目的了解中医护理质量研究热点及发展趋势,为中医护理质量评价提供借鉴和参考。方法检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网、中国生物医学文献数据库1986年1月至2022年4月中医护理质量相关文献,利用CiteSpace5.8 R3软件进行可视化分析。结果共纳入文献981篇,文献时间分布显示中医护理质量相关文献发文量整体呈上升趋势,该领域已形成核心期刊群,未形成核心作者团队,研究热点主要集中于中医护理质量、生活质量、睡眠质量等方面。结论患者满意度是中医护理质量管理的重要研究方向,中医护理质量评价趋于规范化,中医护理质量评价体系尚需完善。

Off-hour effect is not significant in endovascular treatment for anterior circulation large vessel occlusion in a multicentre registry

Background and purpose Whether the off-hour effect has an impact on workflow and outcomes of endovascular treatment(EVT)for anterior circulation large vessel occlusion(AC-LVO)remains *** study aimed to compare the characteristics and outcomes of patients who presented or were treated during off-hour versus on-hour in a multi-center *** AC-LVO patients from 21 centres were categorised into the off-hour group and the on-hour ***-hour(weekends,holidays,and 18:00-7:59 on weekdays)and on-hour(8:00-17:59 on weekdays except for holidays)were defined according to arrival and groin-puncture time points,*** comparisons between patients both arrived and treated during off-hour(true off-hour)and on-hour(true on-hour)were *** primary outcome was the 90-day modified Rankin Scale(mRS)*** outcomes included favourable outcome(mRS 0-2 at 90 days),EVT-related time metrics,and other clinical *** and binary logistic regression and linear regression were taken to adjust for confounding *** Of all 698 patients enrolled,435(62.3%)and 456(65.3%)patients were categorised into the off-hour arrival and off-hour puncture group,*** onset to door time(adjustedßcoefficient:−21.56;95%CI−39.96 to−3.16;p=0.022)was noted in the off-hour arrival *** and dichotomous mRS scores at 90 days were comparable between the off-hour group and the on-hour group regardless of off-hour *** time metrics and outcomes were comparable between the two *** 595 patients both presented and were treated during off-hour or on-hour,394 patients were categorised into the true off-hour group and 201 into the true on-hour *** metrics and clinical outcomes were similar between the true off-hour and the true on-hour *** The off-hour effect was not significant regarding clinical outcomes and in-hospital workflow in AC-LVO patients receiving EVT in this Chinese multicentr

目的探讨OEC管理模式在基层护理人员中医适宜技术培训中的应用效果,为中医适宜技术的应用和推广提供参考。方法选取参加基层护理人员中医适宜技术培训的学员216名,按照参训批次分为OEC组与对照组。第一批62名学员为对照组,采用传统教学模式培训;第二批154名学员为OEC组,按照OEC管理模式进行培训。培训结束比较两组理论成绩与技能成绩。结果OEC组理论成绩与技能成绩均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论OEC管理模式应用于基层护理人员中医适宜技术培训管理,可提高受训人员的中医理论水平和中医操作技术能力,可在基层中医适宜技术的培训中推广应用。

Optimal Initialization and Starting Approach of Synchronous Condenser Integrated Power Grid

Synchronous condensers(SCs)are generally used at the receiving-end stations of ultra-high-voltage direct current(UHVDC)transmission systems due to their strong reactive power support and flexible regulation of reactive power according to the interconnected grids operating *** this paper,different starting control schemes of a SC integrated power grid are investigated providing four main contributions:1)The principle of reactive power support of the SC on the interconnected power grid is analytically studied,providing the establishment of mathematical models.2)Four different starting control schemes are developed for the initialization and SC integration,*** Scheme 1,a preset initial falling speed is directly utilized without initialization;in Scheme 2,a black start sequential control approach with a static frequency converter(SFC)is proposed;in Scheme 3,PI/PD/PID controllers are respectively applied for the excitation device at the speed-falling stage;in Scheme 4,a pre-insertion approach of an energy absorption component with R/L/RL is utilized to suppress the surges at the SC integration instant.3)The dynamic behaviors of four different starting schemes at specific operating stages are evaluated.4)The success rate of SC integration is analyzed to evaluate starting control *** of the SC interconnected system with four different starting control schemes is evaluated in the timedomain simulation environment PSCAD/EMTDC^(TM).The results prove the superiority of the proposed starting control approach in Scheme 4.

Experimental investigation on indoor daylight environment of building with Cadmium Telluride photovoltaic window

Photovoltaic(PV)windows have received more and more attention in recent years since their active energy-saving *** the surface covered with solar cell modules,the indoor daylight environment of PV windows is obviously different with clear glass ***,despite many scholars have studied the indoor daylight environment of PV windows,there few investigations study it from the perspective of human subjective visual *** this paper,the indoor daylight environment and human visual comfort of building with Cadmium Telluride Photovoltaic(CdTe-PV)window were ***,the parameters of indoor daylight environment and subjective questionnaires in rooms with CdTe-PV window and clear glass window were analyzed *** the basis of this,combined with indoor working surface illuminance and results of subjective questionnaires,the daylight illuminance threshold of human visual comfort was investigated by the method of Mean Bias Degree(MBD).Finally,an evaluation model for indoor daylight environment of buildings with CdTe-PV window was developed by Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation *** results showed that the working surface illuminance of CdTe-PV window was lower than that of clear glass room,the CCT of different windows room had a minor gap and the CdTe-PV window room was closer to the recommended range that was *** for CRI,both the CdTe-PV window room and the clear glass room could meet the visual comfort requirements of office ***,it was found that the requirement of human visual comfort was met when indoor working surface illuminance varies between 500-2200lx in the room with CdTe-PV *** last,according to the comprehensive evaluation model proposed in this paper,it was found that the indoor daylight environment of buildings with CdTe-PV window was excellent in the present experiment.

Distributed acoustic sensing(DAS)technology has been a promising tool in various ***,the large size and relatively high cost of DAS equipment composed of discrete devices restrict its further popularization to some degree,and the photonic integration technology offers a potential *** this paper,we demonstrate an integrated interrogator for DAS on the silicon-on-insulator(SOI)*** design of the chip revolves around a Mach–Zehnder modulator(MZM)transmitter and a dual-quadrature and dualpolarization coherent *** integrated interrogator supports multiple DAS schemes,including the time-gated digital optical frequency domain reflectometry(TGD-OFDR),which is adopted for system performance evaluation.59■strain resolution in 12.1km sensing fiber with 1.14 m spatial resolution(SR)is ***,along 49.0 km sensing fiber,81■strain resolution with 3.78 m SR is *** results show that the integrated interrogator has comparable performance to the discrete DAS *** the best of our knowledge,this is the first dedicated on-chip DAS interrogator,which validates the effectiveness of the blend of photonics integration and DAS technology.

LncPheDB(https://***/)is a systematic resource of genome-wide long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)-phenotypes associations for multiple *** was established to display the genome-wide lncRNA annotations,target genes prediction,variant-trait associations,gene-phenotype correlations,lncRNA-phenotype correlations,and the similar non-coding regions of the queried sequence in multiple *** sorted out a total of 203,391 lncRNA sequences,2000 phenotypes,and 120,271 variants of nine species(Zea mays L.,Gossypium barbadense L.,Triticum aestivum L.,Lycopersicon esculentum Mille,Oryza sativa L.,Hordeum vulgare L.,Sorghum bicolor L.,Glycine max L.,and Cucumis sativus L.).By exploring the relationship between lncRNAs and the genomic position of variants in genome-wide association analysis,a total of 68,862 lncRNAs were found to be related to the diversity of agronomic *** importantly,to facilitate the study of the functions of lncRNAs,we analyzed the possible target genes of lncRNAs,constructed a blast tool for performing similar fragmentation studies in all species,linked the pages of phenotypic studies related to lncRNAs that possess similar fragments and constructed their regulatory *** addition,LncPheDB also provides a user-friendly interface,a genome visualization platform,and multi-level and multi-modal convenient data search *** believe that LncPheDB plays a crucial role in mining lncRNA-related plant data.

It is well accepted that a lithiophilic interface can effectively regulate Li deposition behaviors,but the influence of the lithiophilic interface is gradually diminished upon continuous Li deposition that completely isolates Li from the lithiophilic ***,we perform in-depth studies on the creation of dynamic alloy interfaces upon Li deposition,arising from the exceptionally high diffusion coefficient of Hg in the amalgam solid *** a comparison,other metals such as Au,Ag,and Zn have typical diffusion coefficients of 10-20 orders of magnitude lower than that of Hg in the similar solid solution *** difference induces compact Li deposition pattern with an amalgam substrate even with a high areal capacity of 55 mAh cm^(-2).This finding provides new insight into the rational design of Li anode substrate for the stable cycling of Li metal batteries.
