The cucumber scab caused by Cladosporium cucumerinum Ell. is one of the most important diseases of cucumber in the pr. of China and elsewhere. recently, wider acceptance of under glas culture exacerbates the problem. Both in greenhouses and in free fields in the Northern China pose a challenge in the control of this disease, because there are no effective fungicide to be used. Induced resistance with chemicals may be an ideal way to protect cucumber against this disease , if there are no resistant cultivars to be used. This paper reports the effect of BION, a new activator of SAr, on the induction of resistance to cucumber scab using two treatment methods (seed treatment and foliar spray) at different concentrations (10,20,40, 80, 160 mg. mL- 1). The results showed that the number of diseased plants was decreased drastically in BION - treated plants, the disease incidence was 35 %, whereas it was 75 % in control plants. The disease severity of plant with BION treatment by foliar spray was 2 and it was 1.5 if used as seed treatment, whereas it was 3 and 3.1 in control plants respectively. Moreover it has no phytotoxic effect to be observed at concentrations used in the experiment.

目的:观察血友病A(HA)患者凝血因子Ⅷ(FⅧ)基因内含子22倒位和内含子1倒位情况。方法:取75例HA患者静脉血,采用长距离pCr扩增技术(LD-pCr)检测内含子22和内含子1倒位情况,观察两种内含子倒位发生率,同时观察内含子22倒位在重型HA中的比例,比较有家族史和无家族史HA患者内含子22倒位发生率。结果:检出22号内含子倒位患者27例,检出率36%(27/75),全部为HA重型患者,占重型血友病A患者的57.4%(27/47);27例中有21例有家族史,有家族史患者内含子22号倒位的发生率高于无家族史患者(p<0.05);检出内含子1倒位1例,占1.3%(1/75)。结论:FⅧ基因内含子22倒位患者患重型HA的几率较高,内含子22倒位检测在重型HA的基因诊断中具有重要意义。

With the growing importance of the black soldier fly(Hermetia illucens)for both sustainable food production and waste management as well as for science,a great demand of understanding its immune system ***,we present the first description of the circulating larval hemocytes with special emphasis on uptake of microorganisms and distinguishing hemocyte *** histological,zymographic,and cytometric methods and with a set of hemocyte binding lectins and antibodies,the hemocytes of *** are identified as plasmatocytes,crystal cells,and putative *** hemocyte counts(THC)are determined,and methods for THC determination are *** 1100 hemocytes per microliter hemolymph are present in naive animals,while hemocyte density decreases dramatically shortly after wounding,indicating a role of hemocytes in response to wounding(and immune response in general).The determination of the relative abundance of each hemocyte type(differential hemocyte count,DHC)revealed that plasmatocytes are highly abundant,whereas prohemocytes and crystal cells make up only a small percentage of the circulating *** are not only the most abundant but also the professional phagocytes in *** rapidly engulf and take up bacteria both in vivo and in vitro,indicating a very potent cellular defense against invading *** bioparticles such as yeasts are also removed from circulation by phagocytosis,but slower than *** is the first analysis of the potent cellular immune response in the black soldier fly,and a first toolbox that helps to identify hemocyte(types)is presented.

目的:评估新型女用安全套的使用性能及安全性。方法:2010年2月在上海市普陀区、卢湾区、徐汇区及崇明县开展无对照的临床试验研究。共招募60对符合条件的夫妇,每对夫妇在1个月内使用4只新型女用安全套,每一只使用完后到指定地点接受随访,填写使用日志、调查表及不良反应事件表等。结果:60对夫妇中有59对完成随访,共使用234只安全套。其中2只被打开但未使用,总失败率0.85%,为非临床失败。总临床失败率为4.27%,其中错位率2.14%,内陷率0.85%,滑脱率是1.28%。有15例(6.41%)发生轻微不良反应,未发现严重不良事件。结论:本次调查的新型女用安全套使用性能良好,安全性高。

为了满足国内高压容器的发展的需要,并对制造高压容器的新技术作进一步的探讨,我们进行了以铸钢代替锻钢的研究试验,以解除对高压容器材料的限制。同时也研究运用金属的塑性理论以自动增强高压容器。这种利用材料的塑性性质来进行结构的研究,肯定是一种先进的分析方法,它不但充分发挥了材料的潜力（塑性材料的屈伏点被提高了）,而且是正确地估计了结构的真正工作能力。通常由於铸钢所具有的一定的缺陷,以及作为高压容器时,估计到铸钢在爆破中所可能形成的碎片将有较大的杀伤破坏,因此国外许多文献上都载着铸钢作为容器时的压力限制,甚至有的在根本上就否定了铸钢作为高压容器材料的可能。我们的试验否定了文献上的规定,现在铸钢的高压容器已受到普遍的欢迎有许多地方则早已把这种价廉、质优、安全、能够很快成批生产的设备投入了生产。

The Hypoxylaceae(Xylariales,Ascomycota)is a diverse family of mainly saprotrophic fungi,which commonly occur in angiosperm-dominated forests around the *** their importance in forest and plant ecology as well as a prolific source of secondary metabolites and enzymes,genome sequences of related taxa are scarce and usually derived from envi-ronmental *** address this lack of knowledge thirteen taxonomically well-defined representatives of the family and one member of the closely related Xylariaceae were genome sequenced using combinations of Illumina and Oxford nanopore technologies or pacBio *** workflow leads to high quality draft genome sequences with an average N50 of 3.0 Mbp.A backbone phylogenomic tree was calculated based on the amino acid sequences of 4912 core genes reflecting the current accepted taxonomic concept of the Hypoxylaceae.A percentage of Conserved proteins(pOCp)analysis revealed that 70%of the proteins are conserved within the family,a value with potential application for the definition of family boundaries within the order ***,Hypomontagnella spongiphila is proposed as a new marine derived lineage of *** based on in-depth genomic comparison and morphological differences of the *** results showed that both species share 95%of their genes corresponding to more than 700 strain-specific *** difference is not reflected by standard taxonomic assessments(morphology of sexual and asexual morph,chemotaxonomy,phylogeny),preventing species delimitation based on traditional *** changes are likely to be the result of environmental adaptations and selective pressure,the driving force of *** data provide an important starting point for the establishment of a stable phylogeny of the Xylariales;they enable studies on evolution,ecological behavior and biosynthesis of natural products;and they significantly advance the taxonomy of fungi.
