysed.

Macrovesicular Steatosis(MS)is an independent risk factor for adverse post-liver transplant(LT)*** degree of MS is intimately related to the viability of the liver graft,which in turn is crucial to the success of the *** ideal liver graft should have no MS and most centres would find it unacceptable to use a donor liver with severe MS for *** a formal liver biopsy is the goldstandard diagnostic test for MS,given the logistical and time constraints it is not universally *** tests like a frozen section biopsy are plagued by issues of fallibility with reporting and sampling bias making them inferior to a liver ***,the development of an accurate,non-invasive,easy-to-use,handheld,real-time device for quantification of MS would fill this lacuna in the deceased donor selection *** present the hypothesis,design and proof-ofconcept of a study,which aims to standardise and determine the feasibility and accuracy of a novel handheld device applying the principle of diffuse reflectance spectroscopy for real-time quantification of MS.

The computation of facial profile from dental morphometrics has been a subject of great interest in forensic *** use of teeth to draw a profile and facial features is valuable in times of mass disasters when body remains are unavailable due to extreme *** study aims to identify and evaluate applicable parameters in the permanent maxillary central incisors and the face of an individual.A correlation of these parameters establishes a mathematical equation that further charts a tooth‑facial profile *** soft and hard tissue landmarks on the face in the frontal and the lateral profiles(using standardized photographs)and seven landmarks on the facial/labial surface of the clinical crown of the permanent maxillary central incisor(using casts of the maxilla)were identified for the *** on these,a set of eight horizontal and seven vertical parameters on the face and four parameters on the tooth were created for the *** and external correlations between the two were carried out and statistically analyzed.A logistic regression was made to predict the probability of the parameters most likely to be reproduced in the creation of the facial profile,based on tooth *** results indicated a definite correlation between the facial and the tooth *** the multiple parameters,a definite correlation in the horizontal dimension could be established between the mouth width and the mesiodistal width(MDW)of the *** the vertical dimension,a definite relationship existed between the crown height of the tooth and the width of the midface(zygoma‑mandible).There exist divergences in the correlation of tooth and facial parameters.

Interacting generalized chaplygin gas model in bianchitype-I universe

In this paper, we have studied the generalized chaplygin gas of interacting dark energy to ob-tain the equation of state for the generalized chaplygin gas energy density in anisotropic Bianchi type-I cosmological model. For negative value of B in equation of state of generalized chaplygin gas, we see that γ effΛ<-1 , that corresponds to a universe dominated by phantom dark energy.

An efficient methodology for the synthesis of 2,3-disubstituted 3H-quinazolin-4-ones is described via one-pot three component reaction from anthranilic acid using T3 P as catalyst. Mild reaction conditions,short reaction time, broad functional group tolerance, easy isolation of products and good yields are main advantages of this protocol.

To improve high quality and/or retain achieved high quality of an academic program, time to time evaluation for quality of each covered course is often an integrated aspect considered in reputed institutions, however, there has been little effort regarding humanities courses. This research article deals with analysis of evaluation data collected regarding humanities course from a College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, on Likert type items. Appropriateness of one parametric measure and three non-parametric measures are discussed and used in this regard which could provide useful clues for educational policy planners. Keeping in view of the analytical results using these four measures, regardless of the threshold regarding satisfaction among students, overall performance of almost every subject has been un-satisfactory. There is a need to make a focused approach to take every course at the level of high performance. The inconsistency noticed under every threshold further revealed that under such poorly performing subjects globally, one needs to analyze merely at the global level item. Once the global level analysis reveals high performance of a course, then only item specific analysis may need to be focused to find out the items requiring further improvements.

The present paper deals with development of a course evaluation survey (CES) questionnaire regarding evaluation of humanities courses (e.g., Commerce/Economics/Law) and assessment of its validity and reliability. Taking help from available questionnaires and also incorporating views from the teachers of the related subjects, the relevant Likert type items were selected. The drafted version of the questionnaire was finalized taking into account feedback from the subject experts. The focus was on simple language to ensure clarity to the students to facilitate accuracy of the collected data. The developed questionnaire consists of five domains involving fifteen Likert type items including a global item. For assessment of its reliability and validity, data were collected among two groups of undergraduate students studying two courses namely Accounts (n = 190) and Law (n = 90). For assessing questionnaire, Karl Pearson Correlation Coefficient, Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient and four factor solutions under factor analysis were used. The analytical results were quite consistent across the data sets (that are, accounts, law and pooled together) that exhibit good psychometric properties. It may thus be concluded that the questionnaire is valid, reliable and may measure what it is intended to measure.

南京市两次秋季污染过程及成因分析

为探究南京秋季污染过程的特征和影响因素,利用MODIS(Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer)传感器获得的气溶胶光学厚度(Aerosol Optical Depth)、波长指数(Angstrom Exponent)、火点数据及CALIPSO(Cloud-Aerosol Lidar And Infrared Pathfinder Satellite Observations)卫星数据和来自NECP、MICAPS的温度、相对湿度、风向风速等常规气象要素数据,对南京2015年10月、2016年9月两次污染过程进行分析.研究结果表明:两次污染过程的AE412-470值(埃斯特朗波长指数α)均高于1,由此判断两次污染均以人为排放产生的细粒子为主.但2015年10月的AE412-470值明显低于2016年9月,说明在2015年10月污染过程中粗粒子所占比重高于2016年9月.结合对后向轨迹的分析发现,南京地区2015年10月污染天气的发生还受长距离输送的影响,污染源主要为来自内蒙古、山西等地的污染型沙尘粒子.研究还发现,较高的相对湿度、较低的地表风速、低混合层高度及贴地逆温等气象条件会导致污染物难以扩散稀释而累积在南京地区,造成该区域在秋季出现较严重的污染天气.
