In this contribution, we present an evaluation of different mitigation plans to improve NO2 levels in Andalusia, a region in the south of Spain. Specifically, we consider four possible mitigation plans: the effects over NO2 concentration of apply changes in the distribution of Vehicles Park;the effect of realize traffic restrictions (affecting to the density flow of vehicles) over highways and main roads;the effect of replacement of diesel use by natural gas in urban areas;and the effect of applying new velocity limits to access to urban areas. A sophisticated air quality modelling (AQM) system has been used to evaluate these mitigation plans. AQM implemented is composed on WRF meteorological model, an emission model created by the authors and CMAQ photochemical model. AQM analyzes mitigation plans during fifteen episodes of 2011 where NO2 levels were the highest of the year;so we analyze the effect of mitigation plans in worst conditions. Results provided by the AQM system show that: 1-h maximum daily NO2 is reduced to 10μg.m-3 near circulation roads when traffic restrictions and velocity limits plans are applied (NOx emissions are reduced in 9% - 15%);1-h maximum daily NO2 is reduced to 12 μg.m-3 affecting all municipalities when changes in the distribution of Vehicles Park are applied (NOx emissions are reduced in 25% - 26%);and the replacement of fuel of urban buses does not affect considerably NO2 levels.

This paper focuses on parasitic root knot nematodes (Meloidogyne exigua) and how to decrease their pathogenic effect on coffee plants (Coffea arabica), by examining the behaviour of and the interactions between nematodes, coffee plant and arbuscular mycorrhizae (AM). The experiment was carried out at the seedling stage, with six (6) treatments (plants with M. exigua, plants with arbuscular mycorrhizae, plants with both organisms, and the same time, first mycorrhizae plants, then nematodes were inoculated and vice versa). After 5 months the measured variables were: dry biomass (roots and shoot), nematode knots caused by M. exigua in root, nematode juvenile (J2) found in 100.0 g of soil, and mycorrhizal percentage. Plant nutrients (P and N) contents were analysed. Significant differences were found in all the variables, but concentration N content in plants. Plants with mycorrhizae and plants with mycorrhizae and then inoculated with nematodes have the same behaviour. Control plants and plants with nematode and then inoculated with mycorrhizae behave similarly. It is thought that arbuscular mycorrhizae are formed before the nematode infestation, allowing coffee plants to regain the energy lost by the parasitic interaction. AM may help coffee plants with lignifications of the plant cell wall cuticle. As the cuticle thickens it is more difficult for nematodes to penetrate and enter into plant roots. Therefore, arbuscular mycorrhizae help coffee plants to uptake and transport nutrients, improving its nutritional status and stabilizing nematode attacks. It is suggested that symbiotic interactions help neutralize parasitic interactions.

Objective:To delineate immunomodulatory role of histamine on antibody generation pr of ile in rabbit in the present dose-dependent histamine ***:The cohort comprised of three groups(Ⅲ,ⅣandⅤ),containing six rabbits each,and received subcutaneous histamine 50μg/kg×bis in die(b.i.d.),100μg/kg×*** 200μg/kg X b.i.d.,respectively for 10 days (starting from the 1st day).They were subsequently immunized on the 3rd day with intravenous injection of sheep blood cell(SRBC)(1×10 cells/ml).GroupⅡ(positive control)(n=6) received vehicle(sterile distilled water) and immunized at day 3 similarly while groupⅠ(negative control) (n=6) remained non-immunized and received only *** experimentations were performed in *** samples were collected on pre-immunization(pre-I)(day 0),as well as on days 7-,14-,21-,28- and 58- post-immunization(post-I).Immunological parameters[total immunoglobulins(Igs),IgM and IgG]were analyzed by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ElISA) ***:Histamine could influence a detectable antibody response to SRBC as early as day 7-post-I,which lasted until day 58- *** results were found statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusions:Our results provide evidence that histamine has a short-term effect on antibody generation(until its presence in the body),and the antibody generation titer in vivo were affected by the concentration of histamine.

＜正＞The aims of this work is to define the different aspects of flood-related problems, the importance of warning systems and a hydrological analysis of the significant rise in the Salado River basin that affects the city of Santa Fe, in the Parana River Basin. The paper summarizes information about the floods in the Plata River basin, with maximum recorded flow of 60,200 m3.s-1 at the Parana-Paraguay confluence, flooded an area of more than 30,000 km2, the importance of hydrological warning systems, for flatland valleys （as the Parana River warning system） and the experience obtained in the recent flood caused by the Salado River rise in Santa Fe city.

It was determined that samples of styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR),containing highly aromatic oil,exhibit memory effects giving rise to dynamic elastic modulus,damping and internal stresses degree which can be tailored depending on the applied electric field *** capability and stability of the interaction process between aligned neighbor dipoles for exhibiting a memory effect,once the aligning electric field was removed are *** is determined that depending on the spatial arrangement and the amount of electric charge of the dipoles,this interaction is able to promote a memory effect which keeps the alignment between *** electrostatic interaction plays the role of a counteracting effect for keeping the alignment,which was called *** results from the developed model were applied successfully to SBR composite samples for explaining the memory effects recorded from dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA)measurements under electric *** addition,the model of the electric inclusion based on the inclusion theory for continuous media,was applied to determine the degree of internal stresses in the dielectric composite material due to the external applied electric *** addition,from the coupling between the model developed here and simple issues related to the mechanical properties of composite materials,a procedure for determining the maximum possible gap between the electric dipoles in composite dielectric materials is also shown.

Aim:Traditional donor site closure from radial forearm free flap(RFFF)has been associated with esthetic and functional *** avoid complications,such as color mismatch and secondary donor site morbidity,a new technique named‘‘Iberic graft’’for covering the RFFF donor site was described previously by our ***:A study of patients who underwent reconstruction of head and neck defects using a RFFF was conducted to assess postoperative complications of the RFFF donor site and also to evaluate the morbidity in terms of aesthetics and function following the use of the“Iberic graft”.The donor site was covered by the use of a combined local triangular full-thickness skin *** match,quality of the scar,presence of necrosis,dehiscence of the suture or tendon exposure were recorded and ***:One hundred and twenty-five consecutive patients undergoing RFFF harvesting were *** donor site defects ranged from 15 cm2 to 70 cm2;9 patients(7%)had small dehiscences of the forearm skin graft,whereas 2 cases(1.6%)presented tendon ***,partial skin graft loss occurred in a few *** all cases,these sites healed secondarily by conservative management,with no final impairment of *** of the forearm donor site at 1 to 3 months after the primary surgical procedure showed complete defect coverage,good color match,and no scarring along the graft ***:The“Iberic graft”is a reliable method for closing most of RFFF donor site defects as it provides excellent color match and pliability,while obviates the need for a second surgical site.

Basilar artery fenestration is a rare anatomical variation resulting from the failed fusion of the two vertebral arteries during embryonic life. In order of frequency, it is the second most common location of vascular fenestrations after the anterior communicating artery. Vertebrobasilar junction aneurysms are uncommon but often associated with basilar artery fenestration. We report the case of a fenestrated vertebrobasilar junction saccular aneurysm in a 57-year-old woman. The diagnosis was incidentally made on CT angiography which found the anatomical variant and the aneurysm. The radiological features illustrating this association are detailed here and a brief discussion of its pathogenesis and management was made. Vertebrobasilar junction aneurysms are rare and their presence should suggest an associated basilar fenestration.

This review highlights the key role that mycorrhizal fungi play in making phosphorus(Pi)more available to plants,including pathways of phosphorus absorption,phosphate transporters and plant-mycorrhizal fungus symbiosis,especially in conditions where the level of inorganic phosphorus(Pi)in the soil is *** fungi colonization involves a series of signaling where the plant root exudates strigolactones,while the mycorrhizal fungi release a mixture of chito-oligosaccharides and liposaccharides,that activate the symbiosis process through gene signaling pathways,and contact between the hyphae and the *** the symbiosis is established,the extraradical mycelium acts as an extension of the roots and increases the absorption of nutrients,particularly phosphorus by the phosphate *** then moves along the hyphae to the plant root/fungus *** transfer of Pi occurs in the apoplectic space;in the case of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,Pi is discharged from the arbuscular to the plant’s root symplasm,in the membrane that surrounds the *** is then absorbed through the plant periarbuscular membrane by plant phosphate ***,plants can acquire Pi from soil as a direct absorption *** a result of this review,several genes that codify for high-affinity Pi transporters were *** plants,the main family is Pht1 although it is possible to find others such as Pht2,Pht3,Pho1 and *** in plants,mycorrhizal fungi have genes belonging to the Pht1 *** arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi we found l1PT1,GiPT,MtPT1,MtPT2,MtPT4,HvPT8,ZmPht1,TaPTH1.2,GmosPT and ***1,HcPT2 and BePT have been characterized in ectomycorrhizal *** gene has a different way of expressing *** this review,we present diagrams of the symbiotic relationship between mycorrhizal fungi and the *** knowledge allows us to design solutions to regional problems such as food production in soils with low levels of Pi.

目的探讨复方地黄颗粒对帕金森病(PD)阴虚动风证大鼠多巴胺(DA)能神经元生物学功能的作用。方法采用6-羟基多巴胺(6-OHDA)脑立体注射法制备PD阴虚动风证动物模型,成模大鼠随机分为模型组、美多芭组(150 mg/kg)和复方地黄颗粒低、中、高剂量组(1.75、3.5、7 g/kg),分别给予相应药物进行干预,正常组、假手术组及模型组给予生理盐水,共灌胃28 d,观察各组大鼠一般情况及神经行为学,HE染色观察黑质组织病理改变,透射电镜技术观察损毁侧黑质内DA能神经元的线粒体结构,免疫组化、Western blot及RT-qPCR法检测DJ-1、IP3R、GRP75、VDAC1表达。结果与正常组、假手术组比较,模型组大鼠旋转圈数增加(P0.05)。结论复方地黄颗粒可能通过调控DJ-1、IP3R、GRP75、VDAC1表达促进内质网-线粒体稳态,减轻线粒体损伤,维持DA能神经元生物学功能。

绿洲灌区绿肥还田配施化学氮肥对小麦干物质积累及产量的影响

针对西北干旱绿洲灌区小麦长期连作、生产过程中化学氮肥依赖程度高等问题,探讨绿肥还田配施化学氮肥对小麦干物质积累特征及产量的影响,以期为区域小麦施氮制度优化及产量提升提供理论依据。2020至2021年,在河西绿洲灌区设置绿肥还田量和施氮水平的不同组合,即G1N1、G2N1、G3N1、G4N1、G1N2、G2N2、G3N2、G4N2,其中G1、G2、G3、G4分别代表绿肥还田7500 kg/hm^(2)、15000 kg/hm^(2)、22500 kg/hm^(2)、30000 kg/hm^(2),N1、N2分别代表传统施氮减量15%(153 kg/hm^(2))、减量30%(126 kg/hm^(2)),以传统施氮不复种绿肥为对照(CK),研究了不同绿肥还田量结合化学氮肥减量条件下小麦干物质积累及产量表现。结果表明,绿肥还田量及减氮水平对干物质积累量、群体生长速率均有显著影响,二者的互作效应显著。N1较N2干物质积累量、群体生长速率分别提高8.9%、9.7%;G4较G3、G2、G1干物质积累量、群体生长速率分别提高7.4%~23.5%、10.6%~27.4%。绿肥还田量及减氮水平对小麦籽粒产量和生物产量均有显著影响,N1较N2籽粒产量和生物产量分别提高8.7%、5.6%,G4较G3、G2、G1分别提高6.5%~23.8%、8.6%~20.6%。就绿肥还田量和减氮水平结合来看,G4N1处理有效提高了干物质最大增长速率(V max)并延缓了其出现的时间(t 50),V max较其他处理平均提高12.4%~26.8%,t 50较其他处理平均推迟了8~13 d;与传统施氮不复种绿肥(CK)相比,G4N1处理的干物质积累量和产量两年分别平均提高36.4%、32.7%,干物质最大增长速率出现的时间推迟了13 d;通径分析结果表明,穗粒数增加是该处理下小麦籽粒产量提高的主要原因。综上说明,绿肥还田30000 kg/hm^(2)(G4)配合化学氮肥减量15%(N1)有利于小麦产量的提高,可作为干旱绿洲灌区小麦生产中适宜推广的施氮及绿肥应用模式。
