In recent years,deep learning has been the mainstream technology for fingerprint liveness detection(FLD)tasks because of its remarkable ***,recent studies have shown that these deep fake fingerprint detection(DFFD)models are not resistant to attacks by adversarial examples,which are generated by the introduction of subtle perturbations in the fingerprint image,allowing the model to make fake *** of the existing adversarial example generation methods are based on gradient optimization,which is easy to fall into local optimal,resulting in poor transferability of adversarial *** addition,the perturbation added to the blank area of the fingerprint image is easily perceived by the human eye,leading to poor visual *** response to the above challenges,this paper proposes a novel adversarial attack method based on local adaptive gradient variance for *** ridge texture area within the fingerprint image has been identified and designated as the region for perturbation ***,the images are fed into the targeted white-box model,and the gradient direction is optimized to compute gradient ***,an adaptive parameter search method is proposed using stochastic gradient ascent to explore the parameter values during adversarial example generation,aiming to maximize adversarial attack *** results on two publicly available fingerprint datasets show that ourmethod achieves higher attack transferability and robustness than existing methods,and the perturbation is harder to perceive.

Cardiac arrest can lead to severe neurological impairment as a result of inflammation,mitochondrial dysfunction,and post-cardiopulmonary resuscitation neurological *** preconditioning has been shown to improve migration and survival of bone marrow–derived mesenchymal stem cells and reduce pyroptosis after cardiac arrest,but the specific mechanisms by which hypoxia-preconditioned bone marrow–derived mesenchymal stem cells protect against brain injury after cardiac arrest are *** this end,we established an in vitro co-culture model of bone marrow–derived mesenchymal stem cells and oxygen–glucose deprived primary neurons and found that hypoxic preconditioning enhanced the protective effect of bone marrow stromal stem cells against neuronal pyroptosis,possibly through inhibition of the MAPK and nuclear factor κB ***,we transplanted hypoxia-preconditioned bone marrow–derived mesenchymal stem cells into the lateral ventricle after the return of spontaneous circulation in an 8-minute cardiac arrest rat model induced by *** results showed that hypoxia-preconditioned bone marrow–derived mesenchymal stem cells significantly reduced cardiac arrest–induced neuronal pyroptosis,oxidative stress,and mitochondrial damage,whereas knockdown of the liver isoform of phosphofructokinase in bone marrow–derived mesenchymal stem cells inhibited these *** conclude,hypoxia-preconditioned bone marrow–derived mesenchymal stem cells offer a promising therapeutic approach for neuronal injury following cardiac arrest,and their beneficial effects are potentially associated with increased expression of the liver isoform of phosphofructokinase following hypoxic preconditioning.

A newly emerging design pattern, named as adaptable design （AD）, which aims at developing products that are adaptable from design to post-life cycle, is discussed. AD consists of four main phases： product modeling, design platform, specific design and product redesign. A new process-based design data model （PDDM） is presented which is organized according to the principles of convenient knowledge extraction, data representation, layout, sharing and reuse. Based on the PDDM, a universal design platform for product family development is established, which has characters of modularity, parameter-driven, variant design, etc. The framework of the platform is also proposed as a conceptual structure and overall logical organization for generating a family of products. AD methodology is successfully applied to develop a family of tunnel boring machine （TBM） for different engineering projects, with the efficiency of our developing team being greatly increased.

Contact nonlinear theory was researched. Contact problem was transformed into optimization problem containing Lagrange multiplier, and unsymmetrical stiffness matrix was transformed into symmetrical stiffness matrix. A finite element analysis （FEA） model defining more than 300 contact pairs for long nut-short screw locking mechanism of a large-scale vertical gear-rack typed ship-lift was built. Using augmented Lagrange method and symmetry algorithm of contact element stiffness, the FEA model was analyzed, and the contact stress of contact interfaces and the von Mises stress of key parts were obtained. The results show that the design of the locking mechanism meets the requirement of engineering, and this method is effective for solving large stole nonlinear contact pairs.

A novel vapor-liquid distributor was developed on the basis of sufficient study on the existing distributors applied in hydroprocessing reactors. The cold model test data showed that the fluid distribution performance of the novel vapor-liquid distributor was evidently better than the traditional one. Com- mercial tests of the new distributor were carded out in the 300 kt/a gas oil hydrotreating reactor at SINOPEC Changling Branch Company, showing that the new vapor-liquid distributor could improve the fluid distribution, promote the hydrotreating efficiency and lead to better performance than the traditional one.

The present study is primarily designed to develop an environmentally-benign approach for the recovery of precious metals, especially gold, from the ever increasingly-discarded electronic wastes(e-waste). By coupling the metal reduction process with an increase in the intrinsic oxidation state of the aniline polymers, and the subsequent re-protonation and reduction of the intrinsically oxidized polymer to the protonated emeraldine(EM) salt, polyaniline(PANi) films and polyaniline coated cotton fibers are able to recover metallic gold from acid/halide leaching solutions of electronic wastes spontaneously and sustainably. The current technique, which does not require the use of extensive extracting reagents or external energy input, can recover as much as 90% of gold from the leaching acidic solutions. The regeneration of polyaniline after gold recovery, as confirmed by the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy measurements, promises the continuous operation using the current approach. The as-recovered elemental gold can be further concentrated and purified by incineration in air.

As one of the most promising materials for two-dimensional transition metal chalcogenides(2D TMDs),molybdenum diselenide(MoSe_(2))has great potential in photodetectors due to its excellent properties like tunable bandgap,high carrier mobility,and excellent air *** 2D MoSe_(2)-based photodetectors have been reported to exhibit admired performance,the large-area 2D MoSe_(2)layers are difficult to be achieved via conventional synthesis methods,which severely impedes its future ***,we present the controllable growth of large-area 2D MoSe_(2)layers over 3.5-inch with excellent homogeneity by a simple post-selenization ***,a high-quality n-MoSe_(2)/p-Si van der Waals(vdW)heterojunction device is in-situ fabricated by directly growing 2D n-MoSe_(2)layers on the patterned p-Si substrate,which shows a self-driven broadband photoresponse ranging from ultraviolet to mid-wave infrared with an impressive responsivity of 720.5 mA·W^(−1),a high specific detectivity of 10^(13) Jones,and a fast response time to follow nanosecond pulsed optical *** addition,thanks to the inch-level 2D MoSe_(2)layers,a 4×4 integrated heterojunction device array is achieved,which has demonstrated good uniformity and satisfying imaging *** large-area 2D MoSe_(2)layer and its heterojunction device array have great promise for high-performance photodetection and imaging applications in integrated optoelectronic systems.

Vegetable fields are often contaminated by heavy metals,and Spodoptera exigua is a major vegetable pest which is stressed by heavy metals mainly by *** this study,cadmium accumulation in the tissues of *** exposed to cadmium and its effects on the growth and development of the parents and the offspring were *** the stress of different concentrations of cadmium(0.2,3.2,and 51.2 mg kg^(-1)),the cadmium content in each tissue of *** increased in a dose-dependent *** the larval stage,the highest cadmium accumulation was found in midgut in all three cadmium treatments,but at the adult stage,the highest cadmium content was found in fat *** addition,the cadmium content in ovaries was much higher than in *** *** was stressed by cadmium and the F_(2)generation was not fed a cadmium-containing diet,the larval survival,pupation rate,emergence rate and fecundity of the F_(2)generation were significantly reduced in the 51.2 mg kg^(-1)treatment compared to the corresponding *** in the F_(2)generation of the 3.2 mg kg^(-1)treatment,the fecundity was significantly lower than in the parental *** fecundity of the only-female stressed treatment was significantly lower than that of the only-male stressed treatment at the 3.2 and 51.2 mg kg^(-1)cadmium exposure *** only mothers were stressed at the larval stage,the fecundity of the F_(2)generation was significantly lower than that of the F1generation in the 51.2 mg kg^(-1)treatment,and it was also significantly lower than in the 3.2 and 0.2 mg kg^(-1)*** results of our study can provide useful information for forecasting the population increase trends under different heavy metal stress conditions and for the reliable environmental risk assessment of heavy metal pollution.

A Space State Forecast Model for Dam Construction Equipments Based on Analysis Prediction Theory

Anti-collision equipments system is developed to solve the collision problems of dam construction equipments, and in the system the determination of equipments＇ space state is important. A uniform moving equation of equipments is established based on the analysis prediction theory and the movements states of equipments. Method of least square was employed to deal with discrete data of equipments＇ space position. Fitting equation matched with the movement equation was presented to do data fitting, and a relevant algorithm was given. Applying the fitting equation, current and future space state of equipments can be accurately predicted. Finally, a case is given and results show that numerical values of data were steady and their precision was high. In LongTan dam construction of the equipments antiollision system, applying this method to forecast the equipments＇ space states and practical running of the system indicate that this method can improve the precision of position, obtain the better forecasting effect and increase the robustness of the system.
