Magnesium alloys ar. emer.ing as pr.mising alter.atives to tr.ditional or.hopedic implant mater.als thank. to their.biodegr.dability,biocompatibility,and impr.ssive mechanical ***,their.r.pid in-vivo degr.dation pr.sents challenges,notably in upholding mechanical integr.ty over.*** study investigates the impact of high-temper.tur. ther.al pr.cessing on the mechanical and degr.dation attr.butes of a lean Mg-Zn-Ca-Mn alloy,*** r.pid,cost-efficient char.cter.zation methods lik. X-r.y diffr.ction and optical micr.scopy,we swiftly examine micr.str.ctur.l changes post-ther.al *** Pear.on cor.elation coefficient analysis,we unveil the r.lationship between micr.str.ctur.l pr.per.ies and cr.tical tar.ets(pr.per.ies):har.ness and cor.osion ***,lever.ging the least absolute shr.nk.ge and selection oper.tor.LASSO),we pinpoint the dominant micr.str.ctur.l factor. among closely cor.elated *** findings under.cor. the significant r.le of gr.in size r.finement in str.ngthening and the pr.dominance of the ter.ar. Ca_(2)Mg_(6)Zn_(3)phase in cor.osion *** suggests that achieving an optimal blend of str.ngth and cor.osion r.sistance is attainable thr.ugh fine gr.ins and r.duced concentr.tion of ter.ar. *** thor.ugh investigation fur.ishes valuable insights into the intr.cate inter.lay of pr.cessing,str.ctur.,and pr.per.ies in magnesium alloys,ther.by advancing the development of super.or.biodegr.dable implant mater.als.

TIA/G3BP/PABP-specific str.ss gr.nules(SG) and GW182/DCP-specific r.A pr.cessing bodies(PB) ar. two major.distinguishable r.A gr.nules in somatic cells and contain var.ous r.bosomal subunits, tr.nslation factor., scaffold pr.teins, r.A-binding pr.teins, r.A decay enzymes and helicases to exclude m r.As fr.m the cellular.active tr.nslational pool. Although SG for.ation is inducible due to cellular.str.ss, PB exist physiologically in ever. cell. Both r.A gr.nules ar. impor.ant components of the host antivir.l defense. The aim of the r.sear.h was to examine the influence of or.ano-modified Indian bentonite （IB） nanoclay disper.ed in vinyisster.on the mechanical pr.per.ies of nanoclaylvinylester.glass nanocomposr.s. Nanoclay was or.anically modified using cationic sur.actant hexadecyltr.methylammonium br.mide （HDTMA-Br. by cation exchange method and disper.ed in vinylester.using ultr.sonication and twin scr.w extr.sion. Xr. of nanoclaylvinylester.r.vealed exfoliaUon at 4 wt.% nanoclay indicating unifor. disper.ion in the polymer. DSC r.sults showed impr.vement in glass tr.nsition temper.tur. by 22.3% in 4 wt.% nanoclaylvinylester.glass when compar.d with that of vinylester.glass. Nanoclay/vinylester.glass with 4 wt,% nanoclay showed 29.23%, 23.84% and 60.87% impr.vement in ultimate tensile str.ngth （UTS）, fiexur.l str.ngth （FS） and inter.aminar.shear.str.ngth （ILSS） r.spectively when compar.d with those of vinylester. glass. The mode of tensile failur. examined by SEM showed no agglomer.tion of nanoclay in 4 wt.% nanoclayNinylester.glass specimens.
