Advanced soft ion-conducting hydrogels have been developed rapidly in the integrated portable health monitoring equipment due to their higher sensitivity,sensory traits,tunable conductivity,and stretchability for physiological activities and personal healthcare ***,traditional hydrogel conductors are normally susceptible to large deformation and strong mechanical stress,which leads to inferior electro-mechanical stability for real application ***,a strong ionically conductive hydrogel(poly(vinyl alcohol)-boric acid-glycerol/sodium alginate-calcium chloride/electrolyte ions(PBG/SC/EI))was designed by engineering the covalently and ionically crosslinked networks followed by the salting-out effect to further enhance the mechanical strength and ionic conductivity of the *** to the collective effects of the energy-dissipation mechanism and salting-out effect,the designed PBG/SC/EI with excellent structural integrity and robustness exhibits exceptional mechanical properties(elongation at break for 559.1%and tensile strength of 869.4 kPa)and high ionic conductivity(1.618 S·m^(-1)).As such,the PBG/SC/EI strain sensor features high sensitivity(gauge factor=2.29),which can effectively monitor various kinds of human motions(joint motions,facial micro-expression,faint respiration,and voice recognition).meanwhile,the hydrogel-based Zn||mnO_(2)battery delivers a high capacity of 267.2 mAh·g^(-1)and a maximal energy density of 356.8 Wh·kg^(-1)associated with good cycle performance of 71.8%capacity retention after 8000 ***,an integrated bio-monitoring system with the sensor and Zn||mnO_(2)battery can accurately identify diverse physiological activities in a real-time and non-invasive *** work presents a feasible strategy for designing high-performance conductive hydrogels for highly-reliable integrated bio-monitoring systems with excellent practicability.

Backgroundand Originality Content,Cembranoids are a structurally diverse class of diterpenoids commonly occurring in marine and terrestrial organisms.(+)-Cembrene was the first reported cembranoid diterpenoid discovered in 1962,l and more than 1400 cembranoid diterpenoids have been identified in the last six decades,[2]Cembranoids are characterized by a 14-membered carbocyclic ring,an isopropyl group and three methyl groups,which form their core carbon *** processes such as oxidation,oxidative rearrangements and transannular cyclizations occur in organisms,leading to the formation of distinctive specialized metabolites such as epoxide,lactone,ester,furan,pyrane and other ringbased cembranoids.[2-3]

We demonstrate a low-noise,high-gain,and large-dynamic-range photodetector(PD)based on a junction field-effect transistor(JFET)and a charge amplifier for the measurement of quantum noise in Bell-state detection(BSD).Particular photodiode junction capacitance allows the silicon N-channel JFET 2sk152 to be matched to the noise requirement for charge amplifier *** electronic noise of the PD is effectively suppressed and the signal-to-noise ratio(SNr)is up to 15 dB at the analysis frequency of 2.75 mHz for a coherent laser power of 50.08µ*** combining of the inductor and capacitance,the alternating current(AC)and direct current(DC)branches of the PD can operate linearly in a dynamic range from 25.06µW to 17.50 *** PD can completely meet the requirements of SNr and dynamic range for BSD in quantum optics experiments.

2,6-bis(picrylamino)-3,5-dinitropyridine(PYX)has excellent thermostability,which makes its thermal decomposition mechanism receive much *** this paper,the mechanism of PYX thermal decomposition was investigated thoroughly by the reaxFF-lg force field combined with DFT-B3LYP(6-311++G)*** detailed decomposition mechanism,small-molecule product evolution,and cluster evolution of PYX were mainly *** the initial stage of decomposition,the intramolecular hydrogen transfer reaction and the formation of dimerized clusters are earlier than the denitration *** the progress of the reaction,one side of the bitter amino group is removed from the pyridine ring,and then the pyridine ring is *** final products produced in the thermal decomposition process are CO_(2),H_(2)O,N_(2),and H_(2).Among them,H_(2)O has the earliest generation time,and the reaction rate constant(k_(3))is the *** clusters are formed during the decomposition of PYX,and the formation,aggregation,and decomposition of these clusters are strongly affected by *** low temperatures(2500 K-2750 K),many clusters are *** high temperatures(2750 K-3250 K),the clusters aggregate to form larger *** 3500 K,the large clusters decompose and become *** the late stage of the reaction,H and N in the clusters escaped almost entirely,but more O was trapped in the clusters,which affected the auto-oxidation process of ***'s initial decomposition activation energy(E_(a))was calculated to be 126.58 kJ/*** work contributes to a theoretical understanding of PYX's entire thermal decomposition process.

Background The primary differentially methylated regions(Dmrs) which are maternally hypermethylated serve as imprinting control regions(ICrs) that drive monoallelic gene expression, and these ICrs have been investigated due to their implications in mammalian development. Although a subset of genes has been identified as imprinted, in-depth comparative approach needs to be developed for identification of species-specific imprinted genes. Here, we examined DNA methylation status and allelic expression at the KBTBD6 locus across species and tissues and explored potential mechanisms of *** Using whole-genome bisulfite sequencing and rNA-sequencing on parthenogenetic and normal porcine embryos, we identified a maternally hypermethylated Dmr between the embryos at the KBTBD6 promoter Cp G island and paternal monoallelic expression of KBTBD6. Also, in analyzed domesticated mammals but not in humans, non-human primates and mice, the KBTBD6 promoter Cp G islands were methylated in oocytes and/or allelically methyl-ated in tissues, and monoallelic KBTBD6 expression was observed, indicating livestock-specific imprinting. Further analysis revealed that these Cp G islands were embedded within transcripts in porcine and bovine oocytes which coexisted with an active transcription mark and DNA methylation, implying the presence of transcription-dependent *** In this study, our comparative approach revealed an imprinted expression of the KBTBD6 gene in domesticated mammals, but not in humans, non-human primates, and mice which implicates species-specific evolution of genomic imprinting.
