Background:the breast cancer has been the most common form of cancer among *** triple negative subtype represents 20%of all breast cancer cases in the world and is standing out by affecting young women and being *** main cause of death of patients with cancer is due to metastasis,which can reach the liver and ***:the activities of ID7 fraction of the stems of Bauhinia variegata *** breast cancer,lung metastasis and liver inflammatory process were ***:ID7 was characterized by *** viability of murine mammary cells(4t1)treated with ID7 was assessed by Mtt,trypan blue and fluorescence assay and viability of Bt-20,MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 human breast cancer tumor lines by *** cell migration,invasion using matrigel and adhesion were *** expression of cell death proteins was quanitified by western blot and the gelatinases by *** ID7 activity of the tumor(4t1)and metastatic progession in vivo was ***:ID7 reduced the 4t1 and MDA-MB-231viability and increased the late apoptosis,inhibited the 4t1 migration and invasion,increased the 4t1 adhesion and decreased the secreted active ***7 also increased the expression of PARP,caspase-7 and caspase-8,RIP and *** vivo,the ID7 decreased the volume and weight of the tumors and decreased lung metastasis and inflammation in the *** characterization showed mainly the presence of oleic acid,myricetin,quercetin and kaempferol in ***:thus,it was found that ID7 fraction exhibits selective antitumor and on the mechanisms of breast cancer metastasis activity,preventing lung metastasis and inflammation in the *** is suggested that fatty acids and flavonoids are correlated with such activities.

Background: Leprosy is a chronic infectious disease classified into two subgroups for therapeutic purposes:paucibacillary(PB)and multibacillary(MB),closely related to the host immune *** this context it is noteworthy looking for immunological biomarkers applicable as complementary diagnostic tools as well as a laboratorial strategy to follow-up leprosy household ***:: the cross-sectional study enrolled 49 participants,including 19 patients and 30 healthy *** blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)were isolated and incubated in the presence of Mycobacterium leprae *** cells were prepared for surface(CD4+and CD8+)and intracytoplasmic cytokine staining(IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-10).Multiple comparisons amongst groups were carried out by ANOVA,Kruskal–Wallis,Student t or Mann–Whitney *** analysis of categorical variables was performed by *** biomarker signature analysis was conducted using the global median values for each biomarker index as the cut-off edge to identify the proportion of subjects with high biomarker ***: the cytokine signature analysis demonstrated that leprosy patients presented a polyfunctional profile of t-cells subsets,with increased frequency of IFN-γ+t-cell subsets along with IL-10+and IL-4+from CD4+t-cells,as compared to health Controls(Venn diagram report).Moreover,statistical analysis was carried out using parametric or non-parametric variance analysis followed by pairwise multiple comparisons,according to the data normality distribution.L(PB)displayed a polyfunctional profile characterized by enhanced percentage of IFN-γ+,IL-10+and IL-4+produced by most t-cell subsets,as compared to L(MB)that presented a more restricted cytokine functional profile mediated by IL-10+and IL-4+t-cells with minor contribution of IFN-γproduced by CD4+*** was that HHC(MB)exhibited enhanced frequency of IFN-γ+t-cells,contrasting with HHC(PB)that presented a cytokine profile limited t

目的:评估Bi-Flex toric人工晶状体在合并散光的白内障中的应用。方法:回顾性研究包括16例22眼合并2.50D以上散光的白内障患者。测量了术前与术后的裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力、客观及主观验光、角膜散光仪和角膜地形图测量的散光值。术后人工晶状体屈光轴位置使用向量进行分析。结果:术后,主观验光散光值从4.05D±1.53D显著降低至1.35D±0.86D,(P0.05)。结论:对于合并大于2.50D散光的白内障患者,Bi-Flex toric人工晶状体植入是安全有效的治疗方法。

Innovative circular path harvester for mechanical harvesting of irregular and large-canopy olive trees

the harvesting process of the olive tree is mainly performed by manual means,because traditional olive orchards(the main planting typology)are formed of irregular,large-canopy trees that are very difficult to harvest *** that reason,the cost of harvesting is very high,and it threatens the future of these plantations whose conversion to other more modern layouts is not always possible due to several *** introduction of a harvester may represent the technological change that is the key factor for improved *** main purpose of this work was to develop a harvester based on canopy shaker technology for work on irregular,large trees in a circular *** design of the harvester was based on a determination of tree geometry,together with tree *** tests were used to determine machine-tree interaction,and to evaluate the removal,catch frame and driven *** proposed innovation allowed the fully mechanical harvest of previously planted trees with a removal efficiency of over 84%,achieving an effective field capacity of 0.21 hm^(2)/*** the results so far have been promising,further improvements are advisable in machine and tree adaptation.

ttie Ultisols in the Rana de Canamero area in Southwest Spain showed aluminum(Al)phytotoxicity,and the clearance of natural vegetation and decades of intensive conventional agriculture caused the deplation of soil organic matter(SOM).therefore,we studied the long-term effects of no tillage and liming using sugar beet foam(SF)and red gypsum(RG),alone or in combination,on the restoration of Ultisols affected by acidification,Al phytotoxicity,and SOM *** measured the main soil chemical properties,soil microbial biomass,soil enzyme activities involved in carbon,nitrogen,phosphorus,and sulfur mineralization,and the emission of volatile organic compounds(VOCs).the results indicated that liming effectively neutralized the soil acidity in the long term and,in combination with no tillage,significantly increased soil microbial biomass and enzyme ***-three VOCs were detected using the proton transfer reaction-time of flight(PtR-toF)technique,and both liming and tillage changed the VOC emission *** greatest difference in VOC emission pattern was observed between no-tilled un-amended soils and tilled lime-amended soils,suggesting the activation of different metabolic pathways within the microbial communities of soils under different *** in VOC emission patterns could be attributed to the decomposition of carbohydrates,which were also sustained by the higher enzyme activities in the lime-amended soils.

Late Middle triassic to early Late triassic insects from Argentina have been previously described from the Bermejo and Cuyana Basins where they have been recovered from the Ischichuca-Los Rastros and Potrerillos-Cacheuta Formations, respectively. the insect fauna discussed herein was collected during field studies in 1986/1987 from the Llantenes section （Norian to Rhaetian？ Late triassic）, which is situated in the Malargiie Basin in southern Mendoza province. the insect remains were found in the upper part of the Llantenes section （Llantenes Formation）, which is built up of two coarsening-upwards cycles reflecting a deltaic progradation of a fluvial into a lacustrine environment （lower part）, succeeded by repeated progradatious into a floodplaindominated environment （upper part; with finds of insects, conchostracans, fish remains, plant fragments, and drifted logs）. the new finds represent the youngest triassic insect records described from Argentina and even from South America in its entirety. there is only one contemporaneous fossil assemblage in Gondwana： in the Ciarence/Moreton Basin （Aberdare Conglomerate; Late Norian） in Australia. the new triassic insects include an impression of an isolated Mecopterida-like wing （Mendozachorista volkheimeri gen. et sp. nov.; Mendozachoristidae fam. nov.）, coleopteran elytra of the Permosynidae （Ademosyne rosenfeldi sp. nov. and Ademosyne Uantenesensis sp. nov.） and other isolated body fragments. this new Late triassic entomofauna from Argentina is of considerable importance in the reconstruction of the biotic recovery of continental environments in Gondwana after the catastrophic mass extinction at the P/t boundary.
