Facile intercalation of alkali ions in WO_(3)for modulated electronic and optical properties:Implications for artificial synapses and chromogenic application

Tungsten oxides(WO3) are widely recognized as multifunctional systems owing to the existence of rich polymorphs. These diverse phases exhibit distinct octahedra-tilting patterns, generating substantial tunnels that are ideally suited for ***, a quantitative comprehension regarding the impact of distinct phases on the kinetics of intercalated conducting ions remains lacking. Herein, we employ first-principles calculations to explore the spatial and orientational correlations of ion transport in γ-and h-WO3, shedding light on the relationship between diffusion barriers and the size of the conducting ions. Our findings reveal that different types and concentrations of alkali-metals induce distinct and continuous lattice distortions in WO3polymorphs. Specifically, γ-WO3is more appropriate to accommodate Li+ions, exhibiting a diffusion barrier and coefficient of0.25 e V and 9.31×10-8cm2s-1, respectively. Conversely, h-WO3features unidirectional and sizeable tunnels that facilitate the transport of K+ions with an even lower barrier and a high coefficient of 0.11 eV and 2.12×10-5cm2s-1, respectively. Furthermore, the introduction of alkali-metal into WO3tunnels tends to introduce n-type conductivity by contributing s-electrons to the unoccupied W 5d states, resulting in enhanced conductivity and tunable electronic structures. These alkali metals in WO3tunnels are prone to charge transfer, forming small polaronic states and modulating the light absorption in the visible and nearinfrared regions. These tunable electronic and optical properties, combined with the high diffusion coefficient, underscore the potential of WO3in applications such as artificial synapses and chromogenic devices.

Two-dimensional(2D) van der Waals(vdW) materials have extraordinary thermal properties due to the effect of quantum confinement, making them promising for thermoelectric energy conversion and thermal management in microelectronic *** this review, the mechanism of phonon anharmonicity originating from three-and four-phonon interactions is derived. The phonon anharmonicity of 2D vdW materials, involving the Grüneisen parameter, phonon lifetime, and thermal conductivity, is summarized and derived in detail. The size-dependent thermal conductivity of representative 2D vdW materials is discussed experimentally and theoretically. This review will present fundamental and advanced knowledge on how to evaluate the phonon anharmonicity in 2D vdW materials, which will aid the design of new structures and materials for applications related to energy transfer and conversion.

采用同位素稀释液相色谱-串联质谱法测定鱼肉粉中的五氯酚钠含量,依据JJF 1059.1—2012《测定不确定度评定与表示》等不确定度评定的相关标准及规范,对测定结果的不确定度进行评定。分别对标准溶液配制、样品称量、标准曲线拟合、测量重复性等影响不确定度的分量进行分析。结果表明,不确定度的主要来源是标准溶液的配制、样品测定重复性和标准曲线拟合。当包含因子k=2时,同位素稀释液相色谱-串联质谱法测定鱼肉粉中五氯酚钠的含量为24.4μg/kg,在95%的置信区间下,扩展不确定度为1.0μg/kg。该方法为科学评价实验结果的准确性提供依据,为评定其他相关检测方法的不确定度提供参考。

A Riemannian gradient descent algorithm and a truncated variant are presented to solve systems of phaseless equations|Ax|^(2)=*** algorithms are developed by exploiting the inherent low rank structure of the problem based on the embedded manifold of rank-1 positive semidefinite *** recovery guarantee has been established for the truncated variant,showing that the algorithm is able to achieve successful recovery when the number of equations is proportional to the number of *** key ingredients in the analysis are the restricted well conditioned property and the restricted weak correlation property of the associated truncated linear *** evaluations show that our algorithms are competitive with other state-of-the-art first order nonconvex approaches with provable guarantees.

Theoretical optimization of micropillar arrays for structurally stable bioinspired dry adhesives

Inspired by the excellent adhesion performances of setae structure from organisms,micro/nano-pillar array has become one of the paradigms for adhesive *** micropillar arrays are composed of the resin pillars for adhesion and the substrate with different elastic modulus for *** stress singularity at the bi-material corner between the pillars and the substrate can induce the failure of the micropillar-substrate corner and further hinder the fabrication and application of micropillar arrays,yet the design for the stability of the micropillar array lacks systematical and quantitative *** this work,we develop a semi-analytical method to provide the full expressions for the stress distribution within the bi-material corner combining analytical derivations and numerical *** predictions for the stress within the singularity field can be obtained based on the full expressions of the *** good agreement between the predictions and the FEM results demonstrates the high reliability of our *** adopting the strain energy density factor approach,the stability of the pillar-substrate corner is assessed by predicting the failure at the *** the elastic mismatch between the pillar and substrate given in this paper,the stability can be improved by increasing the ratio of the shear modulus of the substrate to that of the *** study provides accurate predictions for the stress distribution at the bi-material corner and can guide the optimization of material combinations of the pillars and the substrate for more stable bioinspired dry adhesives.

The exact solutions for the propagation of Love waves in one-dimensional(1D)hexagonal piezoelectric quasicrystal(PQC)nanoplates with surface effects are *** electro-elastic model is developed to investigate the anti-plane strain problem of Love wave *** introducing three shape functions,the wave equations and electric balance equations are decoupled into three uncorrelated *** the boundary conditions of the top surface on the covering layer,the interlayer interface,and the matrix,a dispersive equation with the influence of multi-physical field coupling is provided.A surface PQC model is developed to investigate the surface effects on the propagation behaviors of Love waves in quasicrystal(QC)multilayered structures with nanoscale thicknesses.A novel dispersion relation for the PQC structure is derived in an explicit closed form according to the non-classical mechanical and electric boundary *** examples are given to reveal the effects of the boundary conditions,stacking sequence,characteristic scale,and phason fluctuation characteristics on the dispersion curves of Love waves propagating in PQC nanoplates with surface effects.
