The moisture generated by the ageing of the oil-paper insulating system can easily lead to the deterioration of the performance of the insulating *** order to alleviate the impact of moisture on the performance of the insulating paper,we developed a kind of lipophilic hydrophobic self-repairing cellulose insulating paper(new insulating paper)based on the ternary system of polytetrafluoroethylene,fluorocarbon surfactant and fluorinated alkyl silane,and accelerated thermal ageing test for 45 days at 130°C was carried *** experimental results show that the new insulating paper with excellent lipophilic property can realise hydrophobic self-repairing through heat treatment after physical *** tensile strength and elongation at break of the new insulating paper increased by 5%–8%and 6.25%–27%respectively compared with the original cellulose insulating *** the end of ageing,the relative dielectric constant and dielectric loss factor of new insulating paper are 10.4%and 9.9%lower than that of the original cel-lulose insulating paper,while the breakdown voltage is 6.8%*** acid and moisture content produced during the ageing process of the insulating oil impregnated with new insulating paper are also less,indicating that the coating can delay the ageing of the insulating paper.

Ambient electrocatalytic nitrogen fixation is an emerging technology for green ammonia synthesis,but the absence of optimized,stable and performant catalysts can render its practical application ***,bimetallic NiCo boride nanoparticles confined in MXene are shown to accomplish highperformance nitrogen reduction *** king advantage of the synergistic effect in specific compositions with unique electronic d and p orbits and typical architecture of rich nanosized particles embedded in the interconnected conductive network,the synthesized MXene@NiCoB composite demonstrates extensive improvements in nitrogen molecule chemisorption,active area exposure and charge *** a result,optimal NH3 yield rate of 38.7μg h^(-1) mgcat^(-1).and Faradaic efficiency of 6.92%are acquired in0.1 M Na_(2)SO_(4) ***,the great catalytic performance can be almost entirely maintained in the cases of repeatedly-cycled and long-term *** investigations reveal that the nitrogen reduction reaction on MXene@NiCoB catalyst proceeds according to the distal pathway,with a distinctly-reduced energy barrier relative to the Co2B *** work may inspire a new route towards the rational catalyst design for the nitrogen reduction reaction.

Highly reduced polyoxometalates(POMs) are predicted to be used as rather high energy density materials;however,it still suffers from the limited cluster species and reduction *** we demonstrate that it is possible to employ the building block strategy to generate a highly reduced polyoxomolybdate(C_(2)H_(8)N)_(14)(NH_(4))_(4)H_(14)[Mo_(48)-ⅤMo_(26)ⅥO_(202)(OH)_(12)(SO_(4))_(6)]·46H_(2)O(Mo_(74)).The fundamental Mo-based{Mo_x}(x=4,5,and 6) building blocks,which are templated by tetra-coordinated anions{MoO_(4)}or{SO_(4)},not only lay foundation for the formation of Mo_(74) featuring an unprecedented reduction ratio of 65%,but also give rise to SBBs-mediated(secondary building blocks) supramolecular dense packing interactions among the isolated Mo_(74) clusters that are favorable for proton ***,high proton conductivity(2.04×10^(-2)S cm^(-1)) had been realized at 50℃ and 90% relative humidity,revealing one of the well-known POMs-based crystalline proton conducting *** result highlights that this building block approach possesses great potential in producing highly reduced POM systems that can achieve controllable reduced ratio and desirable properties.

A novel polyoxometalate [H3O][PMo5^ⅥMo7^ⅤO40 （V^ⅣO）4]·6Py （Py = pyridine） was synthesized and characterized by IR spectrometry, TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group（C2/m） with α=1.3680（3） nm, b=2.1740（4） nm, c=1.1630（2） nm, β= 118.62（3）°, V= 3. 0362 （10） nm^3, Z = 2, and Rt （wR2） = 0. 0772 （0. 2312）. The compound contains a highly reduced vanadylpoly-molybdophosphate polyoxometalate anion with a four-capped structure. The four {VO} units cap four opposite pits of the pseudo-Keggin core {PMo12O40}.

Heatwave exposure has increased dramatically because of climate warming and population growth,along with their interactive ***,effective adaptation measures can reduce these ***,the dynamic changes,regional inequality in adaptive capacity and their potential contributions to reducing exposure in the future remain *** study quantifies the impact of adaptive capacity and underscores regional variations in heatwave magnitudes,population exposure and adaptation levels in *** projected the future adaptive capacity using air-conditioner penetration,factoring in climate cooling requirements and individuals'purchasing *** population and gross domestic product(GDP)data from four Shared Socioeconomic Pathways(SSP1,SSP2,SSP3 and SSP5)and daily temperature data from four SSP-based emission scenarios(SSP1-2.6,SSP2-4.5,SSP3-7.0 and SSP5-8.5),we estimated heatwave duration,population exposure and avoided impacts through adaptation across China and its *** show a substantial increase in heatwave duration in Southwest and Southern China,especially under the SSP5-8.5 scenario,with a projection of 163.2±36.7 d during *** the SSP3|SSP3-7.0 scenario,total exposure reaches 156.4±76.8 billion person d per year,which is the highest among all scenarios and 23 times greater than that in 1986-2005 without *** considering adaptation measures,a noteworthy reduction in population exposure is observed,especially in the SSP3|SSP3-7.0 and SSP5JSSP5-8.5 scenarios,with reductions of(62.6±3.9)%and(65.8±5.1)%,respectively,compared with the scenario without adaptation during *** regional disparities in avoided impacts are also evident,with variations of up to 50%across different *** implementation of effective and environmentally friendly adaptation measures can notably address climate change,thereby alleviating the profound threats posed to human well-being.

Objective To explore the vulnerability to HIV infection and related risk behaviors of the out-of-school adolescents who migrated with their parents from rural areas to cities. Methods From September to October 2005, 260 out-of-school adolescents aged 14-20 years were interviewed through a questionnaire. Results Out-of-school adolescents lacked HIV/AIDS knowledge and related life skills, and their psychosocial competency was relatively low. The interviewed adolescents were open in their sexuality, showing a low rate of condom use. Their attitudes towards people living with HIV/AIDS and HIV/AIDS prevention competency were positively correlated with family well-being, harmonious relations between their parents, a stable job, knowledge, life skill, and psychosocial competency for emotion control and empathy. Conclusion Out-of-school adolescents are highly vulnerable to HIV/AIDS infection and transmission. Practical and feasible health and life skill education and psychosocial competency are the keys to effective HIV/AIDS prevention among out-of-school adolescent migrants.

Perfluoropolyether(PFPE)is a promising material for protective coatings on Li metal anodes due to its chemical inertness and minimal swelling in ***,a conventional PFPE coating with poor ionic conductivity and mechanical stability is still not satisfactory for long-term cycling of Li ***,we design and synthesize an adaptive and high-conductivity supramolecular polymer(PFPE-EG-I).This polymer is constructed from PFPE chains,ethylene glycol(EG)segments,and hydrogen-bonding moieties derived from isophoronediisocyanate,serving as a multifaceted artificial solid electrolyte interphase(SEI).The incorporated EG segments enhance the Li+conductivity of the SEI,and the hydrogen-bonding units introduce a dynamic self-adaptive behavior to the polymer matrix.A solution-processed PFPE-EG-I coating is demonstrated to promote uniform Li deposition and mitigate side reactions between Li and the ***,this leads to enhanced coulombic efficiency and prolonged cycle longevity in lithium metal batteries(LMBs).The innovative design of this multifunctional artificial SEI offers a promising avenue for the realization of dendrite-free Li anodes,paving the way for the advancement of high-performance LMBs.

A1N/Co nanocomposite thin films were fabricated by pulsed laser deposition and investigated as new anode materials for lithium-ion batteries for the first time. The combination of electrochemically inactive A1N and Co in nanometer scale boosted the electrochemical performance of the thin films surprisingly. A high reversible capacity of 555 mAh.g^-1 after 100 discharge-charge cycles at a current density of 500 mA.g^-1 is obtained for the A1N/Co nanocomposite thin films, and 372 mAh.g^-1 can be retained at a high rate up to 16C, exhibiting promising cycle stability and rate capability. The electrochemical reaction mechanism study reveals that Co nanoparticles could not only provide high electronic conductivity for the thin films, which facilitate the thorough decomposition of A1N in the initial discharge process, but also react with Li3N to form a new species CozN during charge process, thus ensuring large capacity and high reversibility of A1N/Co nanocomposite thin films in sub- sequent cycles. This study provides a new perspective to design advanced electrode materials for lithium-ion batteries.

Since the carbon neutrality target was proposed,many countries have been facing severe challenges to carbon emission reduction *** study is conducted using a tripartite evolutionary game model to explore the impact of the central environmental protection inspection(CEPI)on driving carbon emission reduction,and to study what factors influence the strategic choices of each party and how they interact with each *** research results suggest that local governments and manufacturing enterprises would choose strategies that are beneficial to carbon reduction when CEPI *** the initial willingness of all parties increases 20%,50%—80%,the time spent for the whole system to achieve stability decreases from 100%,60%—30%.The evolutionary result of“thorough inspection,regulation implementation,low-carbon management”is the best strategy for the tripartite evolutionary ***,the smaller the cost and the larger the benefit,the greater the likelihood of the three-party game stability strategy *** study has important guiding significance for other developing countries to promote carbon emission reduction by environmental policy.
