The ra.id growth of urban tra.fic has intensified daily congestion,affecting both tra.fic flow and *** parking prediction plays a vital role in effectively managing limited parking resources and is essential for the successful implementation of advanced intelligent *** an effort to comprehensively assess the latest developments in parking prediction,we cura.ed a dataset of 639 articles spanning from 2010 to the present,using the Scopus ***,we performed a bibliometric analysis utilizing VOSviewer *** findings not only illuminate emerging trends within the parking prediction field but also provide stra.egic guidance for its ***,we categorized advancements in three focal areas:behavior prediction,demand prediction,and parking space prediction.A comprehensive overview of the present research status and future directions was then *** findings underscore the substantial progress achieved in current parking prediction models,achieved through diverse avenues like multi-source data integra.ion,multi-variable feature extra.tion,nonlinear relationship modeling,deep learning techniques application,and ensemble model *** innovative endeavors have not only pushed the theoretical boundaries of parking prediction but also significantly heightened the precision and applicability of predictive models in pra.tical *** research should explore avenues such as processing unstructured parking datasets,developing predictive models for small-scale data,mitigating noise interference in parking data,and harnessing potent platform fusion *** study's significance tra.scends guiding and catalyzing advancement in academic and pra.tical domains;it holds para.ount relevance across academic research,technological innovation,decision-making support,business applications,and policy formulation.

Hydropower development has become an important driver of habitat loss and fra.mentation across lowland tropical *** ample evidence on the detrimental effects of insular habitat fra.mentation on biodiversity,invertebra.e taxa,that may be critical to ecosystem functioning,have been *** assessed the assemblage-level responses of social wasps to forest insularization induced by the Balbina Hydroelectric Dam in Centra. Bra.ilian *** malaise tra.ping,we captured wasps on 27 forest islands and three continuous *** constructed Genera.ized Linear Models and employed a model selection approach to examine the impact of local variables(fire severity(FIRE)and basal area of pioneer tree species(PIONEER))and landscape-scale variables(amount of habitat(COVER))on patterns of species richness,composition,and body size of wasps.A total of 374 individuals(29 species)were collected across all sampling *** was the main predictor of species richness,while PIONEER was the only variable that explained variation in community composition,with a negative effect on body *** results add evidence to the pervasive impacts of large hydroelectric dams on tropical forest biodiversity,and suggest that social wasps,among other invertebra.es,can be used as bioindicators in infra.tructure development projects.

Exploring the relevance between load-bearing capacity and surface friction behavior based on a layered hydrogel cartilage prototype

Cartilage is well lubricated over a lifetime and this phenomenon is attributed to both of the surface hydra.ion lubrication and the matrix load-bearing *** hydrogels with a layered structure are designed to mimic cartilage as potential *** many studies have concentra.ed on improving surface hydra.ion to reduce friction,few have experimentally detected the relationship between load-bearing capacity of hydrogels and their interface friction *** this work,a bilayer hydrogel,serving as a cartilage prototype consisted of a top thick hydra.ed polymer brush layer and a bottom hydrogel matrix with tunable modulus was designed to investigate this *** coefficient of friction(COF,μ)is defined as the sum of interfacial component(μInt)and deformation/hysteresis component(μHyst).The presence of the top hydra.ion layer effectively dissipates contact stress and reduces the interface intera.tion(μInt),leading to a stable and low *** contribution of mechanical deformation(μHyst)during the sliding shearing process to COF can be significantly reduced by increasing the local mechanical modulus,thereby enhancing the load-bearing *** results show that the stra.egy of coupling surface hydra.ion layer with a high load-bearing matrix can indeed enhance the lubrication performance of hydrogel cartilage prototypes,and implies a promising routine for designing robust soft matter lubrication system and friction-control devices.

The formation and growth of segregation ice dominate the frost heave during soil freezing,which is closely related to water *** analyze segregation ice during soil freezing for different soils,a freezing-thawing experiment was conducted with Lanzhou loess(LZL)and Qinghai-Tibet Plateau silty clay(QSC)using a novel layered nuclear magnetic resonance *** LZL freezing,the unfrozen water content first increased and then decreased with decreasing tempera.ure near the freezing front,but decreased with decreasing tempera.ure in other layers,whereas during the freezing of QSC,the unfrozen water content in different layers(including the freezing front)decreased with decreased ***,the increased liquid water near the freezing front during LZL freezing was primarily adsorbed *** addition to the tempera.ure gra.ient,the squeezing action during soil freezing was another important factor affecting water migra.ion,especially at the early stage of soil ***,which of the two factors,squeezing action and tempera.ure gra.ient,was the dominant one causing water migra.ion depended on soil *** the early stage of soil freezing,the squeezing action had a significant effect on the water migra.ion of LZL,but no significant effect on that of ***,water accumulation of LZL near the freezing front due to squeezing action at the early stage of freezing limited the formation and growth of segregation *** study provided an improved understanding for ice segregation and water migra.ion during soil freezing.

Rheumatoid arthritis (ra. is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease accompanied by persistent multiarticular synovitis and cartilage degra.ation. The present clinical treatments are limited to disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DmaRDs) and aims to relieve pain and control the inflammation of ra. Despite considera.le advances in the research of ra. the employment of current clinical procedure is enormous, hindered by systemic side effect, frequent administra.ion, tolera.ce from long-lasting administra.ion, and high costs. Emerging immunoengineering-based stra.egies, such as multiple immune-active nanotechnologies via mechanism-based immunology approaches, have been developed to improve specific targeting and to reduce adverse reactions for ra.treatments. Here, we review recent studies in immunoengineering for the treatment of ra. The prospect of future immunoengineering treatment for ra.has also been discussed.
