The quest for the room-temperature optical transistor based on nonlinearities in single atoms or molecules is attracting a lot of *** this work,a single-photon emitter in cubic silicon carbide is verified that can operate as an optical switch at room temperature under pulsed green laser illumination with a near-infrared pulsed laser as the control *** demonstrated an ultrafast and reversible optical modulation with a high photoluminescence intensity suppression ratio up to 97.9%and a response time as short as 2.7.9±5.7 *** current development provides insights for high-precision and ultrafast optical switches,with possibilities for integration with emerging electronic installations to realize more intelligent photoelectric integrated devices.

代谢重编程对肿瘤的发生和发展至关重要。肿瘤细胞的代谢及增殖受到细胞内在因素和肿瘤微环境(tumor microenvironment, TME)中代谢物的共同调节。TME中的代谢主要受到3个层面的调节:肿瘤代谢本身内在因素的调节;肿瘤细胞与T细胞、髓系细胞、基质细胞之间代谢产物的相互影响;肿瘤细胞在组织空间中的代谢异质性。本文就肿瘤细胞不同的代谢调节模式进行了简要概述,并深入剖析了肿瘤细胞与TME中其他细胞的代谢相互影响,以及各类细胞的代谢特征和功能情况。这进一步为肿瘤的精准治疗提供了理论基础和新的思路。

The conception of k_uniform smoothness (KUS) is introduced. It is the extension of the conception of uniform smoothness. It is proved that the k_uniform smoothness and Sullivan’s K_uniform rotundity (KUR) are the daul notions. X+* is a KUR space if and only if X is a KUS space, X+* is a KUS space if and only if X is a KUR space. If X is a KUS space, then X is a (K+1)US space. It is also proved that the KUS space includes the Nan’s k_strongly smooth space.

The strong pyrocatalytic dye decomposition of the BaTiO_(3)/Pr_(2.O_(3) heterojunction catalyst under cold–hot alternation conditions has been demonstrated in this *** pure BaTiO_(3) nanofibers,~54%rhodamine B(RhB)dye is decomposed under the cold–hot alternation of 2.–57℃.With the loading content of Pr_(2.O_(3) increases from 0 to 4 wt%,the pyrocatalytic decomposition ratio of RhB solution increases first and then decreases,eventually achieving a maximum of 91%at 3 wt%.The enhanced pyrocatalytic performance after loading Pr_(2.O_(3) can be attributed to an internal electric field of the heterojunction,which effectively separates positive and negative *** strongly pyrocatalytic performance of BaTiO_(3)/Pr_(2.O_(3) makes it hopeful for applications in the dye wastewater treatment through harvesting the environmental cold–hot temperature alternation thermal energy in future.

Light(sub-GeV)dark matter has gained increasing interest in terms of direct *** dark matter is a promising candidate that can generate detectable nuclear recoil energy within the sub-GeV *** of the large kinetic energy,its interactions with the nucleus are predominantly governed by inelastic scattering,including quasi-elastic and deep inelastic *** this work,we calculated the inelastic effects in dark matter-Earth scattering mediated by a vector *** analysis revealed that the impact of inelastic scattering relies on the mediator mass and the kinetic energy spectrum of dark *** results exhibited considerable disparity:the upper bounds of the exclusion limit for the spin-independent cross-section between accelerated dark matter and nuclei via a heavy mediator differ by several tens of times when inelastic scattering is considered.

Hidden capacity,concealment,security,and robustness are essential indicators of hiding ***,hiding algorithms tend to focus on algorithmic capacity,concealment,and security but often overlook the robustness of the *** practical applications,the container can suffer from damage caused by noise,cropping,and other attacks during transmission,resulting in challenging or even impossible complete recovery of the secret *** image hiding algorithm based on dynamic region attention in the multi-scale wavelet domain is proposed to address this issue and enhance the robustness of hiding *** this proposed algorithm,a secret image of size 2.6×2.6 is first decomposed using an eight-level Haar wavelet *** wavelet transform generates one coefficient in the approximation component and twenty-four detail bands,which are then embedded into the carrier image via a hiding *** the recovery process,the container image is divided into four non-overlapping parts,each employed to reconstruct a low-resolution secret *** lowresolution secret images are combined using densemodules to obtain a high-quality secret *** experimental results showed that even under destructive attacks on the container image,the proposed algorithm is successful in recovering a high-quality secret image,indicating that the algorithm exhibits a high degree of robustness against various *** proposed algorithm effectively addresses the robustness issue by incorporating both spatial and channel attention mechanisms in the multi-scale wavelet domain,making it suitable for practical *** conclusion,the image hiding algorithm introduced in this study offers significant improvements in robustness compared to existing *** ability to recover high-quality secret images even in the presence of destructive attacksmakes it an attractive option for various *** research and experimentation can explore the algorith

The impact of different iron metabolism processes(DIMP)on ovarian cancer remains *** this study,we employed various gene chips and databases to investigate the role of DIMP in the initiation and development of ovarian *** was used to determine mutations in DIMP-associated genes in ovarian ***-Meier plotter was used to examine the influence of DIMP on the prognosis of ovarian *** analyzing 1669 serous ovarian cancer cases,we identified a range of mutations in iron metabolism genes,notably in those coding for the transferrin receptor(19%),melanotransferrin(19%),and ceruloplasmin(10%)in the iron import process,and glucose-6-phosphate isomerase(9%),hepcidin antimicrobial peptide(9%),metal regulatory transcription factor 1(8%),and bone morphogenetic protein 6(8%)in the iron regulation *** to the unaltered group,the group with gene alterations exhibited a higher tumor mutation burden count(43 vs.54)and more advanced histologic grade(78.19%vs.87.90%).Compared to the normal ovarian counterparts,a reduction in expression was observed in 9 out of the 14 genes involved in iron utilization and 4 out of the 5 genes involved in iron export in ovarian cancer;in contrast,an increase in expression was observed in 2.out of the 3 genes involved in iron storage in ovarian ***,in cisplatin-resistant cells compared to cisplatin-sensitive ones,the expression of all genes in iron storage and 13 out of 14 genes in iron import was decreased,while that of 8 out of the 10 genes in iron utilization was *** addition,survival curve analysis indicated that a higher expression in the majority of genes in the iron import process(12.2.),or a reduced expression in most genes in the iron export process(4/5)correlated with poor progression-free ***,TGF-βcould regulate the expression of most iron metabolism-associated genes;particularly,expression of genes involved in the iron storage process(2.2.was inhibited aft
