In this paper,the assessment of the sensitivity of the soil in the rural area of (c)ukarica municipality to the processes of degradation is *** areas,especially in the vicinity of large cities,are exposed to numerous processes of degradation:soil erosion,urban and industrial zone expansion at the expense of fertile agricultural soils,activation of landslides and a number of other significant ecological *** on the characteristics of the research area,the MEDALUS (Mediterranean Desertification and Land Use) model was applied,and for the assessment of sensitivity to the processes of degradation the main quality indicators were considered:soil,climate,vegetation and *** each of the analyzed quality indicators,parameter groups were *** parameter is quantified according to the defined method by giving them a sensitivity coefficient between 1.0 and *** 10.0 has been applied to analyze and prepare layers of quality ***,the geometric mean for all four quality indicators was used to generate the map of environmental sensitivity to *** results obtained show that 41.54% of the study area is classified as critical;22.34% of the surface as fragile;8.47% of the areas are potentially endangered and 9.58% not threatened to degradation *** results have also shown that MEDALUS model is a functional tool for simulations which support sustainable land management in the areas prone to degradation.

Eclogite facies cataclasite is recognized at Yangkou in the chinese Su-Lu ultrahigh-P metamorphic *** cataclasite dykes(5à15 cm wide)are bounded by mylonite/ultramylonite zones,cutting through unfoliated metagabbro and/or *** cataclasite veins(generally 2–4 cm wide)are free of mylonite boundary zones,cutting through the foliation of the high-P host *** dykes and veins are dominated by eclogite fragments consisting of debris of omphacite,garnet,quartz,phengite and kyanite,in a matrix of variable amounts of a schist rich in quartz,phengite and *** clasts in the fragments are welded and overgrown by more ca-rich garnet containing mineral inclusions different from those in the garnet *** micropoikilitic texture of garnet is typical of eclogitic ***-sealing K-feldspar veinlets in the cataclasite dykes also imply frictional or shock-induced melting of *** modal abundances in the cataclasite and the schist imply that the dykes formed by flow of the omphacite and garnet-dominated cataclasites into the fractures during seismic faulting,while the lower density minerals(quartz,phengite and kyanite)were largely left in the ultramylonite boundary *** dykes have the same composition as their host rocks,except for slightly lower Si and large ion lithophile elements and higher Mg,ca,cr,co and ***,probably spurted from the nearby ultramafic rock,is found as rare particles in the cataclasite *** indicates that material exchange occurred by mechanical mixing between the dykes and the ultramafic rock during seismic *** cr-rich eclogite minerals grown on the chromite are evidence for coseismic high-P ***-lived crystal growth is implied by the fine grain sizes of the eclogite minerals and very limited element diffusion between the garnet clasts and their *** fact that the host rocks are more hydrated implies that the dyke formation was not related to fluid infiltr

Otologic and vestibular symptoms in cOVID-19:A scoping review

Background:Otologic and vestibular symptoms have been seen in patients confirmed to have cOVID-19 *** discussion of these symptoms may provide insight into short-and long-term management for these ***:The aim of this review was to describe the otologic and vestibular symptoms that present in patients with *** primary outcomes of this review were onset,duration and clinical outcomes of these *** of Evidence:Pub Med,APAMed central,Herdin,cINAHL,Scopus,Springer Link,ProQuest coronavirus research Database,and Google Scholar were searched for the articles to be *** criteria:Studies included were those involving adult patients diagnosed with cOVID-19 who experienced hearing loss,ear pain,ear discharge,otitis media,vertigo,or *** were eligible for inclusion if there was a description of the otologic dysfunction,specifically onset,duration,or clinical ***:The majority of patients who experienced hearing loss(68%),tinnitus(88%),vertigo/dizziness(30%),ear pain(8%),and discharge(100%)did so within a month of experiencing the typical symptoms of cOVID-19.A majority also experienced complete resolution of their symptoms within 2 *** treatment for cOVID-19 was usually provided but when specific diagnoses are made for these symptoms(e.g.,sudden sensorineural hearing loss,otitis media,vestibular neuritis),they are treated in the same manner as one would for non-cOVID-19 cases,in addition to the management for *** certain cases,there may be a need for additional work-up to rule out other ***:Otologic and vestibular symptoms were present in cOVID-19 patients,majority as part of the systemic nature of the *** onset,duration,and course were consistent with the natural history of a systemic viral ***-19 should be considered in any patient with a new-onset hearing loss,tinnitus,or vertigo/dizziness,even in the absence of infectious or respirato

The aims of this study were threefold:1)study the research gap in carpark and price index via big data and natural language processing,2)examine the research gap of carpark indices,and 3)construct carpark price indices via repeat sales methods and predict carpark indices via the *** researching the keyword“carpark”in Google Scholar,the largest electronic academic database that coversWeb of Science and Scopus indexed articles,this study obtained 999 articles and book chapters from 1910 to *** confirmed that most carpark research threw light on multi-storey carparks,management and ventilation systems,and reinforced concrete *** most common research method was case *** price index research,many previous studies focused on consumer,stock,press and futures,with many keywords being related to finance and *** indicated that there is no research predicting carpark price indices based on an AutoML *** study constructed repeat sales indices for 18 districts in Hong Kong by using 34,562 carpark transaction records from December 2009 to June ***’s carpark price was about four times that of Yuen Long’s carpark price,indicating the considerable carpark price differences inHong *** research evidenced the features that affected the carpark price indices models most:gold price ranked the first in all 19 models;oil price or Link stock price ranked second depending on the district,and carpark affordability ranked third.

^(13)c-carbon is the most available source of *** is a relatively inexpensive solid material,which can be easily converted to calcium carbide-^(13)c_(2).In current work,ca^(13)c_(2)was used for in situ generation of^(13)c_(2)-acetylene in 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition and[4+2]cycloaddition *** the first time,1H-1,2,3-triazoles-4,5-^(13)c_(2)and isoxazoles-4,5-^(13)c_(2)were synthesized using calcium carbide-^(13)c_(2).A Diels-Alder type cycloaddition of 3,6-di(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine and ca^(13)c_(2)was investigated,and the best way for the synthesis of 3,6-di(pyridin-2-yl)pyridazine-4,5-^(13)c_(2)was proposed for the first *** we perform a detailled description of NMr spectra of^(13)c_(2)-labeled triazoles,isoxazoles and 3,6-di(pyridin-2-yl)pyridazine.

Development of artificial neural network to predict the performance of spark ignition engine fuelled with waste pomegranate ethanol blends

In this study,an artificial neural network(ANN)is developed to predict the performance of a spark-ignition engine using waste pomegranate ethanol blends.A series of experiments on a single-cylinder,four-stroke spark-ignition engine yielded the data needed for neural network training and validation.70 percent of the experimental data was used to train the network using the feed-forward back propagation(ffBP)*** developed network model’s performance was evaluated by contrasting its output with experimental *** parameters included engine speed,ethanol blends,and output parameters included indicated and brake power,thermal,volumetric,and mechanical *** and testing data had regression coefficients that were almost identical to *** research revealed that the ANN model can be a better option for predicting engine performance with a higher level of accuracy.
