Plants play an e.se.tial role.in m.tte. and e.e.gy transform.tions and are.ke. m.0}se.ge.s in the.carbon and e.e.gy cycle. Ne. prim.ry productivity (NPP) re.le.ts the.capability of plants to transform.solar e.e.gy into photosynthe.is. It is ve.y se.sible.for factors affe.ting on ve.e.ation variability such as clim.te. soils, plant characte.istics and hum.n activitie.. So, it can be.use. as an indicator of actual and pote.tial tre.d of ve.e.ation. In this study we.use. the.actual NPP which was de.ive. from.m.DIS to asse.s the.re.ponse.of NPP to clim.te.variable. in Gadarif State. from.2000 to 2010. The.corre.ations be.we.n NPP and clim.te.variable. (te.pe.ature.and pre.ipitation) are.calculate. using Pe.rson’s Corre.ation Coe.ficie.t and ordinary le.st square. re.re.sion. Intrusion de.e.tion syste.s (IDSs) are.de.loye. to de.e.t anom.lie. in re.l tim.0} The. classify a ne.work’s incom.ng traffic as be.ign or anom.lous (attack). An e.ficie.t and robust IDS in software.de.ine. ne.works is an ine.itable.com.one.t of ne.work se.urity. The.m.in challe.ge. of such an IDS are.achie.ing ze.o or e.tre.e.y low false.positive.rate. and high de.e.tion rate.. Inte.ne. of Things (IoT) ne.works run by using de.ice. with m.nim.l re.ource.. This situation m.ke. de.loying traditional IDSs in IoT ne.works unfe.sible. m.chine.le.rning (m.) te.hnique. are.e.te.sive.y applie. to build robust IDSs. m.ny re.e.rche.s have.utilize. diffe.e.t m. m.0}hods and te.hnique. to addre.s the.above.challe.ge..
