A dedicated weak current measurement system was designed to measure the weak currents generated by the neutron ionization *** system incorporates a second-order low-pass filter circuit and the Kalman filtering algorithm to effectively filter out noise and minimize interference in the measurement *** conducted under normal temperature conditions has demonstrated the system's high precision ***,it was observed that temperature variations can affect the measurement *** were collected across temperatures ranging from -20 to 70℃,and a temperature correction model was established through linear regression fitting to address this *** feasibility of the temperature correction model was confirmed at temperatures of -5 and 40℃,where relative errors remained below 0.1% after applying the temperature *** research indicates that the designed measurement system exhibits excellent temperature adaptability and high precision,making it particularly suitable for measuring weak currents.

Information flow among auditory and language processing-related regions implicated in the pathophysiology of auditory verbal hallucinations（AVHs） in schizophrenia（SZ） remains unclear. In this study, we used stochastic dynamic causal modeling（s DCM） to quantify connections among the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex（inner speech monitoring）, auditory cortex（auditory processing）, hippocampus（memory retrieval）, thalamus（information filtering）, and Broca＇s area（language production） in 17 first-episode drug-na？¨ve SZ patients with AVHs, 15 without AVHs, and 19 healthy controls using resting-state functional magnetic resonance ***, we performed receiver operating characteristic（ROC） analysis and correlation analysis between image measures and symptoms. s DCM revealed an increasedsensitivity of auditory cortex to its thalamic afferents and a decrease in hippocampal sensitivity to auditory inputs in SZ patients with AVHs. The area under the ROC curve showed the diagnostic value of these two connections to distinguish SZ patients with AVHs from those without AVHs. Furthermore, we found a positive correlation between the strength of the connectivity from Broca＇s area to the auditory cortex and the severity of AVHs. These findings demonstrate, for the first time, augmented AVHspecific excitatory afferents from the thalamus to the auditory cortex in SZ patients, resulting in auditory perception without external auditory stimuli. Our results provide insights into the neural mechanisms underlying AVHs in SZ. This thalamic-auditory cortical-hippocampal dysconnectivity may also serve as a diagnostic biomarker of AVHs in SZ and a therapeutic target based on direct in vivo evidence.

A spatial template is important to study nearby supernova remnants(SNRs).For SNR G332.5-5.6,we report a Gaussian disk with a radius of about 1°.06 to be a potential good spatial model in the γ-ray *** this new Gaussian disk,its GeV lightcurve shows a significant variability of about seven *** γ-ray observations of this SNR could be explained well either by a leptonic model or a hadronic model,in which a flat spectrum for the ejected electrons/protons is required.

A novel D–π –A structure and near–infrared fluorescent probe(DCITT) with high polarity sensitivity and membrane targeting was reported. The fluorescent spectra of DCITT were polarity dependent and Stokes shift was greater than 300 nm. Due to its high fluorescence quantum yield, low cytotoxicity and photostability, DCITT could be used as a labeling probe in multicellular organisms. In particular, DCITT effectively distinguished tumor cells from normal cells because it could specifically light up the cancer cells membrane based on strong red fluorescence for a long time. On this basis, a polar–sensitive cell membrane probe is developed to differentiate tumor cells from normal cells, which provides an idea and method for the early diagnosis of tumor at cellular level.

Objective: The primary cause of microvascular disease in diabetic complications is long-term hyperglycemia, wherein the damage and apoptosis of vascular endothelial cells play a significant role. Sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate(STS) has been found to have beneficial effects on cardiovascular health. This study aimed to investigate the impact of STS on high glucose-induced apoptosis and oxidative stress damage in vascular endothelial cells, as well as its potential protective mechanisms. Methods:Human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs) were divided into five groups:low-glucose group, high-glucose group, and three STS groups(STS-a, STS-b, and STS-c). The low-glucose group was incubated with DMEM low-sugar medium containing 5.5 mmol·L-1glucose, while the high-glucose group was treated with 33.3mmol·L-1glucose. The STS groups were exposed to 10, 30, and 50 μg·m L-1of STS,respectively. Each group was cultured for 72 h, and the MTT method was utilized to assess cell proliferation. Additionally, flow cytometry was employed to monitor changes in cell apoptosis and cellular oxidative stress indicators at 24, 48, and 72 h of cell culture in each group. Results: As time went on, the cell proliferation ability and apoptosis rate of each group gradually increased. The high-glucose group exhibited lower proliferation ability compared to the other groups. The STS-c group demonstrated the highest OD value for proliferation ability(24 h: 1.19±0.12; 48 h: 1.20±0.13; 72 h:1.25 ±0.12), but it was still lower than that of the low-sugar group. Notably, the high-glucose group had the highest cell apoptosis rate, while the low-glucose group had the lowest. The apoptosis rate of the STS-c group(24 h: 8.02±0.13; 48 h: 10.10±0.12;72 h: 13.18 ±0.11)% was between that of the low-glucose group and the high-glucose group, and lower than the STS-a and STS-b groups.
