Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is associated with mutations in lipopolysaccharide-binding protein(LBP),but the underlying epigenetic mechanisms remain ***,LBP^(-/-)rats with NAFLD were established and used to conduct integrative targetingactive enhancer histone H3 lysine 27 acetylation(H3K27ac)chromatin immunoprecipitation coupled with high-throughput and transcriptomic sequencing analysis to explore the potential epigenetic pathomechanisms of active enhancers of NAFLD exacerbation upon LBP ***,LBP^(-/-)reduced the inflammatory response but markedly aggravated high-fat diet(HFD)-induced NAFLD in rats,with pronounced alterations in the histone acetylome and regulatory *** total,1128 differential enhancer-target genes significantly enriched in cholesterol and fatty acid metabolism were identified between wild-type(WT)and LBP^(-/-)NAFLD *** on integrative analysis,CCAAT/enhancer-binding proteinβ(C/EBPβ)was identified as a pivotal transcription factor(TF)and contributor to dysregulated histone acetylome H3K27ac,and the lipid metabolism gene SCD was identified as a downstream effector exacerbating *** study not only broadens our understanding of the essential role of LBP in the pathogenesis of NAFLD from an epigenetics perspective but also identifies key TF C/EBPβand functional gene SCD as potential regulators and therapeutic targets.

We study the evolution of spectral intensity and degree of coherence of a new class of partially coherent beams,Hermite non-uniformly correlated array beams,in free space and in turbulence,based on the extended Huygens–Fresnel *** beams possess controllable rectangular grid distributions due to multi-self-focusing propagation ***,it is demonstrated that adjusting the initial beam parameters,mode order,shift parameters,array parameters and correlation width plays a role in resisting intensity and degree of coherence degradation effects of the turbulence.

BACKGROUND In recent years,pure laparoscopic radical surgery for Bismuth-Corlette type Ⅲ and Ⅳ hilar cholangiocarcinoma(HCCA)has been preliminarily explored and applied,but the surgical strategy and safety are still worthy of further improvement and *** To summarize and share the application experience of the emerging strategy of“hepatic hilum area dissection priority,liver posterior separation first”in pure laparoscopic radical resection for patients with HCCA of Bismuth-Corlette types Ⅲ and *** The clinical data and surgical videos of 6 patients with HCCA of Bismuth-Corlette types Ⅲ and Ⅳ who underwent pure laparoscopic radical resection in our department from December 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively *** Among the 6 patients,4 were males and 2 were *** average age was 62.2±11.0 years,and the median body mass index was 20.7(19.2-24.1)kg/m^(2).The preoperative median total bilirubin was 57.7(16.0-155.7)μmol/*** patient had Bismuth-Corlette type Ⅲa,4 patients had Bismuth-Corlette type Ⅲb,and 1 patient had Bismuth-Corlette type Ⅳ.All patients successfully underwent pure laparoscopic radical resection following the strategy of“hepatic hilum area dissection priority,liver posterior separation first”.The operation time was 358.3±85.0 minutes,and the intraoperative blood loss volume was 195.0±108.4 *** of the patients received blood transfusions during the perioperative *** median length of stay was 8.3(7.0-10.0)*** bile leakage occurred in 2 patients,and all patients were discharged without serious surgery-related *** The emerging strategy of“hepatic hilum area dissection priority,liver posterior separation first”is safe and feasible in pure laparoscopic radical surgery for patients with HCCA of Bismuth-Corlette types Ⅲ and Ⅳ.This strategy is helpful for promoting the modularization and process of pure laparoscopic radical surgery for complicated HCCA,shortens the learning curve,and

Dysregulated B-cell activation plays pivotal roles in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),which makes B-cell depletion a potential strategy for SLE *** clinical success of anti-CD19 CAR-T cells in treating B-cell malignancies has attracted the attention of *** this study,we aimed to investigate the feasibility of applying anti-CD19 CAR-T cell therapy to SLE treatment in a mouse disease *** constructed murine anti-CD19 CARs with either CD28 or 4-1BB as the intracellular costimulatory motif and evaluated the therapeutic function of the corresponding CAR-T cells by infusing them into MRL-lpr ***,anti-CD19 CAR-T cells were transferred to MRL-lpr mice before the onset of disease to determine their role in SLE *** to our observations,compared with antibody treatment,the adoptive transfer of our anti-CD19 CAR-T cells showed a more sustained B-cell-depletion effect in MRL-lpr *** transfer of syngeneic anti-CD19 CAR-T cells not only prevented disease pathogenesis before the onset of disease symptoms but also displayed therapeutic benefits at a later stage after disease *** also tried to optimize the treatment strategy and found that compared with CAR-T cells with the CD28 costimulatory motif,CAR-T cells with the 4-1BB costimulatory motif showed better therapeutic efficiency without cell *** together,these results show that anti-CD19 CAR-T cell therapy was effective in the prevention and treatment of a murine model of SLE,indicating its potential for clinical use in patients.

Poor stability of spiro-OMe TAD hole transport materials(HTMs)with dopant is a major obstacle for the commercialization of perovskite solar cells(pero-SCs).Herein,we demonstrate a series of quinoxaline-based D-A copolymers PBQ5,PBQ6 and PBQ10 as the dopant-free polymer HTMs for high performance *** D-A copolymers are composed of fluorothienyl benzodithiophene(BDTT)as D-unit,difluoroquinoxaline(DFQ)with different side chains as A-unit,and thiophene asπ-bridge,where the side chains on the DFQ unit are bi-alkyl for PBQ5,bi-alkyl-fluorothienyl for PBQ6,and alkoxyl for *** the three copolymers are adopted as the dopant-free HTM in the *** planar n-i-p structured pero-SCs based on(FAPb I_(3))_(0.98)(MAPb Br_(3))_(0.02)with PBQ6 HTM demonstrated the high power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 22.6%with Vocof1.13 V and FF of 80.8%,which is benefitted from the suitable energy level and high hole mobility of *** PCE of 22.6%is the highest efficiency reported in the n-i-p structured pero-SCs based on dopant-free D-A copolymer *** addition,the peroSCs show significantly enhanced ambient,thermal and light-soaking stability compared with the devices with traditional spiroOMe TAD HTM.

Born in Dinghai County of Zhejiang province in June, 1926, Guan-Fu zhu began to study at School of Medicine, Tongji University, in October, 1946 （Fig. 1）. Then he moved to the Department of Bacteriology and Immunology of Peking Union Medical College in September, 1954, where he got his master degree under the supervision of Prof. Shao-Wen Xie, a renowned microbiologist and immunologist. In July, 1951, Mr. zhu served as an assistant in teaching and research section of the Second Military Medical University of PLA. In January, 1958, he began to work at the Institute of Microbi- ology and Epidemiology, Academy of Military Medical Sci- ences, successively serving as a research assistant, assistant professor, associate professor and professor. Due to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, Mr. Guan- Fu zhu unfortunately passed away on November 7th, 2015, at the age of 89.
