BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the leading causes of death due to its complexity,heterogeneity,rapid metastasis and easy recurrence after surgical *** demonstrated that combination therapy with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE),hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy(HAIC),Epclusa,Lenvatinib and Sintilimab is useful for patients with advanced *** SUMMARY A 69-year-old man who was infected with hepatitis C virus(HCV)30 years previously was admitted to the hospital with abdominal *** computed tomography(CT)revealed a low-density mass in the right lobe of the liver,with a volume of 12.9 cm×9.4 cm×15 cm,and the mass exhibited a“fast-in/fast-out”pattern,with extensive filling defect areas in the right branch of the portal vein and an alpha-fetoprotein level as high as 657 ng/***,he was judged to have advanced *** treatment,the patient received three months of Epclusa,three TACE treatments,two HAIC treatments,three courses of sintilimab,and twenty-one months of *** the third month of treatment,the patient developed severe side effects and had to stop immunotherapy,and the Lenvatinib dose had to be *** pathological diagnosis indicated a complete *** patient recovered well after the operation,and no tumor recurrence was *** Multidisciplinary conversion therapy for advanced enormous HCC caused by HCV infection has a significant *** drug adjustments should be made during any treatment according to the patient's tolerance to treatment.

Myocardial ischemia is a serious threat to human health,and vascular dysfunction is its main *** Tongyu(BXTY)Granule is an effective traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for treating myocardial ***,the underlying mechanism of BXTY is still *** this study,we demonstrate that BXTY ameliorates myocardial ischemia by activating the soluble guanylate cyclase(sGC)-30,50-cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP)-protein kinase G(PKG)signaling pathway in vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMCs)to dilate the *** was given by gavage for ten consecutive days before establishing an animal model of acute myocardial ischemia in mice via the intraperitoneal injection of *** results showed that BXTY alleviated the symptoms of myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin in mice,including electrocardiogram abnormalities and changes in plasma *** addition,BXTY dilated pre-constricted blood vessels and inhibited the vasoconstriction of the superior mesenteric artery in a dose-dependent but endothelial-independent *** effects were eliminated by preincubating vascular rings with the sGC inhibitors NS 2028 or ODQ,or with the PKG inhibitor KT ***,BXTY increased the protein expression of sGC-b1 and the intracellular second messenger cGMP level in mouse aortic vascular smooth muscle cells(MOVAs).NS 2028 or ODQ reversed these effects of *** expression level of the cGMP downstream effector protein PKG-1 increased after treating MOVAs with *** 2028,ODQ,or KT 5823 also reversed this effect of *** conclusion,BXTY can improve the symptoms of acute myocardial ischemia in mice,and activating the sGC-cGMP-PKG pathway in VSMCs to induce vasodilation is its key pharmacodynamic mechanism.

A stable,efficient,and economical bifunctional electrolytic catalyst would be incredibly beneficial for the development of hydrogen production by electrocatalytic water *** this study,we synthesized a novel MnS–MnO heterogeneous nanocube@N,S-doped carbon(MnS–MnO@NSC).MnS–MnO nanocubes possess rich heterogeneous interfaces and plentiful catalytic active sites to promote electrochemical reactions,while the N,S-doped carbon shell possesses excellent conductivity and catalytic properties and protects the ***–MnO@NSC exhibited excellent electrochemical properties as an effective bifunctional electrocatalyst for the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)in KOH *** the HER,the overpotential was as low as 124 mV at a current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2)while in the OER,it was only 340 mV at 100 mA·cm^(-2)under the same *** addition,a MnS–MnO@NSC||MnS–MnO@NSC electrolyzer exhibited almost comparable activity and higher steadiness than those exhibited by the state-of-the-art Pt/C||RuO_(2)/C system for full water splitting in KOH solution.

交叉口自动驾驶车辆事故前场景生成与致因分析

自动驾驶技术在混合交通环境中仍面临诸多安全挑战,交叉口是自动驾驶车辆事故的高发地,为了解决交叉口自动驾驶车辆事故前场景生成和事故致因分析问题,构建了“道路-交通参与者-关键事件-事故前运动状态”的事故前场景方法。基于加州470份自动驾驶车辆事故报告,生成了交叉口31类自动驾驶车辆事故前场景,基于统计方法确定了自动驾驶车辆与传统车辆事故前场景的显著差异。提出了基于系统控制结构的事故致因方法,解析了自动驾驶车辆事故与道路、交通情况、环境、自动驾驶系统、驾驶人(测试员)、车辆的交互关系,分别识别了追尾和换道场景的九类事故致因类型和致因链。研究结果表明:自动驾驶车辆被传统车辆追尾的比例是传统车辆追尾的4.03倍。追尾事故的主要原因是传统车辆跟车过近、自动驾驶系统减速停止或启动决策不充分;换道事故的主要原因是传统车辆危险换道或超车、自动驾驶系统对他车换道意图识别和减速避撞决策不充分。该研究推动了基于场景的事故致因方法的应用,研究结果可以指导自动驾驶测试场景的构建,并为自动驾驶系统开发优化和交叉口安全改善提供参考。

Integrated analysis of plasma rotation effect on HL-3 hybrid scenario

The hybrid scenario,which has good confinement and moderate MHD instabilities,is a proposed operation scenario for international thermonuclear experimental reactor(ITER).In this work,the effect of plasma rotation on the HL-3 hybrid scenario is analyzed with the integrated modeling framework *** results show that toroidal rotation has no obvious effect on confinement with a high line averaged density of n_(bar)~(7)×10^(19)m^(-3).In this case,the ion temperature only changes from 4.7 keV to 4.4 keV with the rotation decreasing from 10^(5) rad/s to 10^(3) rad/s,which means that the turbulent heat transport is not *** in the scenarios characterized by lower densities,such as n_(bar)~4×10^(19)m^(-3),turbulent transport becomes dominant in determining heat *** ion temperature rises from 3.8 keV to 6.1 keV in the core as the rotation velocity increases from 10^(3) rad/s to 10^(5) rad/*** the ion temperature rising,the rotation velocity does not obviously affect electron temperature or ***,it is noteworthy that the variation in rotation velocity does not significantly affect the global confinement of plasma in scenarios with low density or with high density.

目的:探索护士情绪劳动对离职倾向的影响,以及职业嵌入的中介作用和积极情绪的调节作用。方法:采用方便抽样的方法对山东省某三级医院的532名护士进行问卷调查。结果:表层扮演正向影响离职倾向,职业嵌入在此关系中发挥中介作用,积极情绪在表层扮演与离职倾向关系中发挥调节作用。深层扮演负向影响离职倾向,职业嵌入在此关系中发挥中介作用,积极情绪在深层扮演与离职倾向关系中的调节作用不显著。结论:情绪劳动的两种不同策略对离职倾向有相反的影响,这种相反的效应可能是由于不同情绪劳动策略对职业嵌入有着相反的作用所导致的。积极情绪仅调节表层扮演与离职倾向的关系,积极情绪越高,表层扮演对离职倾向的正向影响越弱。

Genetic risk factors have been shown to contribute to the development of sexual ***,the role of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR)gene variants in the risk of erectile dysfunction(ED)remains *** this study,we recruited 1254 participants who underwent ED assessed by the International Index of Erectile *** MTHFR c.677C>T variant was also measured by fluorescence polymerase chain reaction(PCR).No significant difference in the genotypic frequency of the MTHFR C677T polymorphism(CC,CT,and TT)was observed between men from the ED and non-ED *** addition,on binary logistic regression analysis,both crude and adjusted models showed that the risk of ED was not significantly associated with the C677T ***,a significantly higher frequency of the 677TT polymorphism was found in severe and moderate ED(P=O.02).The positive correlation between the MTHFR 677TT polymorphism and severe ED was confirmed by logistic regression analysis,even after adjusting for potential confounders(odds ratio[OR]=2.46,95%confidence interval[CI]:1.15-5.50,P=0.02).These findings suggest a positive correlation between the MTHFR 677TT polymorphism and the risk of severe *** of MTHFR gene polymorphisms may provide complementary information for ED patients during routineclinicaldiagnosis.

Functional analysis of the novel mitochondrial tRNA^(Trp)and tRNA^(Ser(AGY))variants associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus

BACKGROUND Mutations in mitochondrial tRNA(mt-tRNA)genes that result in mitochondrial dysfunction play important roles in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).We previously reported a large Chinese pedigree with maternally inherited T2DM that harbors novel mt-tRNA^(Trp)A5514G and tRNA^(Ser(AGY))C12237T variants,however,the effects of these mt-tRNA variants on T2DM progression are largely *** To assess the potential pathogenicity of T2DM-associated m.A5514G and m.C12237T variants at genetic,molecular,and biochemical *** Cytoplasmic hybrid(cybrid)cells carrying both m.A5514G and m.C12237T variants,and healthy control cells without these mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA)variants were generated using trans-mitochondrial *** features,including mt-tRNA steady-state level,levels of adenosine triphosphate(ATP),mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP),reactive oxygen species(ROS),mtDNA copy number,nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD+)/NADH ratio,enzymatic activities of respiratory chain complexes(RCCs),8-hydroxy-deoxyguanine(8-OhdG),malondialdehyde(MDA),and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were examined in cell lines with and without these mt-tRNA *** Compared with control cells,the m.A5514G variant caused an approximately 35%reduction in the steady-state level of mt-tRNA^(Trp)(P<0.0001);however,the m.C12237T variant did not affect the mt-tRNA^(Ser(AGY))steady-state level(P=0.5849).Biochemical analysis revealed that cells with both m.A5514G and m.C12237T variants exhibited more severe mitochondrial dysfunctions and elevated oxidative stress than control cells:ATP,MMP,NAD+/NADH ratio,enzyme activities of RCCs and SOD levels were markedly decreased in mutant cells(P<0.05 for all measures).By contrast,the levels of ROS,8-OhdG and MDA were significantly increased(P<0.05 for all measures),but mtDNA copy number was not affected by m.A5514G and m.C12237T variants(P=0.5942).CONCLUSION The m.A5514G variant impaired mt-tRNA^(Trp)metabolism,which subsequent
