Predictive value of C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,and total bilirubin levels for pancreatic fistula after gastrectomy for gastric cancer

为明确华北地区冬小麦生产中的氮淋失特征及影响因素,整合了2000~2023年发表的、在华北地区进行的冬小麦氮淋失试验研究,分别构建了单因素和多因素回归模型,以及基于机器学习的随机森林和XGBoost模型,对农田氮淋失进行定量分析.研究表明,氮肥和水分投入量、土壤性质(pH值、粘粒和砂粒含量)是影响华北地区冬小麦生产中氮淋失的主要因素,秸秆还田能够有效抑制氮淋失.利用随机森林方法,基于全部预测变量和逐步回归筛选后预测变量构建的模型拟合优度分别为0.628和0.708,而经过贝叶斯搜参和早停法优化后构建的XGBoost模型拟合优度分别为0.745和0.722.机器学习模型构建过程中充分考虑了多因素对冬小麦生产中氮淋失的影响,采用经验统计筛选的预测指标构建的模型拟合优度高,适用性好,对于华北地区冬小麦农田氮淋失的阻控具有重要技术支撑.

Recent advances of morphology adaptive nanomaterials for anti-cancer drug delivery

The morphology of nanomaterials combines the characteristics of their size, shape and spatial structure. Owing to the improved spatiotemporal control of the nanocarriers for anti-cancer drug delivery, the morphology adaptive nanomaterials have received tremendous attention in the field of nanomedicine, while they are able to respond through chemical or physical change. In this review, we summarize the recent advancements of morphology adaptive nanomaterials and their application in anti-cancer drug delivery system, wherein the size, shape and spatial structure of nanocarriers can be changed to adapt the complex living system, thus overcoming the pathological barriers in drug delivery. The overview of the recent examples shows that each step of delivery process can be improved by the morphology adaption, which represents the great potential for clinic translation of morphology adaptive nanomaterials.

水土保持科技示范园是水土保持高质量发展的集中展示,发挥着示范引领、宣传教育、科学普及、科技推广等功能和服务。国家水土保持科技示范园创建工作于2004年开始,2007年命名了第一批国家水土保持科技示范园。截至2024年底,全国共有国家水土保持科技示范园166个,遍及全国30个省(自治区、直辖市)。通过分析国家水土保持科技示范园在流域、行政区、地域、水土保持区划、水土流失重点防治区、水土流失类型、城乡7个方面的分布特征,发现其存在分布不均衡、布局不科学、顶层设计缺失、人均数量差异大等问题,并提出各级行政区逐步覆盖、水土保持三级区划基本覆盖、推动重点区域建设等布局建议,以及统筹谋篇布局、强化政策引领、依托重点工程、加强共建共享等发展建议。

采用MCI Gel CHP-20、ODS、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱柱以及半制备液相等方法对红花(Carthamus tinctorius L.)乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部位的化学成分进行分离纯化,得到1个炔烃和2个苯丙素类衍生物。运用现代波谱学方法(1D NMR、2D NMR、UV、IR和MS)鉴定结构分别为(5R,E)-十四碳-12-烯-8,10-二炔-1,5,14-三醇(1)、(E)-8-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖肉桂酸丁酯(2)和(7S,8S)-7-(4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯)-7-正丁基-8,9-二醇(3)。1~3均为新化合物。对化合物1~3进行体外抗肾纤维化活性筛选,均未表现出明显活性。

Effects of Protein on the Detection of Chlorobenzenes in Fish and Their Elimination by Modified QuEChERS Method

Molecular fluorescence spectrometry, resonance Rayleigh scattering and gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy（GC-MS） were used to study the effect of pure fish serum albumin（FSA） as the model protein on the extraction of three chlorobenzenes（CBs： 1,3-DCB, 1,2-DCB and 1,2,4-TCB; DCB=dichlorobenzene; TCB=trichlorobenzene） in fish samples. The results show that there was a strong binding effect between CB and FSA. In an aqueous solution of 90%（volume fraction） acetone, a slow but full protein denaturation might take place, which would cause the unfolding of protein and the releasing of CBs. Based on these results, a QuEChERS（quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged and safe） method was modified by replacing the traditional acetonitrile with acetone aqueous solution in the present work. This modified QuEChERS method was applied in the determination of CBs in fish samples. The spiked recoveries and the limits of detection were 80.4%--118.3% and 2.4--7.3 ng/g, respectively. This paper proposes a new strategy by slowing down the protein denaturation and releasing bound organic compounds to enhance the extraction efficiency of CBs in fish samples.

Using Physical Model Experiments for Hazards Assessment of Rainfall-Induced Debris Landslides

Using physical simulation models, rainfall-induced landslides have been simulated under various rainfall intensities. During these simulations, we have monitored the physical and mechanical behaviors of the landslide over the slip surface at different heights of the model slopes, as well as taking the whole slope to identify its deformation and failure processes. The results show that the rainfall duration corresponding to the initiation of the debris landslide and is exponentially related to rainfall intensity. Corresponding to the three intervals of the rainfall intensity, there are three types of slope failure modes:(1) the small-slump failure at the leading edge of the slope;(2) the block-slump failure but sometimes there are large blocks sliding down;and(3) the bulk failure but sometimes there is the block-slump failure. Based on the total rainfall-lasting time and the associated proportion of failed mass volume, the early warning of debris landslide can be classified into five grades, i.e., red, orange to red, orange, yellow to orange and yellow, which correspond to the five slope failure modes, respectively.

Miocene paleoenvironmental evolution based on benthic foraminiferal assemblages in the Lufeng Sag, northern South China Sea

The Miocene epoch marks the most crucial period during the Cenozoic cooling trend, characterized by the Middle Miocene Climatic Optimum(MMCO) and a series of short–lived cooling events(Miocene isotope events).To understand the paleoenvironmental evolution along the shallow water shelf in the South China Sea during the Miocene, the benthic foraminiferal assemblage and total organic carbon content(TOC) were analyzed at Hole LF14 located in the Lufeng Sag, northern South China Sea. Three benthic foraminiferal assemblages(e.g., the Uvigerina spp. assemblage, the Cibicides spp. assemblage, and the Cibicidoides spp. assemblage), corresponding to different watermass conditions, were recognized based on Q–mode factor analysis. Early studies suggested that Hole LF14 was deposited under semienclosed bay, middle to outer shelf or even upper bathyal environment during ～18.7–4.53 Ma. The dominant Uvigerina spp. assemblage was characterized by low diversity and shallow infaunal to infaunal species, indicating a warm, low–oxygenation and eutrophic conditions since the Early Miocene to MMCO(～18.7–14.24 Ma). An abrupt sea level drop and significant faunal changes were recorded during 14.24–13.41 Ma, suggesting development of the East Antarctic Ice Sheets, which resulted in a drop of sea level and change in benthic foraminiferal assemblages along the shallow water shelf. Beyond the Uvigerina ***, the Cibicides spp. assemblage became important during the middle–late Middle Miocene(14.24–11.54 Ma). This assemblage was dominated by epifaunal species with relative high diversity, suggesting high–energy, high–oxygenation and oligotrophic conditions with episodic supply of organic food. The dominant Cibicidoides spp. assemblage with high diversity, indicates a mesotrophic conditions with relative high–oxygen content during the Late Miocene to Pliocene(11.54–4.53 Ma).
