Electrocatalytic nitrate(NO_(3)^(−))reduction to ammonia(NH_(3))offers a viable approach for sustainable NH_(3)production and environmental ***(Cu)possesses a distinctive electronic structure,which can augment the reaction kinetics of NO_(3)^(−)and impede hydrogen evolution reaction(HER),rendering it a promising contender for the electrosynthesis of NH_(3)from NO_(3)^(−).Nevertheless,the role of Cu_(2)O in copper-based catalysts still requires further investigation for a more comprehensive ***,the Cu_(2)O/Cu(OH)_(2)heterostructures are successfully fabricated through liquid laser irradiation using CuO nanoparticles as a *** and theoretical researches reveal that Cu_(2)O/Cu(OH)_(2)heterostructure exhibits enhanced electrocatalytic performance for NO_(3)^(−)to NH_(3)because Cu(OH)_(2)promotes electron transfer and reduces the valence state of Cu active site in Cu_(2)***−0.6 V(*** hydrogen electrode(RHE)),the NH_(3)yield reaches its maximum at 1630.66±29.72μg·h^(−1)·mgcat^(−1),while the maximum of Faraday efficiency(FE)is 76.95%±5.51%.This study expands the technical scope of copper-based catalyst preparation and enhances the understanding of the electrocatalytic mechanism of NO_(3)^(−)to NH_(3).

The adaptation of insects to environments relies on a sophisticated set of behaviors controlled by molecular and physiological *** the past several decades,accumulating studies have unveiled the roles of non-coding RNAs(nc RNAs)in regulating insect *** RNAs assume particularly pivotal roles in the behavioral plasticity of insects by rapidly responding to environmental *** RNAs also contribute to the maintenance of homeostasis of insects by fine-tuning the expression of target ***,a comprehensive review of nc RNAs'roles in regulating insect behaviors has yet to be ***,we present the recent progress in our understanding of how nc RNAs regulate various insect behaviors,including flight and movement,social behavior,reproduction,learning and memory,and *** refine the intricate mechanisms by which nc RNAs modulate the function of neural,motor,reproductive,and other physiological systems,as well as gene expression in insects like fruit flies,social insects,locusts,and ***,we discuss potential avenues for future studies in nc RNA-mediated insect behaviors.

Constructing heterostructures has proved to be a successful strategy to fabricate electrocatalysts with high efficiency for water ***,the structure evolution in alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction lacks investigation and the specific active center remains ***,we take the well-designed Ni_(3)S_(2)@VO_(2) heterostructures as a model to investigate the electrocatalytic activity and the surface reconstruction process of heterostructure catalysts in alkaline *** Ni_(3)S_(2)@VO_(2) heterostructures,with Ni_(3)S_(2) nanorods as the core and VO_(2) nanoflakes as the shell,coupled with the high conductive Ni_(3)S_(2),the hydrophilic VO_(2) and modulated electronic structures at the interfaces,exhibited prominent activity and superior stability at various current ***,the ex-situ characterizations confirmed that the surface reconstruction from Ni_(3)S_(2)@VO_(2) into Ni_(3)S_(2)@amorphous-Ni(OH)_(2) in alkaline media could optimize the water dissociation barrier and exposed large active area,thereby contributing to improved electrocatalytic *** study not only introduces novel high-performance electrocatalysts for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER),but also provides a new avenue for re-examining hetero-structural catalysts in alkaline solutions.

Deformable gel particles(DGPs) possess the capability of deep profile control and flooding. However, the deep migration behavior and plugging mechanism along their path remain unclear. Breakage, an inevitable phenomenon during particle migration, significantly impacts the deep plugging effect. Due to the complexity of the process, few studies have been conducted on this subject. In this paper, we conducted DGP flow experiments using a physical model of a multi-point sandpack under various injection rates and particle sizes. Particle size and concentration tests were performed at each measurement point to investigate the transportation behavior of particles in the deep part of the reservoir. The residual resistance coefficient and concentration changes along the porous media were combined to analyze the plugging performance of DGPs. Furthermore, the particle breakage along their path was revealed by analyzing the changes in particle size along the way. A mathematical model of breakage and concentration changes along the path was established. The results showed that the passage after breakage is a significant migration behavior of particles in porous media. The particles were reduced to less than half of their initial size at the front of the porous media. Breakage is an essential reason for the continuous decreases in particle concentration, size, and residual resistance coefficient. However, the particles can remain in porous media after breakage and play a significant role in deep plugging. Higher injection rates or larger particle sizes resulted in faster breakage along the injection direction, higher degrees of breakage, and faster decreases in residual resistance coefficient along the path. These conditions also led to a weaker deep plugging ability. Smaller particles were more evenly retained along the path, but more particles flowed out of the porous media, resulting in a poor deep plugging effect. To address the problem that model uncertainty and unknown time-varying system noise hinder the filtering accuracy of the autonomous navigation system of satellite constellation,an autonomous navigation method of satellite constellation based on the Unscented Kalman Filter with Adaptive Forgetting Factors(UKF-AFF)is *** process noise covariance matrix is estimated online with the strategy that combines covariance matching and adaptive adjustment of forgetting *** adaptive adjustment coefficient based on squared Mahalanobis distance of state residual is employed to achieve online regulation of forgetting factors,equipping this method with more *** intersatellite direction vector obtained from photographic observations is introduced to determine the constellation satellite orbit together with the distance measurement to avoid rank deficiency *** that the number of available measurements varies online with intersatellite visibility in practical applications such as time-varying constellation configurations,the smooth covariance matrix of state correction determined by innovation and gain is adopted and constructed *** analysis of the proposed method is also *** effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the Monte Carlo simulation and comparison *** estimation accuracy of constellation position and velocity of UKF-AFF is improved by 30%and 44%respectively compared to those of the extended Kalman filter,and the method proposed is also better than other several adaptive filtering methods in the presence of significant model uncertainty.

Two-dimensional (2D) materials, such as MoS2, have been considered as a competitive coordinate for future electronics due to their excellent electrostatics and high mobility [1–3]. Moreover, the potential integration of 2D materials with silicon circuits can present increased density and multifunction in future heterogeneously integrated circuits [4,5]. However, the high thermal-budget during Mo S2 synthesis exceeds the temperature requirement of direct integration with Si in the back-end-of-line (BEOL) fabrication process [6–8].
