Introduction:Plague is a zoonotic disease that occurs naturally in specific geographic *** change can influence the populations of the plague host or vector,leading to variations in the occurrence and epidemiology of plague in ***:In this study,we collected meteorological and plague epidemiological data from the Marmota himalayana plague focus in the Altun Mountains of the Qinghai-Xizang *** data spanned from 2000 to *** describe the climatic factors and plague epidemic conditions and we describe their analysis by Pearson’s ***:During the period from 2000 to 2022,the isolation rates of Yersinia pestis(***)from marmots and fleas were 9.27%(451/4,864)and 7.17%(118/1,646),***,we observed a positive rate of F1 antibody of 11.25%(443/3,937)in marmots and 18.16%(142/782)in *** regards to climate,there was little variation,and a decreasing trend in blowing-sand days was *** temperature in the previous year showed a negative correlation with the *** isolation rate in marmots(r=−0.555,P=0.011)and the positive rate of F1 antibody in marmots(r=−0.552,P=0.012)in the current *** average annual precipitation in the previous two years showed a positive correlation with marmot density(r=0.514,P=0.024),while blowingsand days showed a negative correlation with marmot density(r=−0.701,P=0.001).Furthermore,the average annual precipitation in the previous three years showed a positive correlation with the isolation rate of *** from marmots(r=0.666,P=0.003),and blowing-sand days showed a negative correlation with marmot density(r=−0.597,P=0.009).Conclusions:The findings of this study indicate that there is a hysteresis effect of climate change on the prevalence of ***,monitoring climate conditions can offer significant insights for implementing timely preventive and control measures to combat plague epidemics.

How do Plant Morphological Characteristics, SpeciesComposition and Richness Regulate Eco-hydrological Function?

Although considerable research has focused on the relationship between ecosystem structure and function, interactions of plant morphological characteristics, species composition and richness with eco-hydrological functions remain unclear. We measured water adherence （i.e. the capacity of a plant species to retain water）, documented plant surface morphology and observed surface runoff at three sites in China. The adhering water ratios for each plant species differed, ranging from 17.1% to 151.5% in leaves, and from 14.4% to 41.1% in branches. Small, light-weight, soft, non-cuticularized leaves that were densely situated on small branches showed good water adherence. The next best adherence was found by branches with intermediately coarse surfaces. The plant species with high standing biomass also showed good water adherence, and the contribution of a species to total adherence was dependent upon its aboveground standing biomass. Vegetation parameters strongly affected water adherence, whereas the effect of species richness was not significant. Conversely, species richness showed a significant influence on surface runoff. The effect of plant morphological characteristics and composition constitutes a basic process in the regulation of eco-hydrological function, and vegetation parameters play somewhat different roles in that regulation. The key roles must therefore be considered from a management perspective.

Gapless Genome Assembly of ZH8015 and Preliminary Multi-Omics Analysis to Investigate ZH8015's Responses Against Brown Planthopper Infestation

Accurate genomic information is essential for advancing genetic breeding research in specific rice *** study presented a gapless genome assembly of the indica rice cultivar Zhonghui 8015(ZH8015)using Pac Bio HiFi,Hi-C,and ONT(Oxford Nanopore Technologies)ultra-long sequencing technologies,annotating 43037 gene ***,utilizing this genome along with transcriptomic and metabolomic techniques,we explored ZH8015's response to brown planthopper(BPH)*** transcriptomic sampling indicated significant changes in gene expression levels around 48 h after BPH *** analysis revealed particularly significant alterations in genes related to reactive oxygen species scavenging and cell wall *** results demonstrated marked increases in levels of several monosaccharides,which are components of the cell wall and dramatic changes in flavonoid *** association analysis identified differentially expressed genes associated with key metabolites,shedding light on ZH8015's response to BPH *** summary,this study constructed a reliable genome sequence resource for ZH8015,and the preliminary multi-omics results will guide future insect-resistant breeding research.

为建立一种可快捷鉴别检测猪肺炎支原体(Mhp)和猪鼻支原体(Mhr)的方法,针对Mhp的183基因和Mhr的p37基因保守片段,分别设计合成引物及TaqMan探针,优化反应条件,建立一种可同时检测Mhp和Mhr的TaqMan双重荧光PCR方法,并评价其特异性、敏感性和重复性。结果表明,该方法特异性强,检测其他常见猪呼吸系统病原不发生交叉反应;对标准品pMD18-T-Mhp-183、pMD18-T-Mhr-P37的最低检测限分别达45.2 copies/μL和29.7 copies/μL,比普通PCR检测灵敏度提高10^(3)~10^(4)倍;该方法检测结果的批内与批间变异系数均小于2%。用该方法检测145份广西自治区内临床样品,从中检出82份Mhp和9份Mhr阳性样品。该方法可用于临床样品快速检测及实验室Mhp和Mhr的鉴定,可为Mhp和Mhr在猪群中的早期监测提供技术支持。

探究白藜芦醇(RES)预处理通过微小RNA-20b-5p(miR-20b-5p)抑制基质相互作用分子2(STIM2)改善线粒体的功能减轻心肌缺血再灌注(IR)损伤的作用机制。将90只大鼠随机分成假手术(sham)组、模型(IR)组、IR+RES组(50 mg·kg^(-1)RES)、IR+RES+antagomir NC组(50 mg·kg^(-1)RES+80 mg·kg^(-1)antagomir NC)、IR+RES+miR-20b-5p antagomir组(50 mg·kg^(-1)RES+80 mg·kg^(-1)miR-20b-5p antagomir),每组18只。使用冠状动脉左前降支结扎法建立IR大鼠模型,术前2周IR+RES组大鼠腹腔注射50 mg·kg^(-1)RES,sham组、IR组注射等剂量生理盐水,每日1次。超声仪检测各组大鼠左室舒张末期内径(LVIDd)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVIDs);2,3,5-三苯基氯化四氮唑(TTC)法及苏木精-伊红(HE)染色法分别检测心肌梗死面积及组织病理学情况;实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)法检测心肌组织miR-20b-5p表达。通过氧糖剥夺/复氧(OGD/R)构建H9c2心肌细胞OGD/R模型;CCK-8法检测H9c2细胞活力;H9c2细胞分为空白(control)组、OGD/R组、OGD/R+RES组(25μmol·L)、OGD/R+RES+inhibitor NC组、OGD/R+RES+miR-20b-5p inhibitor组、mimic NC组、miR-20b-5p mimic组、inhibitor NC组、miR-20b-5p inhibitor组;流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡;Western blot法检测细胞B淋巴细胞瘤-2(Bcl-2)、Bcl-2相关X蛋白(Bax)、cleaved-半胱氨酸蛋白酶3(cleaved-caspase 3)、STIM2表达;根据线粒体膜电位(MMP)检测试剂盒、活性氧(ROS)检测试剂盒、三磷酸腺苷(ATP)测定试剂盒分别检测MMP、ROS、ATP水平;双荧光素酶报告基因实验验证miR-20b与STIM2靶向关系。与sham组相比,IR组心肌梗死面积、LVIDd、LVIDs、心肌组织病理程度显著增加,miR-20b-5p表达显著降低(P<0.05);与IR组相比,IR+RES组心肌梗死面积、LVIDd、LVIDs、心肌组织病理程度显著降低,miR-20b-5p表达显著增加(P<0.05);与IR+RES组相比,IR+RES+miR-20b-5p antagomir组心肌梗死面积、LVIDd、LVIDs、心肌组织病理程度显著增加,miR-20b-5p表达显著降低(P<0.05)。与control组相比,OGD/R组H9c2细胞活力显著下降(P<0.05),H9c2细胞凋亡率、Bax和cleaved-caspase 3表达、ROS水平显著增加,Bcl-2表达、MMP、ATP水平显著降低(P<0.05);与OGD/R组相比,OGD/R+RES组(25、50、100μmol·L)细胞活力显著增加(P<0.05),细胞凋亡率、Bax和cleaved-caspase 3表达、ROS水平显著降低,Bcl-2表达、MMP、ATP水平显著增加(P<0.05);与OGD/R+RES组相比,OGD/R+RES+miR-20b-5p inhibitor组细胞凋亡率、Bax和cleaved-caspase 3表达、ROS水平显著增加,Bcl-2表达、MMP、ATP水平显著降低(P<0.05);miR-20b-5p与STIM2存在靶向关系;与mimic NC组相比,miR-20b-5p mimic组STIM2表达显著降低(P<0.05);与inhibitor NC组相比,miR-20b-5p inhibitor组STIM2表达显著增加(P<0.05)。RES预处理可通过促进miR-20b-5p表达来抑制STIM2表达,以此改善线粒体的功能,减轻心肌IR损伤。

A justice and innovative way ahead of consumption-based emission accounting approach

Carbon emission accounting is an important basis for global climate governance. Based on the consumption-based accounting (CBA) method, the characteristics of carbon flow between national, regional, and product processes could be more clearly reflected. Therefore, CBA is more conducive to clarifying the attribution of responsibilities between producers and consumers, with the principles of fairness and justice. By accounting for carbon emissions in typical countries from 1990 to 2019, we found that the CBA emissions are higher than the production-based accounting (PBA) emissions in major developed countries, while the results are reversed for developing countries. In the past 30 years, the CBA emissions in targeted developed countries generally have shown a downward trend, while in developing countries, they have shown an upward trend. CBA emissions in China have shown a continuous growth trend from 1990 to 2019, but the pace has slowed down significantly over the last decade. Meanwhile, the embodied carbon intensity of China’s exports continues to decline, indicating that China is providing more green and low-carbon products to the world. Taking the PV industry as an example, this study further reveals the contribution of specific product industries to the country’s carbon transfer through product carbon footprint analysis. In order to provide a scientific basis for global mitigation and climate governance, it is urgent to innovate a scientific, practical, and standardized CBA technology system.
