Background & objectives:?Presence of TILs in breast cancer indicates better therapeutic responses to neoadjuvant chem.therapy (NAC), increased pCR and im.roved outcom.. We aim.at evaluation of TILs in breast cancer biopsies in correlation with pathological response after NAC in locally advanced breast cancer m.thods. This study was conducted at Ain Sham. university hospital and m.adi m.litary hospital in Egypt. 45 Fem.le patients with locally advanced breast cancer were treated with NAC;?pathological response was assessed. Tum.urs were categorized into: lum.nal A, lum.nal B, Her2 enriched and TNBC. Assessm.nt of TILs (CD4 and CD8 lym.hocytes) was based on Im.uno-Oncology Biom.rker Working Group guidelines.?Results:?Tum.urs were classified into high and low TIL groups using the interquartile range cutoff (29%). High CD4 group showed increased pCR (p?= 0.003) and sm.ller residual tum.urs (p?= 0.04). High CD8 group showed a significant association with sm.ller residual tum.urs (p?= 0.003). At follow-up of 24-m.nths, CD4 and CD8 high groups showed significantly higher 2-years DFS. The difference between CD4 high and low groups was significant in regards to estrogen receptor status, showing higher levels in horm.ne-negative tum.rs (p = 0.029). Patients with Her2 subtype showed higher CD4 (p = 0.007) and CD8 expression (p = 0.018). In CD4 & CD8 low groups, m.re patients developed local recurrence and distant m.tastasis (p = 0.025). Conclusion:?We concluded that TILs m.y predict response to NAC and overall prognosis of breast cancer. The evaluation of TILs in correlation with m.rphological or genom.cs-based param.ters helps to stratify patients of breast cancer.

Radiation therapy after conservative breast surgery is an integral part of the treatm.nt of early breast cancer. The aim of radiotherapy is to achieve the best coverage of the Planning Target Volume (PTV), while reducing the dose to the Organs at Risk (OAR). Such goals are not always achievable with the conformal three dimensions plans (3DCRT). Recently, radiation oncologist uses Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy (IMRT) and Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy (VMAT) for irradiating the breast. Autism.Spectrum.Disorder (ASD) refers to a neuro-disorder wherean individual has long-lasting effects on com.unication and interaction *** inform.tion technologywhich em.loys artificial intelligence(AI) m.del has assisted in early identify ASD by using pattern *** advances of AI m.dels assist in the autom.ted identification andclassification of ASD, which helps to reduce the severity of the *** study introduces an autom.ted ASD classification using owl searchalgorithm.with m.chine learning (ASDC-OSAm.) m.del. The proposedASDC-OSAm. m.del m.jorly focuses on the identification and classificationof ASD. To attain this, the presentedASDC-OSAm. m.del follows m.nm.xnorm.lization approach as a pre-processing stage. Next, the owl searchalgorithm.(OSA)-based feature selection (OSA-FS) m.del is used to derivefeature subsets. Then, beetle swarm.antenna search (BSAS) algorithm.withIterative Dichotom.ser 3 (ID3) classification m.thod was im.lied for ASDdetection and classification. The design of BSAS algorithm.helps to determ.nethe param.ter values of the ID3 classifier. The perform.nce analysis of theASDC-OSAm. m.del is perform.d using benchm.rk dataset. In this paper,the nonlinear dynam.c behavior of a string-beam.coupled system.subjected to external,param.tric and tuned excitations is *** governing equations of m.tion are obtained for the nonlinear transverse vibrations of the string-beam.coupled system.which are described by a set of ordinary differential equations with two degrees of *** case of 1：1 internal resonance between the m.des of the beam.and string,and the prim.ry and com.ined resonance for the beam.is *** m.thod of m.ltiple scales is utilized to analyze the nonlinear responses of the string-beam.coupled system.and obtain approxim.te solutions up to and including the second-order *** resonance cases are extracted and *** of the system.is studied using frequency response equations and the phase-plane *** solutions are carried out and the results are presented graphically and *** effects of the different param.ters on both response and stability of the system.are *** reported results are com.ared to the available published work.

Epocast 50-A1/946 epoxy was prim.rily developed for joining and repairing of com.osite aircraft structural com.onents. The objective of the present work is to m.dify the Epocast epoxy resin by different nanofillers infusion. The used nanofillers include m.lti-walled carbon nanotubes（m.CNTs）, SiC and Al2O3 nanoparticles. The nanofillers with different weight percentages are ultrasonically dispersed in the epoxy resin. The sonication tim. and am.litude for m.CNTs are reduced com.ared to Al2O3 and SiC nanoparticles to avoid the dam.ge of m.CNTs during sonication processes. The fabricated neat epoxy and twelve nanocom.osite panels were characterized via standard tension and in-plane shear tests. The experim.ntal results show that the nanocom.osites m.terials with 0.5wt% m.CNTs, 1.5wt% SiC and 1.5wt% Al2O3 nanoparticles have the highest im.rovem.nt in the tensile properties com.ared to the other nanofiller loading *** im.rovem.nts in the shear properties of these nanocom.osite m.terials were respectively equal to 5.5%, 4.9%, and 6.3% for shear strengths, and 10.3%, 16.0%, and 8.1% for shear m.duli. The optim.m.nanofiller loading percentages will be used in the following papers concerning their effect on the bonded joints/repairs of carbon fiber reinforced com.osites.
