自从可信度革命以来,因果推断在计量经济学中的地位日益重要,因果推断方法也层出不穷,甚至令实证研究者眼花缭乱。本文系统梳理了因果推断在计量经济学中的历史渊源与发展脉络,涵盖随机实验、自然实验、断点回归、匹配估计、双稳健估计、工具变量法、双重差分法、合成控制法、回归控制法、分位数控制法等主流因果推断方法。与已有的文献综述相比,本文更注重因果推断方法的历史起源,以帮助实证研究者更好地把握其精神实质,同时将所涉文献更新至2024年的最新前沿(尤其是工具变量法与双重差分法的最新进展),并展望未来的发展方向。

BACKGROUND The degree of obstruction plays an important role in decision-making for obstructive colorectal cancer(OCRC).The existing assessment still relies on the colorectal obstruction scoring system(CROSS)which is based on a comprehensive analysis of patients’complaints and eating *** data collection relies on subjective descriptions and lacks objective ***,a scoring system for the evaluation of computed tomography-based obstructive degree(CTOD)is urgently required for *** To explore the relationship between CTOD and CROSS and to determine whether CTOD could affect the short-term and long-term *** Of 173 patients were *** was obtained using k-means,the ratio of proximal to distal obstruction,and the proportion of nonparenchymal areas at the site of *** was integrated with the CROSS to analyze the effect of emergency intervention on ***-term and long-term outcomes were compared between the *** CTOD severe obstruction(CTOD grade 3)was an independent risk factor[odds ratio(OR)=3.390,95%confidence interval(CI):1.340-8.570,P=0.010]via multivariate analysis of short-term outcomes,while CROSS grade was *** the CTOD-CROSS grade system,for the non-severe obstructive(CTOD 1-2 to CROSS 1-4)group,the complication rate of emergency interventions was significantly higher than that of non-emergency interventions(71.4%vs 41.8%,P=0.040).The postoperative pneumonia rate was higher in the emergency intervention group than in the non-severe obstructive group(35.7%vs 8.9%,P=0.020).However,CTOD grade was not an independent risk factor of overall survival and progression-free *** CTOD was useful in preoperative decision-making to avoid unnecessary emergency interventions and complications.

针对风电机组状态监测中主轴轴承故障特征受到其他传动部件振动谐波干扰且原始振动信号非平稳难以准确提取故障冲击特征频率的问题,提出一种基于谐波干扰消除和谱峭度相结合的分析方法(HR-Fast-Kurtogram)。利用离线角域重采样将非平稳时域信号转换成平稳的角度-阶次信号,在阶次域通过梳状陷波器其去除齿箱啮合成分等干扰阶次,应用基于短时傅里叶变换(STFT)的快速谱峭度图提取峭度峰值所在故障子频带从而提取轴承故障特征。既可避免非周期性冲击的干扰,亦可区分冲击性较小的非轴承幅值调制成分和轴承故障冲击成分。在实际机组轴承故障数据应用中的对比分析结果表明:新方法可提高在秒级短时间尺度提取轴承故障特征和识别故障类型的准确性。

Accurately estimating protein–ligand binding free energy is crucial for drug design and biophysics, yet remains a challenging task. In this study, we applied the screening molecular mechanics/Poisson–Boltzmann surface area(MM/PBSA)method in combination with various machine learning techniques to compute the binding free energies of protein–ligand interactions. Our results demonstrate that machine learning outperforms direct screening MM/PBSA calculations in predicting protein–ligand binding free energies. Notably, the random forest(RF) method exhibited the best predictive performance,with a Pearson correlation coefficient(rp) of 0.702 and a mean absolute error(MAE) of 1.379 kcal/mol. Furthermore, we analyzed feature importance rankings in the gradient boosting(GB), adaptive boosting(Ada Boost), and RF methods, and found that feature selection significantly impacted predictive performance. In particular, molecular weight(MW) and van der Waals(VDW) energies played a decisive role in the prediction. Overall, this study highlights the potential of combining machine learning methods with screening MM/PBSA for accurately predicting binding free energies in biosystems.

Single-atom catalyst has garnered widespread attention to mimic mature enzymes due to its well-defined atomic structure and coordination ***,since the carbon–carbon（C–C） coupling reactions require synergistic catalysis of multiple sites,single-atom catalysts suffer from insufficient active sites and unclear reaction *** the reaction intermediates in a precisely targeted pocket through careful metal–organic cage design is therefore ***,we prepare a tetrahedral [Cu6L4]-type boron–imidazolate cage integrating highly active Cu sites and optimized cavity,which exhibits enzyme like specific catalytic performance in electrochemical CO2reduction reaction（CO2RR） to enhance the selectivity of *** analyses and computational calculations suggest that the single Cu site together with neighboring boron–imidazolate ligands provides suitably synergistic effects that enable the energetically favorable formation of an*COCHO intermediate,a key step determining *** a result,the [Cu6L4]-type cage of BIC-145 achieves a Faradaic efficiency of 28% for C2H4maintaining an average current density of -3.54 m A cm-2over a 5-hour electrolysis *** work represents the first example for studying single-metal site catalysts with ultra-low coordination numbers through the rational design of metal–organic cages.

自2008年以来的农地确权,是家庭联产承包责任制实施后,我国农地制度的一次重要制度变迁。农地确权虽为政府推动的强制性制度变迁,但农户与村干部权衡成本收益而做的选择仍会影响到确权进度,故也具有部分诱致性制度变迁的性质。使用中国劳动力动态调查数据(CLDS)的研究揭示,不仅率先确权的村庄有一定特征,即便在村庄内部,农户确权进度也不尽相同。制度变迁的收益越大,则确权进度越快;反之,制度变迁的成本越高,则确权进度越慢。首先,从事农业人数越多、农业毛收入越高,则农户参与确权的积极性越高。其次,村主任学历越高,则出于连任动机更可能推动确权。最后,村庄姓氏人口越集中,则协调成本越高,确权进度越慢。这些结论对农村宅基地确权工作有一定借鉴意义,也提示在评估农地确权的政策效应时应注意可能的内生性。
