Space is a vast and important territory that has been studied and explored by humans for *** the first man-made satellite was launched in 1957,thousands of projects involving space probes and their utilization have been *** kinds of satellites are currently used for communication,broadcasting,earth observation,navigation,and deep-space exploration,*** of their unique features referred to as "stay high and cover wide",satellites are considered to be irreplaceable because of the functions that they perform,and spacecraft require various kinds of *** the past few decades,there have been various efforts to build a space Internet for deep space exploration *** have therefore established this special issue,and to date,we have received a total of 52 manuscripts from authors worldwide.

Seismic hazard analyses are mainly performed using either deterministic or probabilistic ***,there are still some defects in these statistical model-based approaches for regional seismic risk assessment affected by the near-field of large ***,we established a deterministic seismic hazard analysis method that can characterize the entire process of ground motion propagation based on stochastic finite-fault simulation,and we chose the site of the Xiluodu dam to demonstrate the *** method can characterize earthquake source properties more realistically than other methods and consider factors such as the path and site attenuation of seismic *** also has high computational efficiency and is convenient for engineering *** first analyzed the complexity of seismogenic structures in the Xiluodu dam site area,and then an evaluation system for ground motion parameters that considers various uncertainties is constructed based on a stochastic finitefault ***,we assessed the seismic hazard of the dam site area *** proposed method was able to take into account the complexity of the seismogenic structures affecting the dam site and provide multi-level parameter evaluation results corresponding to different risk *** results can be used to construct a dam safety assessment system of an earthquake in advance that provides technical support for rapidly and accurately assessing the post-earthquake damage state of a dam,thus determining the influence of an earthquake on dam safety and mitigating the risk of potential secondary disasters.

目的:探究经下皱襞切口假体隆乳术矫正小乳症或乳腺萎缩的临床疗效及并发症发生率。方法:选取2021年01月-2022年12月笔者医院收治的97例行经下皱襞切口假体隆乳术的小乳症或乳腺萎缩就医者临床资料进行回顾性分析。所有就医者术中使用超声刀精准剥离双平面腔隙后使用一次性隆乳手术用漏斗置入假体,并予以精细化超减张缝合切口。术后,总结分析临床疗效和并发症。结果:本组97例就医者共置入194只硅凝胶假体,单侧假体平均体积(252.73±3.53)ml,手术时间(99.41±9.35)min,术后引流量(44.00±6.84)ml,术后疼痛VAS评分第1天(3.08±0.83)分、第2天(1.95±0.76)分、出院时(1.62±0.69)分,住院时间(2.51±0.75)d。术后随访6~24个月,所有就医者均表示术后乳房形态饱满、柔软度较佳、切口瘢痕隐藏化。JY-Breast-Q量表评价结果显示,手术增加了就医者自信,提高了就医者的生活质量。结论:经乳房下皱襞切口矫正小乳症或乳腺萎缩具有手术路径短,操作简单、术野直视、创伤小、术后康复快及并发症发生率低的优势。

Characteristics of Particulate Matter Emissions for Low-Sulfur Heavy Oil Used in Low-Speed Two-Stroke Diesel Engines of Ocean-Going Ships

In this work,particulate matter(PM) emissions from a large two-stroke,low-speed marine diesel engine were investigated when the engine was operated with low-sulfur heavy fuel oil(HFO) at various *** samples were collected in situ from the engine exhaust to determine the detailed physical and chemical *** nanostructure and morphology of the nanoparticles were analyzed using transmission electron microscopy images(TEM).The results show that volatile organic carbon(OC) accounts for more than 80% in the HFO particles and leads to an increase in particle *** thermodynamic conditions of a low-speed engine favor the behavior of capturing the soluble organic components.A large number of spherical char HFO particles with aerodynamic diameters of 0.2 μm-0.5 μm and a suspected inner metal core were *** two peak aerodynamic diameters of the HFO nanoparticles are 15 nm and 86 *** morphological differences among the HFO nanoparticles in varied engine conditions represent the formation process from primary nascent particles to mature graphitized particles caused by *** above study will be valuable for understanding the characteristics of PM emissions from low-sulfur HFO to achieve the ship PM emissions reduction target.

和田台阵是我国第一个自主建成并运行至今的小孔径台阵,承担着监测印巴地区核试验以及我国西部地震活动的重要使命.台阵波形数据中充斥着背景噪声,直接影响着数据质量.为了评估台阵噪声水平,本文利用Welch平均周期法对9个子台记录的数十万条噪声样本进行功率谱估计,对出现的谱异常进行了总结归纳,通过绘制概率密度函数图以及单频曲线来研究背景噪声变化范围和规律,最后针对台阵降噪提出了建设性意见.研究结果表明,中心台长周期噪声功率谱密度随季节变化显著,具有周期性;受温度和气压影响,水平分量长周期噪声变化幅度较大,局部频段超出新高噪声模型,建议改善仪器安装条件,或者利用数学方法进行校正.所有子台短周期噪声变化规律与长周期相反,受到采石场影响,谱密度曲线在4~8Hz之间出现形态规则的高频尖刺,A1、B3、B4子台最为明显,可以通过窄带滤波或者聚束予以压制.本文取得的研究成果为台阵运维提供重要依据,除此之外,总结出的不同地震频谱特征也为地震解释工作提供重要参考.

Optimization of High-Concurrency Conflict Issues in Execute-Order-Validate Blockchain

With the maturation and advancement of blockchain technology,a novel execute-order-validate(EOV)architecture has been proposed,allowing transactions to be executed in parallel during the execution ***,parallel execution may lead to multi-version concurrency control(MVCC)conflicts during the validation phase,resulting in transaction *** on different causes,we categorize conflicts in the EOV blockchain into two types:within-block conflicts and cross-block conflicts,and propose an optimization solution called FabricMan based on Fabric *** within-block conflicts,a reordering algorithm is designed to improve the transaction success rate and parallel validation is implemented based on the transaction conflict *** also merge transfer transactions to prevent triggering multiple version *** cross-block conflicts,a cache-based version validation mechanism is implemented to detect and terminate invalid transactions in *** comparisons are conducted between FabricMan and two other systems,Fabric and Fabric++.The results show that FabricMan outperforms the other two systems in terms of throughput,transaction abort rate,algorithm execution time,and other experimental metrics.

目的:系统性地评价自体富血小板浓缩物在面部脂肪移植中的效果与安全性。方法:采用主题词联合自由词的方式,计算机检索国内外数据库(PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库)中自建库至2023年4月以中文、英文形式发表的有关富血小板浓缩物联合自体脂肪移植(AFG)改善面部形态的随机对照试验研究。按照纳入及排除标准使用NoteExpress软件进行文献筛选,提取最终纳入分析文献的相关数据,并采用Cochrane偏倚风险评估工具进行文献质量评价。使用Review Manager 5.4及Stata 15.0软件对数据进行统计分析。对于计数资料以风险比( RR)作为统计效应指标,使用M-H分层分析法计算合并后的结果;对于计量资料使用均数差( MD)作为统计效应指标,以倒方差法计算合并后的结果。各研究间的异质性以 Q检验联合 I2统计量进行综合性检验,若研究间存在较高异质性,使用随机效应模型进行统计分析;反之,则使用固定效应模型进行统计分析。结果:共检索到1 238篇文献,经筛选后最终纳入19项随机对照试验研究,包括1 168例患者。论文发表时间均为近10年内,以国内作者的研究为主;对照组均为自体颗粒脂肪移植,试验组中4项研究的干预措施为富血小板纤维蛋白+AFG,2项研究干预措施为浓缩生长因子+AFG,其余13项研究干预措施为富血小板血浆+AFG。meta分析结果显示:与单纯AFG相比,在移植脂肪中添加富血小板浓缩物可提高脂肪远期保存率( MD=18.20%,95% CI为14.03%~22.37%, P<0.001),增加手术有效率( RR=1.22,95% CI为1.15~1.29, P<0.001),缩短术后恢复时间( MD=-4.18 d,95% CI为-7.01 d~-1.34 d, P=0.004),同时降低二次手术率( RR=0.24,95% CI为0.15~0.40, P<0.001),提高了患者满意度( RR=1.25,95% CI为1.17~1.33, P<0.001),降低了治疗过程中的并发症发生率( RR=0.35,95% CI为0.24~0.51, P<0.001)。结论:富血小板浓缩物辅助面部脂肪移植的效果确切且安全性较高,但仍需开展更多大样本、多中心的临床研究进一步验证。
