N fertilizer altered bacterial community compositions by changing soil nutrients.•Bacterial ammonia oxidation became predominated with the increasing N rate.•Excessive N input caused the information of a more complex microbial network.•Intensified microbial competition by excessive N was due to negative link ***(N)fertilization drives the structure and function of soil microbial communities,which are crucial for regulating soil biogeochemical cycling and maintaining ecosystem *** the N fertilizer effects on soil microbial composition and diversity have been widely investigated,it is generally overlooked that ecosystem processes are carried out via complex associations among microbiome ***,we examined the effects of five N fertilization levels(0,135,180,225,and 360 kg N ha−1)on microbial co-occurrence networks and key functional taxa such as ammonia-oxidizers in paddy *** results showed that N addition altered microbial community composition,which were positively related to soil total N and available phosphorus(P)*** abundance of ammonia-oxidizing archaea(AOA)significantly decreased after N addition,whereas ammonia-oxidizing bacteria(AOB)increased in N360 *** with low-N group(N0 and N135),the high-N group(N225 and N360)shaped more complex microbial webs and thus improved the stability of the microbial *** least squares path modeling further revealed that N fertilizer had a higher effect on microbial network complexity in the high-N group(0.83)than the low-N group(0.49).Although there were more positive links across all microbial networks,the proportion of negative links significantly increased in the high-N network,suggesting that excess N addition aggravated the competition among microbial *** these interactions between microbial communities and N fertilization advances our understanding of biogeochemical processes in paddy soils and their effects on nutrient supply to

Esophageal cancer ranks among the most prevalent malignant tumors globally,primarily due to its highly aggressive nature and poor survival *** to the 2020 global cancer statistics,there were approximately 604000 new cases of esophageal cancer,resulting in 544000 *** 5-year survival rate hovers around a mere 15%-25%.Notably,distinct variations exist in the risk factors associated with the two primary histological types,influencing their worldwide incidence and *** cell carcinoma displays a high incidence in specific regions,such as certain areas in China,where it meets the cost-effect-iveness criteria for widespread endoscopy-based early diagnosis within the local ***,adenocarcinoma(EAC)represents the most common histological subtype of esophageal cancer in Europe and the United *** role of early diagnosis in cases of EAC originating from Barrett's esophagus(BE)remains a subject of *** effectiveness of early detection for EAC,particularly those arising from BE,continues to be a debated *** variations in how early-stage esophageal carcinoma is treated in different regions are largely due to the differing rates of early-stage cancer *** areas with higher incidences,such as China and Japan,early diagnosis is more common,which has led to the advancement of endoscopic methods as definitive *** techniques have demonstrated remarkable efficacy with minimal complications while preserving esophageal *** screening,prompt diagnosis,and timely treatment are key strategies that can significantly lower both the occurrence and death rates associated with esophageal cancer.

Studies have shown that non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)may be associated with sleep *** order to explore the explicit relationship between the two,we systematically reviewed the effects of sleep disorders,especially obstructive sleep apnea(OSA),on the incidence of NAFLD,and analyzed the possible mechanisms after adjusting for confounding *** is independently associated with sleep *** sleep disorders may be the cause of the onset and aggravation of *** excessive or insufficient sleep duration,poor sleep quality,insomnia,sleep-wake disorders,and OSA may increase the incidence of *** that some research suggests a unidirectional causal link between the two,specifically,the onset of NAFLD is identified as a result of changes in sleep characteristics,and the reverse relationship does not hold ***,there is still a lack of specific research elucidating the reasons behind the higher risk of developing sleep disorders in individuals with *** research is needed to establish a clear relationship between NAFLD and sleep *** will lay the groundwork for earlier identification of potential patients,which is crucial for earlier monitoring,diagnosis,effective prevention,and treatment of NAFLD.

股权结构是资本结构的组成部分,也是公司治理的重要方面。在资本结构与公司治理理论基础上,以高新技术上市公司作为研究对象,结合偏相关系数检验、曲线回归、分位数回归等统计分析方法对高新技术上市公司股权结构特征与技术创新绩效关系进行实证研究。研究结果显示:国有股与技术创新绩效呈显著的倒"U"型关系;法人股、高管持股在以技术创新绩效中位数为分位点的左侧呈显著正相关,在右侧的相关性则非显著;股权制衡度、股权流通性与技术创新绩效分别为显著的正、负相关;股权集中度与技术创新绩效关系微弱。

Genome-wide identification of the pectate lyase(PEL)gene family members in Malvaceae,and their contribution to cotton fiber quality

Pectin is a major constituent of the plant cell *** lyase(PEL,EC 4.***.2.2)uses anti-β-elimination chemistry to cleave theα-1,4 glycosidic linkage in the homogalacturonan region of ***,limited information is available on the comprehensive and evolutionary analysis of PELs in the *** this study,we identified 597PEL genes from 10 Malvaceae *** and motif analyses revealed that these PELs are classified into six subfamilies:Clades I,II,III,IV,Va,and *** two largest subfamilies,Clades I and II,contained 237 and222 PEL members,*** members of Clades Va and Vb only contained four or five motifs,far fewer than the other *** duplication analysis showed that segmental duplication played a crucial role in the expansion of the PEL gene family in Gossypium *** PELs from Clades I,IV,Va,and Vb were expressed during the fiber elongation stage,but nearly all PEL genes from Clades II and III showed no expression in any of the investigated fiber developmental *** further performed single-gene haplotype association analysis in 2,*** accessions and 229 *** ***,14 PELs were significantly associated with fiber length and strength traits in *** with superior fiber quality,while only eight GhPEL genes were found to be significantly associated with fiber quality traits in *** findings provide important information for further evolutionary and functional research on the PEL gene family members and their potential use for fiber quality improvement in cotton.

通过水热法合成了一种三维超分子配合物Zn(C12H8N3)2.H2O,经元素分析、紫外和红外光谱对其进行表征。用X射线单晶衍射测定了其晶体结构,该配合物晶体属单斜晶系,P21/c空间群,晶胞参数为:a=1.25239(10)nm,b=1.30233(11)nm,c=1.33167(11)nm,β=102.6950(10)°,Z=4,[Zn(C12H8N3)2.H2O],Mr=471.81,V=2.1189(3)nm3,Dc=1.479g·cm-3,μ=1.189mm-1,F(000)=968,R1=0.0300,WR2=0.1017,GOF=1.005。该化合物由1个Zn(Ⅱ)离子、2个2-(2-吡啶基)苯并咪唑阴离子和1分子配位水组成。其中2-(2-吡啶基)苯并咪唑的1位氮原子、吡啶环上氮原子及水分子中氧原子与锌()离子配位,形成五配位的畸变三角双锥结构,单胞分子之间通过氢键O(w)-H…N和π-π堆积作用相互构成三维网状超分子体系。固态荧光测试显示,该配合物具有强的蓝色荧光发射(λmax=456nm)。
