苯乳酸由乳酸菌生产,它是一种重要的保鲜剂。苯乳酸是一个重要的防腐剂以及可以延长食品的保质期。本论文对苯乳酸进行研究其分离和纯化方法,并且研究它跟树脂的静态吸附和动态吸附。6种树脂(301,315,335,345,HZD-9,HZ-2)用来考查它们的吸附量和解吸量。结果表示301树脂的效果最好,因此以它进行下面的研究。首先将发酵液在活性炭加热处理(温度为80℃),活性炭用量为5%。然后将发酵液的苯乳酸吸附在301树脂再用盐酸来洗脱被吸附的苯乳酸;萃取之前将流出溶液进行pH调解再用乙酸乙酯萃取。最后,用旋转蒸发器浓缩萃取溶液使苯乳酸结晶。HpLC流动相为A(三氟乙酸0.05%/水)/B(三氟乙酸0.05%/甲醇)50：50(v/v),流速为1ml/min。苯乳酸保留时间在5分钟左右。301树脂对苯乳酸的吸附过程比较符合Langmuir方程,关系系数R2为0.99,自由能(△G)为负值。吸附过程的解析率和产品的纯度分别为87.31%和95.07%。

Computer Automated Tomography has been shown to be a valuable tool in production research because it provides a non-destructive method to identify and evaluate the internal structural characteristics of reservoir rock. In CT scan, Hounsfield Unit (HU) is proportional to the degree of X-ray attenuation by the tissue. The aim of the present study was to introduce the method to estimate porosity which is one of physical parameters of reservoir rock though HU data. In this study, an Image J software was used to extract Hounsfield Unit data and calibrate by standard material’s density. This method provides the ability of using CT Scanner in advanced reservoir characterization and flow test experiments.

Tin-doped Indium Oxide （ITO） has been successfully prepared via solvothermal method with a mixture of Indium（Ill） acetylacetonate and Tin（IV） bis（acetylacetonate）dichioride in oleyamine solvent under the condition of the different reaction time from 12 h to 48 h for the first time. The morphology, phase composition and particle size of the ITO powder were characterized by TEM and XRD. Two significant properties required for ITO samples to become noncarbon support for pt in pEMFCs including specific surface area and electrical conductivity were studied.

Control rod is used to change the power in nuclear reactor.?Certainly, the core at any moment can be made subcritical condition and shut downs when occurring?to emergency instance in the core. The rod is grouped based?on their function and located at different places in the core where their feature is maximized.?Two methods of control rod calibration are the asymptotic period method and the rod-drop method, which were applied in this experiment. In the first method, the reactor is made supcritical by inserting the control rod to be calibrated a certain level. The rod drop method is to determine the subcritical;at the critical state, the rod to be calibrated is dropped into the core, and the resulting decay of neutron flux is observed and related to the reactivity. In this paper, the regulating rod will be calibrated according to the reactivity in OpR-1000 that corresponds to a certain control rod insert or withdraw, and the reactivity in power reactor depends?on the integral and differential control rod group too. The core simulator OpR1000 is used to test those methods.

We have developed aggregation-induced emission （AIE） dye loaded polymer nanoparticles with deep-red emission for siRNA delivery to pancreatic cancer cells. Two US Food and Drug Administration （FDA） approved surfactant polymers, pluronics F127 and pEGylated phospholipid, were used to prepare the dye-loaded nanoparticle formulations and they can be used as nanovectors for gene silencing of mutant K-ras in pancreatic cancer cells. The successful transfection of siRNA by the developed nanovectors was confirmed by the fluorescent imaging and quantified through flow cytometry. Quantitative real time polymerase chain reaction （pCR） indicates that the expression of the mutant K-ras oncogene from the MiapaCa-2 pancreatic cancer cells has been successfully suppressed. More importantly, our in vivo toxicity study has revealed that both the nanoparticle formulations are highly biocompatible in BALC/c mice. Overall, our results suggest that the AIE dye-loaded polymer nanoparticle formulations developed here are suitable for gene delivery and have high potential applications in translational medicine research.

Assessment of Water Quality in Shrimp Culture Areas of the Mekong Delta

Water quality was investigated in shrimp culture areas in Cau Ngang, Tra Vinh where three culture systems were found in the same area to assess the impact of intensification of shrimp culture on the surrounding environment. Three culture systems were selected including intensive, semi-intensive and rice-shrimp alternated culture for the study. Monthly assessment of physical and chemical parameters of water and biotic parameters were done for a period of one year from March, 2009 to February, 2010 in the canals surrounding the culture systems. The physical chemical parameters of water recorded include temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, chemical oxygen demand （COD）, total suspended solids （TSS）, total ammonium （TAN）, nitrite （N-NO2）, nitrate （N-NO3） and total nitrogen （TN）, total phosphorus （Tp） in both water and sediment. Zooplankton and zoobenthos were determined quantitatively and qualitatively using zooplankton nets and petersen grabs, respectively. The results indicated that most of water parameters were not significantly different between culture systems and were in suitable ranges for aquatic life within the national standard criteria except DO, TSS and Tp at some periods. DO concentration in rice-shrimp system was significantly lower than that in other systems. TSS and Tp concentrations both in water and sediment were high exceeding the limit ranges （〉 100 mg/L）. The occurrence of some zooplankton and zoobenthos species indicated that all systems were polluted at 13 level （mesosaprobic） in which the rice-shrimp alternated culture system subjected to more environmental fluctuation not only by shrimp culture but also rice cultivation and salinity variation between dry and rainy seasons.

Two patients had a long history of hypertension and one of them also had a nephrotic-range proteinuria secondary to focal segmental scleronephrosis which had been diagnosed by kidney biopsy. They presented with uncontrolled hypertension. Laboratory examination suggested hypersecretion of catecholamines by the left adrenal glands in both patients and primary aldosteronism in one of them. A computed tomography scan revealed small nodules on left adrenal gland in both patients. patients underwent laparoscopic left adrenalectomy. After surgery, blood pressure was normalized and proteinuria was resolved. Most interestingly, prominent adipocytes infiltrated were detected in the adrenal cortex and were associated with the presence of lymphocytes, which suggested that adipocytes might have a role in the pathogenesis of these diseases in our patients.

目的:本课题研究以通过古代文献检索的方式,检索文献来源于《中华医典》第五版所收录的中医古籍,收集和整理有关关元穴与命门穴主治内科病症的古代文献,将其相关条文梳理归纳并进行统计。总结关元穴与命门穴在内科系统的主治病症规律,并探讨其临床应用特点,为临床应用研究提供文献参考。方法:以《中华医典》第五版为中医古代文献的检索源,收录到民国为止以前历代古籍较为完善的版本。为了确保检索的完整性,采用关键词进行检索,以腧穴的名称和别名为检索的关键词,并以简体字和繁体字合并检索和摘录。检索出的条文经过计算机检索和人工阅读,删除重复的文献,参照中国中医药出版社出版的全国高等中医药院校规划教材(新世纪第四版)及《中华人民共和国国家标准——中医临床中诊疗术语(疾病部分)》对古文献所描述的病症进行科别区分和病症名称统一。按照文献的纳入、排除标准选取符合主治内科病症的条文及病案。先将相关文献以关元穴和命门穴主治内科病症分为两大类,再按照内科的7个系统:肺系、心脑系、脾胃系、肝胆系、肾膀胱系、气血津液系、肢体经络系进行归类。对每条文献都要注明其出处、系别及主治的病症,并运用频数统计方法对二穴主治的内科病症进行统计。采用微软Excel电子表格建立数据档案及记录频次统计的结果。通过频数统计结果的表示后,根据计算公式:平均频次等于总频次/病症种类,以此为标准,将大于平均频次的病症种类作为优势病种。总结二穴主治内科各系统的优势病种以及主治应用规律。探讨二穴的主治规律特点和二穴的应用异同。结果:(1)经检索后,有关关元穴的条文有1712条,符合标准的条文共有397条,有关命门穴的条文有3760条,符合标准的条文共有55条。(2)经病症频次统计后,关元穴主治内科病症种类为35种,其中肺系:3种病,心脑系、肝胆系、气血津液系、肢体经络系:各4种病,脾胃系、肾膀胱系:各8种病。而命门穴主治内科病症种类有16种,其中脾胃系、肝胆系:各2种病,心脑系、肾膀胱系、气血津液系、肢体经络系:各3种病。(3)根据计算公式:平均频次等于总频次/病症种类,以此为标准,将大于平均频次的病症种类作为优势病种。总结出关元穴主治的优势病种为12种,其频次从高到低依次为:“泄泻”、“积聚”、“淋证”、“腹痛”、“感冒”、“遗精”、“中风”、“癃闭”、“血证”、“黄疸”、“霍乱”、“头痛”。关元穴在脾胃系统的应用频次最多,其次是肾膀胱、肝胆系统。命门穴主治的优势病症种类有4种,其频次从高到低依次为:“腰痛”、“头痛”、“遗精”、“血证”。命门穴在肢体经络系统应用的频次最多,其次是肾膀胱、气血津液系统。结论:关元穴与命门穴都用于治疗内科各系统的病症。关元穴与命门穴均可治疗肾膀胱系的病症,尤其是在治疗“遗精”关元穴与命门穴可共同配伍应用。关元穴多偏于治疗脾胃系病症、肝胆系病症,而命门穴多偏于治疗肢体经络系病症、气血津液系病症。二穴虽有相同的主治范围,但二穴的主治应用上均有各自的特点,其应用的特点与二穴特异性有着密切相关。

Aspects of human behavior in cyber security allow more natural security to the user. This research focuses the appearance of anticipating cyber threats and their abstraction hierarchy levels on the mental picture levels of human. The study concerns the modeling of the behaviors of mental states of an individual under cyber attacks. The mental state of agents being not observable, we propose a non-stationary hidden Markov chain approach to model the agent mental behaviors. A renewal process based on a nonparametric estimation is also considered to investigate the spending time in a given mental state. In these approaches, the effects of the complexity of the cyber attacks are taken into account in the models.
