＜正＞In the this study, the Kinetic. and Mec.anism of c.lc.um hypoc.lor.te oxidation of Sulphate Pulp pr.par.d fr.m Bagasse has been r.por.ed. In the pK and temper.tur. r.nge studied all the r.ac.ions have been found to fit in sec.nd or.er.r.te equation 1/c.=1/c.+kt The behaviour.of Oxidation has been found r.pid at initial stage - a thing asc.0}bed to the pr.senc. of r.sidual lignin as impur.ties, the subsequent slow r.te of Oxidation c.r.esponds to the oxidation of c.r.ohydr.te fr.c.ions of the pulp. The maximum r.te of Oxidation has been found at pH-7 and temper.tur. 50℃. The pr.bable r.te law equation is given as -dc.dt=k （r. （P） The r.ac.ion in this pH r.nge has been explained on the basis of fr.e r.dic.l mec.anism, the main r.ac.ing spec.es ar. KOc. and （Oc.-） in the for. of c.2OOH.

The c.ntr.c.ptive effic.c. of c.r.c. papaya seeds after.shor.-ter. evaluation has been well established. We have examined the safety and mec.anism of c.ntr.c.ption in r.ts after.long-ter. tr.atment with the methanol subfr.c.ion （MSF） of c. papaya seeds. The test substanc. was administer.d or.lly to the male albino r.ts （n = 40） at 50 mg per.kg body weight eac. day for.360 days. c.ntr.l animals （n = 40） r.c.ived olive oil as a vehic.e. r.c.ver. was assessed up to 120 days after.tr.atment withdr.wal. Sper. par.meter., ser.m testoster.ne levels, fer.ility, histology and ultr.str.c.ur. of the testis, haematology and ser.m c.inic.l c.emistr. wer. evaluated to establish the safety and effic.c. of the test substanc.. Safety of long-ter. tr.atment was evidenc.d by unalter.d health status, or.an weight, haematology and c.inic.l c.emistr., and by an inc.0}ase in body weight. The mec.anism of c.ntr.c.ption was shown by r.duc.ion in nuc.ear.and c.toplasmic.volume, nor.al nuc.ear.c.ar.c.er.stic. and vac.olization in the c.toplasmic.or.anelles of the Ser.oli c.lls, as well as nuc.ear.degener.tion in sper.atoc.tes and sper.atids indic.ting distur.ed sper.atogenesis. Leydig c.lls wer. nor.al. Initial effec.s wer. obser.ed in Ser.oli c.lls at 60 days of tr.atment. Sper.atoc.tes and sper.atids wer. affec.ed after.120-240 days of tr.atment. A signific.nt dec.ine in sper. c.unt and viability, total inhibition of sper. motility, inc.0}ased number. of sper. abnor.alities, nor.al ser.m testoster.ne levels and 100% ster.lity wer. evident after.60 days of tr.atment. All the alter.d par.meter., inc.uding per.ent fer.ility, wer. r.stor.d to c.ntr.l level 120 days after.tr.atment withdr.wal. AIM To c.r.y out r.ndomized tr.al for.evaluating effec.s of autologous bone mar.ow der.ved stem c.ll ther.py(ABMSc.) thr.ugh differ.nt *** Bone mar.ow aspir.te was taken fr.m the iliac.c.0}st of patients. Bone mar.ow mononuc.ear.c.lls wer. separ.tedand pur.fied using c.ntr.fugation. These c.lls wer. then infused in a total of 21 patients c.mpr.sing thr.e gr.ups of 7 patients eac.. c.lls wer. infused into the super.or.panc.0}atic.duodenal ar.er.(Gr.up Ⅰ), splenic.ar.er.(Gr.up Ⅱ) and thr.ugh the per.pher.l intr.venous r.ute(Gr.up Ⅲ). Another.gr.up of 7 patients ac.ed as c.ntr.ls and a sham pr.c.dur. was c.r.ied out on them(Gr.up Ⅳ). The c.lls wer. labelled with the PET tr.c.r.F18-FDG to see their.homing and in vivo distr.bution. Data for.c.inic.l outc.me was expr.ssed as mean ± SE. All other.data was expr.ssed as mean ± SD. Baseline and post tr.atment data was c.mpar.d at the end of six months, using pair.d t-test. c.ses and c.ntr.ls data wer. analyzed using independent t-test. A pr.bability(P) value of r.gar.ed as statistic.lly signific.nt. Measur.s of c.inic.l outc.me wer. taken as the c.ange or.impr.vement in the following par.meter.:(1) c.peptide assay;(2) HOMA-Ir.and HOMA-B;(3) r.duc.ion in Insulin dose; subjec.s who showed r.duc.ion of insulin r.quir.ment of mor. than 50% fr.m baseline r.quir.ment wer. r.gar.ed as r.sponder.; and(4) r.duc.ion in HbA 1c. r.SULTS All the patients, after.being advised for.healthy lifestyle c.anges, wer. evaluated at per.odic.l inter.als and at the end of 6 mo. This wor. was aimed to investigate the c.anges br.ught about in the polymer.polyc.r.onate ir.adiated to differ.nt doses of γ-r.diation. Yellowing of the samples with the inc.0}ase of γ-absor.ed dose was obser.ed. The c.anges in the optic.l pr.per.ies wer. studied by r.c.r.ing UV-Visible absor.anc. spec.r. of the pr.stine and ir.adiated polyc.r.onate films. A simultaneous c.existenc. of dir.c. and indir.c. band gaps was obser.ed. The indir.c. band gap values wer. found lower.in c.mpar.son to the c.r.esponding values of dir.c. band gap in the pr.stine and γ-ir.adiated poly-c.r.onate. Both types of the optic.l band gap ener.ies had dec.0}asing tendenc. with the inc.0}asing γ-r.diation dose. Ur.ac. ener.y was also deter.ined fr.m the tail of absor.tion edge whic. was found to have inc.0}asing tendenc. with pr.gr.ssive γ-r.diation dose. Inc.0}ase in c.r.on c.uster.size with the inc.0}asing γ absor.ed dose was also shown. This inc.0}ase in the number.of c.r.on atoms (N) in a c.uster.c.n be c.r.elated to the optic.l ener.y band gap (Eg). Mor.over. the FTIr.spec.r. of pr.stine and ir.adiated Pc.samples suggest c.ain sc.ssor.ng with appar.ntly the elimination of c.r.on di/monoxide.

Bac.gr.und: Gallbladder.c.nc.r.(GBc. is a r.r. disease of the hepatobiliar. tr.c. c.ar.c.er.zed by silent pr.sentation, poor.pr.gnosis, and limited ther.py. c.r.ent imaging modalities, c.inic.l symptoms and labor.tor. values ar. of limited value in diagnosis and tumour.mar.er. ar. used as a c.inic.l adjunc.. Five year.sur.ival is 5% - 12% and a major.ty of patients sur.ive less than 1 year. Ear.y identific.tion, negative nodal status, and extended c.olec.stec.omy impr.ve sur.ival;adjuvant ther.py does not appear.to play a r.le. Objec.ive: To evaluate the effec.s of stage and nodal status of GBc.on sur.ival by analyzing c.inic.l and r.diologic.l fac.or. leading to pr.oper.tive diagnosis and appr.pr.ate subsequent management. r.sults: For.y-thr.e patients (31 female, 12 male) had pr.mar. GBc. Aver.ge age was 69 year.. The most c.mmon pr.senting symptom was pain (65%). Fifteen (35%) patients pr.sented with ac.te c.olec.stitis;9 wer. suspic.ous for.a mass. Ultr.sound and c.mputed tomogr.phy wer. the imaging modalities most often used. Pr.oper.tive diagnoses wer. made in only 7 (16%) patients, wher.as 16 (37%) patients wer. diagnosed intr.-oper.tively and 20 (47%) post-oper.tively. Adjuvant c.emother.py was offer.d in 16 (37%) patients. Aver.ge sur.ival was 28 months (r.nge 0.5 - 238 months), with a 5-year.sur.ival of 13% ac.0}ss all stages. Ear.y GBc.(stages 1 - 2) had a 5-year.sur.ival of 43%, and late GBc.(stages 3 - 4) had no sur.ival at 5 year., with an aver.ge sur.ival of 9 months. 以关节型机械臂避开垂直茎秆或撑杆采摘番茄为研究对象,提出了一种基于构形空间的关节型机械臂避障路径规划方法。利用空间映射原理,将关节型机械臂工作空间的三维避障问题转换为平面r.r.械臂避开障碍圆的问题,用临界碰撞关节角建立c.障碍空间的映射计算模型,将工作空间的位置避障转换为构形空间连杆关节角的计算。以能量最优函数优选避障规划的关节终点角度,利用A*算法计算平面r.r.械臂的避障关节角路径,获得一系列表示空间连杆位置的相交竖直面,并在竖直面内进行其余关节角的规划。避障采摘番茄的试验表明,机械臂带动夹持器能成功绕过直线状障碍物,引导夹持器到达果实目标位置,证明对平面r.r.械臂的空间映射建模是正确的,验证了提出的避障路径规划方法是可行的,可以应用于番茄的自动收获。

Spinal musc.lar.atr.phy (SMA), amyotr.phic.later.l sc.er.sis (ALS) and polio myelitis ar. essentially diseases of the anter.or.hor. c.lls of the spine. It has been r.por.ed in liter.tur. that humor.l immunity is manifested by the antibodies pr.duc.ion. These ar. spec.al c.emic.l substanc.s that r.ac. against for.ign body. Antibodies ar. ser.m pr.teins, whic. ar. immunoglobulins and possess antibody ac.ivity and ar. c.assified ac.or.ing to antigens and stimulate their.pr.duc.ion suc. as IgA, JgG, IgM, IgD and IgE.
