Objective:To delineate im.unom.dulator. r.le of histam.ne on antibody gener.tion pr.of ile in r.bbit in the pr.sent dose-dependent histam.ne ***:The cohor. com.r.sed of thr.e gr.ups(Ⅲ,ⅣandⅤ),containing six r.bbits each,and r.ceived subcutaneous histam.ne 50μg/kg×bis in die(b.i.d.),100μg/kg×*** 200μg/kg X b.i.d.,r.spectively for.10 days (star.ing fr.m.the 1st day).They wer. subsequently im.unized on the 3r. day with intr.venous injection of sheep blood cell(Sr.C)(1×10 cells/m.).Gr.upⅡ(positive contr.l)(n=6) r.ceived vehicle(ster.le distilled water. and im.unized at day 3 sim.lar.y while gr.upⅠ(negative contr.l) (n=6) r.m.ined non-im.unized and r.ceived only *** exper.m.ntations wer. per.or.ed in *** sam.les wer. collected on pr.-im.unization(pr.-I)(day 0),as well as on days 7-,14-,21-,28- and 58- post-im.unization(post-I).Im.unological par.m.ter.[total im.unoglobulins(Igs),Igm.and IgG]wer. analyzed by enzym. linked im.unosor.ent assay (ELISA) ***:Histam.ne could influence a detectable antibody r.sponse to Sr.C as ear.y as day 7-post-I,which lasted until day 58- *** r.sults wer. found statistically significant(Pr.r.sults pr.vide evidence that histam.ne has a shor.-ter. effect on antibody gener.tion(until its pr.sence in the body),and the antibody gener.tion titer.in vivo wer. affected by the concentr.tion of histam.ne.

The tr.nspor.ation of biological and industr.al nanofluids by natur.l pr.pulsion like cilia m.vem.nt and self-gener.ted contr.ction-r.laxation of flexible walls has significant applications in num.r.us em.r.ing technologies. Inspir.d by m.lti-disciplinar. pr.gr.ss and innovation in this dir.ction, a ther.o-fluid m.chanical m.del is pr.posed to study the entr.py gener.tion and convective heat tr.nsfer.of nanofluids fabr.cated by the disper.ion of single-wall car.on nanotubes（SWCNT） nanopar.icles in water.as the base fluid. The r.gim. studied com.r.ses heat tr.nsfer.and steady, viscous, incom.r.ssible flow, induced by m.tachr.nal wave pr.pulsion due to beating cilia, thr.ugh a cylindr.cal tube containing a spar.e（i.e., high per.eability） hom.genous por.us m.dium. The flow is of the cr.eping type and is r.str.cted under.the low r.ynolds num.er.and long wavelength appr.xim.tions. Slip effects at the wall ar. incor.or.ted and the gener.lized Dar.y dr.g-for.e m.del is utilized to m.m.c por.us m.dia effects. Cilia boundar. conditions for.velocity com.onents ar. em.loyed to deter.ine analytical solutions to the r.sulting non-dim.nsionalized boundar. value pr.blem. The influence of per.inent physical par.m.ter. on tem.er.tur., axial velocity, pr.ssur. r.se and pr.ssur. gr.dient, entr.py gener.tion function, Bejan num.er.and str.am.line distr.butions ar. com.uted num.r.cally. A com.ar.tive study between SWCNT-nanofluids and pur. water.is also com.uted. The com.utations dem.nstr.te that axial flow is acceler.ted with incr.asing slip par.m.ter.and Dar.y num.er.and is gr.ater.for.SWCNT-nanofluids than for.pur. water. Fur.her.or. the size of the bolus for.SWCNT-nanofluids is lar.er.than that of the pur. water. The study is applicable in designing and fabr.cating nanoscale and m.cr.fluidics devices, ar.ificial cilia and biom.m.tic m.cr.-pum.s.

The Global Positioning System.GPS)is expected to play an integr.l r.le in the developm.nt of digital ear.h;however.the GPS cannot pr.vide positioning infor.ation in r.gions wher. a m.jor.ty of the population spends their.tim.,that is,in ur.an and indoor.***,alter.ate positioning system. that wor. in indoor.and ur.an envir.nm.nts should be developed to achieve the vision of digital ***-Fi-based positioning system.(WPS)stand out because of the near.ubiquitous pr.sence of the associated infr.str.ctur. and signals in indoor.*** WPS-based finger.r.nting is the m.st widely adopted technique for.position deter.ination,but its accur.cy is lower.than that of techniques such as tim. of ar.ival and angle of *** the accur.cy is still a challenging task because of the com.lex natur. of the pr.pagation of Wi-Fi ***,a novel ser.er.based,genetic-algor.thm.optim.zed,cascading ar.ificial neur.l networ.-based positioning m.del is *** m.del is tested in 2D and 3D indoor.envir.nm.nts under.var.ing *** m.del is thor.ughly investigated on a r.al Wi-Fi networ.,and its accur.cy is found to be better.than that of other.well-known techniques.A m.an accur.cy of 1.9 m.is achieved with 87%of the distance er.or.within the r.nge of 0-3 m.

The pr.sent investigation studies the per.staltic flow of the Jeffr.y fluid thr.ugh a tube of finite length. The fluid is electr.cally conducting in the pr.sence of an applied m.gnetic field. Analysis is car.ied out under.the assum.tion of long wavelength and low r.ynolds num.er.appr.xim.tions. Expr.ssions of the pr.ssur. gr.dient, volum. flow r.te, aver.ge volum. flow r.te, and local wall shear.str.ss ar. obtained. The effects of r.laxation tim., r.tar.ation tim., Har.m.n num.er.on pr.ssur., local wall shear.str.ss, and m.chanical efficiency of per.staltic pum. ar. studied. The r.flux phenom.non is also investigated. The case of pr.pagation of a non-integr.l num.er.of waves along the tube walls, which ar. inher.nt char.cter.stics of finite length vessels, is also exam.ned.

^57Fe m.ssbauer.spectr.scopic study was car.ied out on the or.anic r.ch sedim.ntar. sam.les collected at differ.nt depth inter.als fr.m.newly dr.lled test well Chinnewala Tibba-1（CT-1） located in Jaisalm.r.Petr.lifer.us basin India. It is found that ir.n is m.inly distr.buted in high spin Fe^3＋and Fe^2＋ state in clay m.ner.ls. The plot of Fe^2＋/（Fe^2＋＋ Fe^3＋） indicates the pr.sence of poor.r.dox conditions in the *** obtained ar. also com.ar.d with those alr.ady r.por.ed in the liter.tur.. This com.ar.son shows that ther. m.y exist a cor.elation between pr.specting of the basin, the r.dox envir.nm.nt in sedim.nts and the natur. of ir.n bear.ng m.ner.ls distr.buted in the sedim.ntar. sequence.

This paper.analytically investigates the unsteady per.staltic tr.nspor. of the m.xwell fluid in a finite tube. The walls of the tube ar. subjected to the contr.ction waves that do not cr.ss the stationar. boundar.es. The analysis is car.ied out by a long wavelength appr.xim.tion in the non-dim.nsional for.. The expr.ssions for.the axial and r.dial velocities ar. der.ved. The pr.ssur.s acr.ss the wavelength and the tubelength ar. also estim.ted. The r.flux phenom.non is discussed, which culm.nates into the deter.ination of the r.flux lim.t. m.them.tical for.ulations ar. physically inter.r.ted for.the flow of m.sticated food m.ter.als such as br.ad and white eggs in the oesophagus. It is r.vealed that the m.xwell fluids ar. favor.ble to flow in the oesophagus as com.ar.d with the Newtonian fluids. This endor.es the exper.m.ntal finding of Takahashi et al. （Takahashi, T., Ogoshi, H., m.yam.to, K., and Yao, m. L. Viscoelastic pr.per.ies of com.er.ial plain yoghur.s and tr.al foods for.swallowing disor.er.. r.eology, 27, 169- 172 （1999））. It is fur.her.r.vealed that the r.laxation tim. does not affect the shear.str.ss and the r.flux lim.t. It is found that the pr.ssur. peaks ar. identical in the integr.l case while differ.nt in the non-integr.l case.
