The adjustable intermediate binding capacity in electrocatalytic carbon dioxide(CO_(2))reduction is critical for varying the reaction pathways to desired products.Herein,we first report the synthesis of boron-doped amorphous zinc oxide with(B-a-ZnO-Sb)or without antimony nanoparticles embedding(B-a-ZnO)via one-step wet chemical method,which is easy to scale up by enlarging the vessel and increasing feeding.Sb successfully realizes the product switching from CO on B-a-ZnO to formate on B-a-ZnOSb.Both experimental and theoretical results reveal that Sb weakens the charge interaction on Zn atoms.Based on the moderate adsorption of*COOH and strong adsorption of*OCHO and*HCOOH for B-a-ZnO,the foreign Sb weakens the adsorption of these intermediates and brings about a favor formate production instead of CO.This work points out a new direction for the synthesis of amorphous ZnO-based catalysts and provides advanced insights into the aimed selectivity switch for CO_(2)reduction by electronic effect.

Background:Antiretroviral therapy(ART)has reduced mortality among people living with HIV(PLWH)in China,but co-infections of hepatitis B virus(HBV)and hepatitis C virus(HCV)may individually or jointly reduce the effect of ART.This study aimed to evaluate the impacts of HBV/HCV coinfections on treatment drop-out and mortality among PLWH on ART.Methods:A retrospective cohort study analysis of 58,239 people living with HIV(PLWH)who initiated antiretroviral therapy(ART)during 2010-2018 was conducted in Guangxi Province,China.Data were from the observational database of the National Free Antiretroviral Treatment Program.Cox proportional hazard models were fitted to evaluate the effects of baseline infection of HBV or HCV or both on death and treatment attrition among PLWH.Results:Our study showed high prevalence of HBV(11.5%),HCV(6.6%)and HBV-HCV(1.5%)co-infections.The overall mortality rate and treatment attrition rate was 2.95[95%confidence interval(CI):2.88-3.02]and 5.92(95%CI:5.82-6.01)per 100 person-years,respectively.Compared with HIV-only patients,HBV-co-infected patients had 42%higher mortality[adjusted hazard ratio(a HR)=1.42;95%CI 1.32-1.54],HCV-co-infected patients had 65%higher mortality(a HR=1.65;95%CI:1.47-1.86),and patients with both HCV and HBV co-infections had 123%higher mortality(a HR=2.23;95%CI:1.87-2.66).Conclusions:HBV and HCV coinfection may have an additive effect on increasing the risk of all-cause death among PLWH who are on ART.It is suggested that there is need for primary prevention and access to effective hepatitis treatment for PLWH.

Summary What is already known about this topic?Migration has a significant impact on the transmission of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV).To date,there have been few studies examining the characteristics of migration among HIV-positive men who have sex with men(MSM).What is added by this report?The prevalence of migrants among newly reported HIV-positive MSM in Guangxi zhuang Autonomous Region increased from 2005 to 2021.Yulin Prefecture had the highest proportion of out-migrant MSM(12.6%),while Nanning Prefecture had the highest proportion of in-migrant MSM(55.9%).Risk factors associated with migration among MSM included being in the 18–24 age range,having a college education or higher,and being a student.

试样以盐酸-硝酸溶解,建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定镍铂合金中17个杂质元素的方法。采用标准模式测定Mg、Al、Ti、Cr、Mn、Co、Zn、Cu、Zr、Pd、Ag、Sn、Sm、和Pb,氨气反应模式测定Si和Fe(氨气流速分别为0.2和0.25mL/min);氦气反应模式测定V(氦气流速为5mL/min,考察了基体效应对测定结果的影响,采用内标校正提高分析的准确性,其中Mg、Al、Ti、Cr、V、Mn、Fe、Co、Zn和Si以Sc为内标,Cu、Zr、Pd、Ag和Sn以Y为内标,Sm和Pb以Re为内标。测定各元素的线性相关系数(r)不小于0.9996,方法检出限为0.0025~0.78ng/mL。对NiPt5、NiPt15、NiPt60样品中17个杂质元素进行测定,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.86%~13.07%,加标回收率89.0%~116.5%,方法满足镍铂合金靶材的测定要求。

Background:China has ambitious to achieve significant reductions in HIV transmission and HIV-related mortality by adopting the World Health Organization's“Treat All”approach.Such a prevention strategy is needed future study on regional scale.Methods:An observational cohort study of HIV epidemiology and treatment databases was used to study the effectiveness of antiretroviral therapy on the transmission of HIV in serodiscordant couples in Guangxi of China.Results:A total of 7713 couples were entered into the cohort study analysis which included 1885 couples in the treatment-naive cohort and 5828 couples in the treated cohort.During the follow-up of 18985.29 person-years from 2003 to 2014,the average incidence of HIV was 2.4 per 100 person-years(95%CI 2.1e2.6).HIV seroincidence rate was significantly higher among the treatment naive group(4.2 per 100 person-years,3.7e4.8)compared with the on treatment group(1.6 per 100 person-years,1.3e1.8).An overall 45%reduction in risk of HIV transmission among serodiscordant couple was associated with ART treatment(adjusted Hazard Ratio[HR]0.55,95%Confidence Interval[CI]0.44e0.69).Treatment prevention had significantly effectiveness for most baseline characteristics of index partners,such as for male,female,age above 25 years,education below high school,farmer,infected by heterosexual intercourse.Conclusion:Treatment-as-prevention can be implemented in the real-world on a national or regional scale,but ART adherence and comprehensive harm reduction while implementing this strategy require further study.

目的了解HIV感染者早期及时治疗和初始用药方案对抗病毒治疗死亡及脱失的影响,为有效治疗提供依据。方法采用回顾性队列研究方法,从艾滋病防治基本信息系统数据库下载2010—2020年广西柳州市HIV感染者抗病毒治疗数据。采用Cox比例风险回归模型分析死亡和脱失的影响因素。结果共纳入HIV感染者15713例,18~<50岁占53.4%,男性占69.4%,农民占61.0%,治疗前CD4计数<350个/μL占75.1%,总体死亡率4.30/100人年,总体脱失率2.42/100人年。Cox比例风险回归模型分析结果显示,治疗前CD4计数350~<500个/μL(AHR=0.72,95%CI:0.63~0.81)和≥500个/μL(AHR=0.64,95%CI:0.55~0.76),从HIV确证阳性至抗病毒治疗间隔90~<180 d(AHR=1.25,95%CI:1.08~1.45)、180~<365 d(AHR=1.26,95%CI:1.08~1.47)和≥365 d(AHR=1.26,95%CI:1.11~1.44),初始用药方案为D4T+3TC+EFV/NVP(AHR=1.47,95%CI:1.32~1.63)、AZT/D4T/TDF+3TC+LPV/r(AHR=1.73,95%CI:1.50~1.99)与HIV感染者抗病毒治疗死亡有统计学关联(P<0.05);治疗前CD4计数350~<500个/μL(AHR=1.32,95%CI:1.16~1.50)和≥500个/μL(AHR=1.28,95%CI:1.10~1.50),从HIV确证阳性至初始用药间隔≥365 d(AHR=1.21,95%CI:1.04~1.40),初始用药方案为TDF+3TC+NVP(AHR=1.32,95%CI:1.13~1.55)、AZT+3TC+EFV/NVP(AHR=1.43,95%CI:1.26~1.62)、AZT/D4T/TDF+3TC+LPV/r(AHR=1.33,95CI%:1.06~1.67)与HIV感染者抗病毒治疗脱失有统计学关联(P<0.05)。结论HIV感染者早期治疗和及时治疗以及初始用药方案为TDF+3TC+EFV的抗病毒治疗效果好,但需关注治疗前CD4计数高的HIV感染者在抗病毒治疗中面临较高的脱失风险问题。

目的分析广西壮族自治区(广西)抗病毒治疗(ART)的MSM中HIV感染者(MSM感染者)实现免疫重建的比例及影响因素。方法资料来源于中国疾病预防控制信息系统,研究对象为2005-2021年广西首次接受ART≥24周MSM感染者,并维持24个月内HIV RNA低于检测限。计算其接受ART后免疫重建的比例,采用Cox比例风险回归模型分析其免疫重建的影响因素。采用SPSS 24.0软件进行统计学分析。结果在3200例MSM感染者中,免疫重建不良、中等免疫重建和完全免疫重建的比例分别为15.56%(498/3200)、14.78%(473/3200)和69.66%(2229/3200)。免疫重建的ART时间M(Q_(1),Q3)为12(5,27)个月。多因素Cox比例风险回归模型分析结果显示,相比于开始ART年龄≥30岁、WHO临床分期为Ⅲ期/Ⅳ期、基线BMI<18.50 kg/m^(2)和基线CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞(CD4)计数<200个/μl者,开始ART年龄<30岁、WHO临床分期为Ⅰ期/Ⅱ期、基线BMI≥24.00 kg/m^(2)和基线CD4计数≥200个/μl者更容易实现完全免疫重建。结论2005-2021年广西ART的MSM感染者存在一定比例的免疫重建不良者,应针对年龄较大者和基线CD4计数较低者等重点人群调整和优化ART方案及监测。

我国华南中麝鼩分子系统地理学分析

华南中麝鼩(Crocidura rapax)亚种分化存在异议。为了明确我国华南中麝鼩的分子系统地理格局,为其分类学提供进一步分子生物学证据,测定了我国贵州华南中麝鼩20个样本的Cyt b基因序列,并结合GenBank下载的19个华南中麝鼩Cyt b基因序列进行一并分析。结果表明:系统发生树首先分成3个大的进化支,即华南中麝鼩华南亚种(C.r.rapax)进化支、西南中麝鼩(C.vorax)进化支、华南中麝鼩台中亚种(C.rapax kurodai)进化支。华南中麝鼩华南亚种分成贵州、云南、四川东南部谱系和四川中西部谱系。遗传距离结果发现,最大遗传距离出现在华南中麝鼩华南亚种四川中西部谱系与华南中麝鼩台中亚种之间(0.1181),其次是华南中麝鼩华南亚种贵州、云南、四川东南部谱系与华南中麝鼩台中亚种之间(0.1174)。华南中麝鼩华南亚种2个谱系间遗传距离为0.0195。中介网络分析也观察到相似分化格局。中介网络图的结果与系统发育关系和遗传距离的结果一致,支持来自台湾地区的华南中麝鼩样本为独立物种的观点,即台湾长尾麝鼩(C.tadae)。我国华南中麝鼩无亚种分化,分为贵州、云南、四川东南部谱系和四川中西部谱系。在华南中麝鼩的32个样本中发现23个单倍型,核苷酸多样性0.01285。种群历史分析暗示华南中麝鼩近期尽管经历了种群扩张,但并非为单次急剧扩张。

Formation mechanisms,potentials and exploration practices of large lithologic gas reservoirs in and around an intracratonic rift:Taking the Sinian-Cambrian of Sichuan Basin as an example

By examining structures,sediments,reservoirs and accumulation assemblages in the Deyang-Anyue rift and its surrounding area,four new understandings are obtained.First,during the initiation period of Deyang-Anyue rift,multiple groups of faults developed in the rift due to the effect of tensile force,bringing about multiple mound and shoal belts controlled by horsts in the second member of the Sinian Dengying Formation;in the development stage of the rift,the boundary faults of the rift controlled the development of mound and shoal belts at the platform margin in the fourth member of Dengying Formation;during the shrinkage period of the rift,platform margin grain shoals of the Cambrian Canglangpu Formation developed in the rift margin.Second,four sets of large-scale mound and shoal reservoirs in the second member of Dengying Formation,the fourth member of Dengying Formation,Canglangpu Formation and Longwangmiao Formation overlap with several sets of source rocks such as Qiongzhusi Formation source rocks and Dengying Formation argillaceous limestone or dolomite developed inside and outside the rift,forming good source-reservoir-cap rock combinations;the sealing of tight rock layers in the lateral and updip direction results in the formation model of large lithologic gas reservoirs of oil pool before gas,continuous charging and independent preservation of each gas reservoir.Third,six favorable exploration zones of large-scale lithologic gas reservoirs have been sorted out through comprehensive evaluation,namely,mound and shoal complex controlled by horsts in the northern part of the rift in the second member of Dengying Formation,isolated karst mound and shoal complex of the fourth member of Dengying Formation in the south of the rift,the superimposed area of multi-stage platform margin mounds and shoals of the second and fourth members of Dengying Formation and Canglangpu Formation in the north slope area,the platform margin mounds and shoals of the second and fourth members of Dengying Formation in the west side of
