In this paper, we study the planar Hamiltonian systemwhere where f is real analytic in x and θ,A（θ） is a 2×2real analytic symmetric matrix,J=（1^-1） and w is a Diophantine vector. Under the assumption that the unperturbed systemreducible and stable, we obtain a series of criteria for the stability and instability of the equilibrium of the perturbed system.

We investigate the quantum discord dynamics in a cavity quantum electrodynamics system,which consists of two noninteracting two-level atoms driven by independent optical fields and classical fields,and find that the quantum discord vanishes only asymptotically although entanglement disappears suddenly during the time evolution in the absence of classical *** is shown that the amount of quantum discord can be increased by adjusting the classical driving fields because the increasing degree of the amount of quantum mutual information is greater than classical correlation by applying the classical driving ***,the influence of the classical driving field on the fidelity of the system is also examined.

The Japanese common squid Todarodes pacificus is an economically important species with one year lifespan,which is significantly influenced by climatic and environmental variability. According to the fishery data of the winter cohort of T. pacificus from 2003 to 2012, as well as environmental data and the Oceanic Ni？o index（ONI,which was defined by the sea surface temperature（SST） anomaly in the Ni？o 3.4 region）, variations in the SST,chlorophyll a（Chl a） concentration, suitable spawning area（SSA） and sea surface height anomaly（SSHA） on the spawning ground of T. pacificus were examined under the El Ni？o and La Nina conditions. Their influences on squid abundance（defined by catch per unit effort, CPUE） were further assessed. The results showed that seasonal changes were found in SST, Chl a and SSA on the spawning ground of T. pacificus. Correlation analysis suggested that annual CPUE was significantly positively correlated with Chl a and SSA（p〈0.05）, but had insignificant relationship with SST（p〉0.05）. Moreover, the El Ni？o and La Ni？a events tended to dominate the changes of SSA and Chl a concentration in the key area between 25°–29°N and 122.5°–130.5°E, driving the variability of squid abundance. However, this influence varied with the intensity of each anomalous climatic event： the weak El Ni？o event occurred, the spawning ground was occupied by waters with enlarged SSA but with extremely low Chl a concentration, leading to low squid recruitment, the CPUE then decreased; the moderate intensity of El Ni？o event resulted in shrunk SSA but with high Chl a concentration on the spawning ground, the squid recruitment and CPUE increased; the moderate intensity of La Ni？a events yielded elevated SSA and high Chl a concentration on the spawning ground, the squid recruitment and CPUE dramatically increased. Our findings suggested that the ENSO events played crucial effects on the incubating and feeding conditions of the winter cohort of T. pacificus during the spawning seas

The diffusion of municipal wastewater treatment technology is vital for urban environment in developing countries. China has built more than 3000 municipal wastewater treatment plants in the past three decades, which is a good chance to understand how technologies diffused in reality. We used a data-driven approach to explore the relationship between the diffusion of wastewater treatment technologies and collaborations between organizations. A database of 3136 municipal wastewater treatment plants and 4634 collaborating organizations was built and transformed into networks for analysis. We have found that： 1）.the diffusion. networks are assortative, arid the .pattems of diffusion vary across technologies; while the collaboration networks are fragmented, and have an assortativity around zero since the 2000s. 2） Important projects in technology diffusion usually involve central organizations in collaboration networks, but organizations become more central in collaboration by doing circumstantial projects in diffusion. 3）The importance of projects in diffusion can be predicted with a Random Forest-model at a good accuracy and precision level. Our findings provide a quantitative understanding of the technology diffusion processes, which could be used for waterrelevant policy-making and business decisions.

Effects of culture conditions on ligninolytic enzymes and protease production by Phanerochaete chrysosporium in air

The production of ligninolytic enzymes and protease by Phanerochaete chrysosporium was investigated under different culture conditions. Different amounts of medium were employed in free and immobilized culture, together with two kinds of medium with different C/N ratios. Little lignin peroxidase （LIP）（〈 2 U/L） was detected in free culture with nitrogen-limited medium （C/N ratio： 56/2.2, in mmol/L）, while manganese peroxidase （MnP） maximum activity was 231 and 240 U/L in 50 and 100 ml medium culture, respectively. Immobilized culture with 50 ml nitrogen-limited medium gave the highest MnP and LiP production with the maximum values of 410 and 721 U/L separately on the day 5; however, flasks containing 100 ml nitrogen-limited medium only produced less MnP with a peak value of 290 U/L. Comparatively, carbon-limited medium （C/N ratio： 28/44, in mmol/L） was adopted in culture but produced little MnP and LiE Medium type had the greatest impact on protease production. Large amount of protease was produced due to glucose limitation. Culture type and medium volume influence protease activity corporately by affecting oxygen supply. The results implied shallow immobilized culture was a possible way to gain high production of ligninolytic enzymes.

反义寡核苷酸是一类靶向沉默mRNA后抑制蛋白翻译的基因疗法,已在多种疾病治疗中应用,但依然缺乏合适的体内递送载体、存在酶稳定性差及使用剂量高等问题。胰岛素样生长因子1型受体(IGF1R)是一种具有酪氨酸激酶活性的细胞表面受体,在多种恶性肿瘤中异常高表达,通过多种途径介导肿瘤细胞的恶性增殖、迁移及侵袭。本研究设计合成了靶向IGF1R mRNA的反义寡核苷酸(N04),利用中性胞苷脂材DNCA联合胱氨酸骨架阳离子脂材CLD对其进行包载递送,并结合化学修饰策略(PS,2’-OMOE),得到稳定且高效的反义寡核苷酸修饰物新型制剂。制剂粒径理想(151 nm)、大小均一(多分散系数0.18)、呈近电中性(ζ电位-3.9 mV)、可被肝癌细胞(HepG-2、Huh-7)高效摄取,明显沉默靶mRNA、导致细胞S期阻滞、促进细胞凋亡,进而抑制细胞增殖。本研究为抗肝细胞癌新型反义寡核苷酸制剂药物的研发提供了工作基础。

基于网络药理学与动物实验探究扶肾颗粒调控TLR4/NF⁃κB通路防治腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎的机制

基于网络药理学与动物实验探究扶肾颗粒(Fushen Granules,FSG)抑制腹膜透析(peritoneal dialysis,PD)大鼠炎症状态,防治腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎(peritoneal dialysis⁃related peritonitis,PDRP)的机制。通过中药系统药理学数据库与分析平台筛选扶肾颗粒主要活性成分并进行靶点预测,通过DisGeNET等数据库筛选PDRP相关靶点,利用在线软件作图工具平台获得药物与疾病靶点的交集靶点,并构建可视化扶肾颗粒⁃PDRP核心靶点蛋白⁃蛋白互作(PPI)网络,将得到的276个扶肾颗粒⁃PDRP的“药物⁃疾病”共同靶点导入DAVID数据库进行基因本体(Gene Ontology,GO)功能与京都基因与基因组百科全书(Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes,KEGG)通路富集分析,筛选出扶肾颗粒治疗PDRP的主要信号通路为TLR4/NF⁃κB;创建5/6肾切除尿毒症大鼠模型,术后2周起,每日定时给予实验大鼠腹腔注射20 mL 1.25%葡萄糖透析液建立PD大鼠模型,假手术组、模型组每日灌胃2 mL生理盐水,扶肾颗粒低(0.54 g·kg^(-1))、中(1.08 g·kg^(-1))、高(2.16 g·kg^(-1))剂量组每日灌胃2 mL,培菲康组每日灌胃2 mL(113.4 mg·kg^(-1))培菲康溶液,干预8周。试剂盒检测大鼠肾功能指标[血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)]含量,ELISA检测血清炎症因子[超敏C反应蛋白(hs⁃CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子⁃α(TNF⁃α)、白细胞介素(IL)⁃6]、脂多糖(LPS)、脂多糖结合蛋白(LBP)含量,苏木精⁃伊红(HE)染色观察结肠组织病理形态,蛋白免疫印迹法(Western blot)检测结肠组织TLR4/NF⁃κB信号通路关键因子LBP、Toll样受体4(TLR4)、NF⁃κB p65蛋白(NF⁃κB p65)、核因子抑制蛋白(IκBα)、TNF⁃α、IL⁃1β蛋白表达。结果显示,与假手术组比较,模型组结肠组织各层结构异常,肠绒毛稀疏、变短,黏膜层可见水肿,间隙变宽,局部发现炎症细胞明显浸润,体质量显著下降(P<0.01),肾功能指标(Scr、BUN)含量均显著升高(P<0.01),血清炎症因子(hs⁃CRP、TNF⁃α、IL⁃6)、LPS、LBP含量均显著升高(P<0.01),LBP、TLR4、NF⁃κB p65、TNF⁃α、IL⁃1β蛋白表达显著升高(P<0.01),IκBα蛋白表达显著降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,扶肾颗粒低、中、高剂量组与培菲康组大鼠结肠组织肠绒毛受损有不同程度减轻,黏膜下层水肿减轻,间隙变窄,固有层炎症细胞浸润减少,扶肾颗粒中、高剂量组及培菲康组肾功能指标(Scr、BUN)含量均显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),血清炎症因子(hs⁃CRP、TNF⁃α、IL⁃6)含量均显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),扶肾颗粒组与培菲康组血清LPS、LBP含量显著降低(P<0.01),扶肾颗粒组LBP、TLR4、NF⁃κB p65、TNF⁃α、IL⁃1β蛋白表达显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),IκBα蛋白表达显著升高(P<0.01),培菲康组LBP蛋白表达显著降低(P<0.01)。结果提示,扶肾颗粒可保护PD大鼠残余肾功能,减轻炎症反应,保护结肠组织。基于网络药理学筛选出TLR4/NF⁃κB通路可能是扶肾颗粒治疗PDRP的主要信号通路。结果表明,扶肾颗粒通过调节PD大鼠结肠TLR4/NF⁃κB通路关键因子蛋白表达,改善肠道炎症反应、保护肠屏障防治PDRP。
