目的:探究左西孟旦联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦、曲美他嗪对心力衰竭(HF)患者的治疗效果。方法:纳入2023年3月~2024年2月钦州市第二人民医院收治的85例HF患者采用随机摸球法分为对照组42例和研究组43例,对照组采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合曲美他嗪治疗,研究组结合左西孟旦治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果、心功能[左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室短轴缩短率(FS)、左心室舒张期内径(LVEDD)]、心肌损伤标志物[肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、脑钠肽(BNP)]、不良反应(腹痛、腹泻、皮疹)。结果:研究组临床治疗总有效率(97.67%)高于对照组(85.71%),差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后研究组LVESD、LVEDD水平低于对照组,LVEF、FS水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后研究组心肌损伤标志物水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:左西孟旦联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦、曲美他嗪治疗HF具有较高临床疗效,能够改善患者心功能,降低心肌损伤标志物水平,且不良反应风险较低。

The pure TiO2 and Fe salts [Fe（C2O4）3,5H2O]-doped TiO2 electrodes were prepared by the hydrothermal method. The pure TiO2 or Fe-doped TiO2 slurry was coated onto the fluorine-doped tin oxide glass substrate by the Doctor Blade method and then sintered at 450 ℃. The Mott-Schottks, plot indicates that the fiat band potential of TiO2 was shifted positively after Fe-doped TiO2. The positive shift of the fiat band potential improves the driving force of injected electrons from the LUMO of the dye to the conduction band of TiO2. This study shows that photovoltaic efficiency increased by 22.9% from 6.07% to 7.46% compared to pure TiO2, and the fill factors increased from 0.53 to 0.63.

We consider that the Higgs triplet Yukawa coupling takes the Friedberg-Lee texture, and the Higgs doublet Yukawa coupling simply identifies with the diagonal Yutawa coupling of charged lepton in the context of left-right symmetric model. In this scenario, the phenomenology, including effective neutrino masses, mixings, and thermal flavor-dependent leptogenesis and lepton flavor violation decays are studied. We investigate the combined constrain of the parameters in this scenario and test its consistency with present data.

Testing is the premise and foundation of realizing equipment health management （EHM）. To address the problem that the static periodic test strategy may cause deficient test or excessive test, a dynamic sequential test strategy （DSTS） for EHM is presented. Considering the situation that equipment health state is not completely observable in reality, a DSTS optimization method based on partially observable semi-Markov decision pro- cess （POSMDP） is proposed. Firstly, an equipment health state degradation model is constructed by Markov process, and the control limit maintenance policy is also introduced. Secondly, POSMDP is formulated in great detail. And then, POSMDP is converted to completely observable belief semi-Markov decision process （BSMDP） through belief state. The optimal equation and the corresponding optimal DSTS, which minimize the long-run ex- pected average cost per unit time, are obtained with BSMDP. The results of application in complex equipment show that the proposed DSTS is feasible and effective.

AIM: To examine the α-Gal gene expression and distribution in the different species/genus and developing phase animal ocular surface ***: α-Gal binding assay were carried out on various animal eye sections. Photograph, slit-lamp observation on various eye showed normal corneal ***: A strong α-Gal expression in invertebrates and some vertebrates ocular tissue, but no α-Gal binding in birds, fish and mammal. α-Gal expression change in the development of mice ocular surface tissue (except sclera) and display genus dependency in the different murine ocular surface ***: This study identified specific α-Gal epitopes binding area in the ocular surface of several species and may solve the problem that naive ocular surface may be used as natural α-Gal gene knockout model/high risk immunologic rejection model or ocular surface scaffold material.

Plant-originated natural products are important drug ***,total biosynthesis of these compounds is often not achievable due to their uncharacterized,lengthy biosynthetic *** nature,phenethylisoquinoline alkaloids(PIAs)such as colchicine are biosynthesized via a common precursor 6,7-dihydroxy-1-(4-hydroxyphenylethyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline(i.e.,phenethylisoquinoline scaffold,PIAS).PIAS is naturally synthesized in plants by using two upstream substrates(L-phenylalanine and L-tyrosine)catalyzed by eight *** shorten this native pathway,here we designed an artificial route to synthesize PIAS with two enzymatic steps from two alternative substrates of 3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)propanol(4-HPP)and *** the two-step bioconversion,an alcohol dehydrogenase selected from yeast(i.e.,ADH7)was able to oxidize its non-native alcohol substrate 4-HPP to form the corresponding aldehyde product,which was then condensed with dopamine by the(S)-norcoclaurine synthase(NCS)to synthesize *** optimization,the final enzymatic reaction system was successfully scaled up by 200 times from 50μL to 10 mL,generating 5.4 mM of *** envision that this study will provide an easy and sustainable approach to produce PIAS and thus lay the foundation for large-scale production of PIAS-derived natural products.

Advancements in metallurgical technology have led to the emergence of high-performance requirements for metal materials,like high uniformity,high purity,and superfine *** has resulted in the development and application of internal cooling source(ICS),vibrational,and vibrational internal cooling source methods in metal solidification processes to afford products with refined crystal grains and large proportions of equiaxed *** methods have gradually been introduced into laboratories and some steel mills over the past few ***,there are few successful industrial applications of these methods,as there is no comprehensive understanding of their control theories and ***,the development,basic principles,and classifications of the three types of methods are summarized,and their impact on the solidification of molten metals and the morphology of solid products is *** addition,experimental and numerical simulation-based researches on each type of method are reviewed and their prospects for applications are briefly discussed to control metal ***,detailed future perspectives are provided on vibratory strip feeding,ICS,and pulsed magneto-oscillation ***,it will serve as a reference for future studies of the application of these and related methods in metal solidification processes.

The effects of gravity on the efficiency of thermoacoustic engines are investigated theoretically and experimentally,especially for thermoacoustic pulse tube *** significant effects of gravity are found to be due to the presence of natural convection in the thermoacoustic pulse tube when the hot side of the tube is lower than the cold *** kind of natural convection influences and reduces the efficiency of the thermoacoustic working ***,how to suppress this natural convection becomes important for increasing the efficiency of thermoacoustic *** the method of inserting a silk screen in a pulse tube,the present study uses a numerical simulation method to research the natural convection in pulse tubes,and we try to change the shape of the pulse tube to suppress this convection.
