Rapid Prediction of Wastewater Index Using CNN Architecture and PLS Series Statistical Methods

Chemical oxygen demand (COD) is an important index to measure the degree of water pollution. In this paper, near-infrared technology is used to obtain 148 wastewater spectra to predict the COD value in wastewater. First, the partial least squares regression (PLS) model was used as the basic model. monte Carlo cross-validation (MCCV) was used to select 25 samples out of 148 samples that did not conform to conventional statistics. Then, the interval partial least squares (iPLS) regression modeling was carried out on 123 samples, and the spectral bands were divided into 40 subintervals. The optimal subintervals are 20 and 26, and the optimal correlation coefficient of the test set (RT) is 0.58. Further, the waveband is divided into five intervals: 17, 19, 20, 22 and 26. When the number of joint intervals under each interval is three, the optimal RT is 0.71. When the number of joint subintervals is four, the optimal RT is 0.79. Finally, convolutional neural network (CNN) was used for quantitative prediction, and RT was 0.9. The results show that CNN can automatically screen the features inside the data, and the quantitative prediction effect is better than that of iPLS and synergy interval partial least squares model (SiPLS) with joint subinterval three and four, indicating that CNN can be used for quantitative analysis of water pollution degree.

Pancreatic cancer stands out as a recognized intractable tumor due to its high malignancy and mortality rates,which are largely attributed to the insensitivity of current clinical chemotherapies or *** chemo and gene therapy that integrates different therapeutic targets,may increase the chemosensitivity of pancreatic cancer and synergistically enhance the antitumor ***,conventional co-delivery of gene and chemo drugs is intensively dependent on complex nanoparticle delivery systems,thus would be limited by unstable drug packaging,nonspecific biodistribution,and biosafety ***,we rationally designed an epidermal growth factor-receptor(EGFR)-targeted and gemcitabine-incorporated oligonucleotide(termed as chemogene)with anti-Bcl-2 sequence,which achieves simple and precise integration of gemcitabine into a gene regulative agent,as well as the EGFR-targeted delivery for pancreatic cancer *** solid-phase synthesis,gemcitabine,as the first-line chemodrug for pancreatic cancer,is introduced to the antisense oligonucleotide to replace all cytosine nucleosides to obtain the gemcitabine-integrated chemogene(Ge-ASO^(Bcl-2)).Thereafter,Ge-ASO^(Bcl-2)is covalently coupled with EGFR nanobody to construct the final targeted chemogene without any exogenous ***,this nanobody-conjugated chemogene exhibits remarkable tumor targeting capability and antitumor effects both in vitro and in vivo,which initiates a first step toward the application of combinatorial chemo and gene therapy for future pancreatic cancer treatment.

Genomic surveillance of monkeypox virus(MPXV)is essential to explore the reason of its unusual *** phylogenomic analysis of the MPXV genome mainly focuses on the effect of amino acid ***,we explore the evolutionary variation of RNA G-quadruplex(RG4)of MPXV and find that the genome evolution of MPXV can also produce new effects through changes in the RG4 *** RG4 is located in MPXV’s only Kelch-like C9L gene,which encodes for an antagonist of the innate immune *** evolution of this virus increases the unfolding kinetic constant of C9L RG4 and promotes the C9 protein level in living ***,all reported MPXV genomes in 2022 carry the C9L-RG4-5 pattern with the highest unfolding kinetic ***,the RG4 ligand,RGB-1,can impede the unfolding of C9L-RG4-5 and thereby reduce the C9 protein *** findings carve out a new path to comprehensively understanding MPXV virology.

Because robotic milling has become an important means for machining significant large parts,obtaining the structural frequency response function(FRF)of a milling robot is an important basis for machining process ***,because of its articulated serial structure,a milling robot has an enormous number of operating postures,and its dynamics are affected by the motion *** accurately obtain the FRF in the operating state of a milling robot,this paper proposes a method based on the structural modification *** the traditional excitation method,the proposed method uses robot joint motion excitation instead of hammering excitation to realize *** address the problem of the lack of information brought by motion excitation,which leads to inaccurate FRF amplitudes,this paper derives the milling robot regularization theory based on the sensitivity of structural modification,establishes the modal regularization factor,and calibrates the FRF *** to the commonly used manual hammering experiments,the proposed method has high accuracy and reliability when the milling robot is in different *** the measurement can be performed directly and automatically in the operation state,and the problem of inaccurate amplitudes is solved,the proposed method provides a basis for optimizing the machining posture of a milling robot and improving machining efficiency.

PLA2G2D and CHIT1: Potential biomarkers for immune infiltration and prognosis in cervical squamous cell carcinoma

Carrier transport barrier in AlGaN-based deep ultraviolet LEDs on offcut sapphire substrates

AlGaN-based light-emitting diodes(LEDs)on offcut substrates enhance radiative emission via forming carrier localization centers in multiple quantum wells(MQWs).This study introduces the carrier transport barrier concept,accessing its impact on the quantum efficiency of LEDs grown on different offcut sapphire substrates.A significantly enhanced internal quantum efficiency(IQE)of 83.1%is obtained from MQWs on the 1°offcut sapphire,almost twice that of the controlled 0.2°offcut ***,1°offcut LEDs have higher turn-on voltage and weaker electroluminescence than 0.2°*** calculations demonstrate the existence of a potential barrier on the current path around the step-induced Ga-rich ***-rich stripes reduce the turn-on voltage but restrict sufficient driving current,impacting LED performance.

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of immunohistochemistry(IHC)detection in the pathological diagnosis of breast ***:Eighty breast cancer patients admitted to Baoding No.1 Central Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as study *** samples were divided into a positive group(40 cases)and a negative group(40 cases)according to ER and PR test *** was performed on all patients to compare the differences between the two groups in C-erbB-2 positive expression and axillary lymph node ***:The positive expression rate of C-erbB-2 in the positive group(35.00%)was significantly lower than that in the negative group(80.00%),with a highly significant difference(P<0.001).The axillary lymph node metastasis rate in the positive group(40.00%)was significantly lower than that in the negative group(75.00%),with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Immunohistochemical detection in breast cancer pathology enhances diagnostic accuracy,predicts prognosis,and supports personalized treatment by identifying ER,PR,and *** is worth being widely adopted in clinical practice.

Clinical Outcome of Internal Fixation and Fusion in the Treatment of Spinal Fractures by Paraspinal Muscular Space Approach

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of internal fixation and fusion with the paraspinal muscle gap approach in the treatment of spinal fracture ***:104 spinal fracture patients admitted to Central Hospital of TCM from October 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the study subjects and were randomly divided into the control group(n=52)and the observation group(n=52)according to the random number table *** control group was treated with the conventional approach of internal fixation surgery,and the observation group was treated with the paraspinal muscular interspace approach of internal fixation *** two groups’general data,surgical indexes,pain,lumbar spine function,and postoperative complications were ***:The baseline data of the two groups of patients were not statistically significant(all P>0.05)while the intraoperative bleeding,the first postoperative time getting up from bed,and the length of hospital stay of the patients in the observation group were shorter than that of the control group(all P=0.000months postoperatively,the VAS scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=10.768,P=0.000<0.001),and the JOA score was higher than that of the control group(t=6.498,P=0.000<0.001);the total complication rate of patients in the observation group(3/5.77%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(12/23.08%)(χ^(2)=6.310,P=0.012<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of spinal fracture patients,compared with the conventional approach to internal fixation surgery,the paraspinal muscular gap approach to internal fixation and fusion treatment is less traumatic,postoperative lumbar spine function recovery is faster,and can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.

目的从胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease, GERD)角度分析传统中医(traditional Chinere medicine, TCM)中胃与五窍(口、舌、鼻、目、耳)关联的机制和典型病案。方法梳理现代医学有关GERD导致五窍病症的文献，以及古代文献中论述胃和五窍相关的病机和病案内容，从TCM角度分析胃食管导致五窍病症的机制。结果现代医学认为胃在结构上与五窍相通，胃内容物经食管逆行能通过这些腔道引起五官疾患，其发生机制与TCM脾胃气机升降失调基本相符。TCM的主流观点认为五脏对应五窍，但也有胃与五窍相关的理论，脾胃气机升降失调是GERD的基本病机。TCM认为胃气浊，以降为顺，五窍为清窍，胃中浊气上干清窍是GERD导致五窍病症的主要病机；脾气清，以升为健，脾不升清，不能上荣清窍，也是反流导致五窍疾病的因素。古代医案中有一些反流导致五官病症的案例，但由于受五脏五窍理论影响，有错误辨证的情况。结论从GERD角度分析胃与五窍的关系，不仅是对TCM五脏五窍理论的有益补充，而且进一步诠释了脾胃气机失调导致五窍病症的理念，为五窍疾病的辨证提供新思路，避免误诊误治。
