Objectives:The secondary products of lipid oxidation are one of the main factors inducing protein *** effects of oxidation treatment with malondialdehyde(MDA)on the immunoreactivity of amandin and its digestion were *** and Methods:The rabbit IgG binding ability of amandin was analyzed by western blotting,and the changes in amandin oxidation and immunoreactivity during digestion of amandin with different degrees of oxidation were investigated in combination with an almond allergen enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay *** of linear epitopes of amandin by oxidation was investigated by liquid chromatography-tandemmass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).Results:The results showed that the immunoreactivity of amandin was significantly reduced after 1 mmol/L MDA and 100 mmol/L MDA ***,the 1 mmol/L MDA treatment was owing to cleavage of linear epitope peptide in amandin and oxidation of the active amino *** 100 mmol/L MDA treatment was due to aggregation of amandin and significant decrease in its *** also reduced di-gestibility of amandin and significantly affected immunoreactivity during ***-MS/MS also identified four oxidation-prone methionine sites(aa 264-274,298-308,220-240,and 275-297)in gamma conglutinin ***:MDA treatment reduced the immunoreactivity of *** treatment also led to protein aggregation,which slowed down the digestion of amandin and altered the immunoreactivity of amandin during digestion.

The theoretical signal-pressure curves are calculated from approximate analytical solutions of the coupledequations describing the third order parametric wave mixing in a gas-filled capillary of femto-second laser pulses. Thecomparison with the corresponding experimental curves suggests that the following three factors exert important influ-ences on the degree of fitting between the theoretical and experimental results: the walk-off, the phase modulation, andthe third order harmonic of idler pulse.

Chorioallantoic membrane(CAM)is responsible for respiratory gas exchange,eggshell calcium transport,embryonic acid-base equilibrium,allantoic ion,and water reabsorption during avian embryonic *** further understand the timing of CAM gene expression during chick embryonic development,especially the calcium absorption mechanism,transcriptome quantitative comparative analysis was conducted on chick CAM during the embryonic period(E)of 9,13,17,and 20 days.A total of 6378 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were *** enrichment analysis of DEGs showed that CAM DEGs were mainly involved in biological processes such as"ion transport regulation","immune response"and"cell cycle".Time series analysis of the differential genes showed that the functional cells of CAM began to proliferate and differentiate at E9 and the calcium content of egg embryo increased significantly at ***,the observation of the ultrastructure of the eggshell showed that the interstice of the fiber layer was enlarged at E13,and the mastoid layer was partly ***,it is preliminarily inferred that CAM calcium transport starts at E13,and genes such as TRPV6,S100 A10,and RANKL cooperate to regulate calcium release and transport.

The hybridization between the outmost s orbitals of metal(Bi^(3+),Sn^(2+),Pb^(2+),Ag^(+))and O 2 p orbitals has been widely employed to develop innovative semiconductors with upshift valence band as well as extended visible light response,but it is still challenging to obtain photocatalyst with absorption edge of above 550 *** we report a novel Sn^(2+)-based oxyfluoride Sn_(2)TiNbO_6 F(STNOF)photocatalyst with a pyrochlore structure to exhibit an extended absorption edge to 650 nm and dual functionalities of both water reduction and *** functional theory calculations suggest that the unprecedented broad-spectrum response of STNOF is mainly ascribed to the strengthened hybridization between O 2 p and Sn 5 s orbitals remarkably upshifting the valence band,which is caused by the distortion and compressive strain in the Sn06 F2 dodecahedron with second-order Jahn-Teller effect due to partial fluorine *** structural distortion and compressive strain are experimentally confirmed by the Fourier-transformed extended X-ray absorption fine *** probe tests of the photocatalytic functionalities,water reduction and oxidation half reactions were examined to see obvious H_(2)and O_(2)evolution under visible light *** work may provide an alternative strategy of developing extended visible light responsive semiconductors for promising solar energy conversion.

BACKGROUND Liver cancer is one of the most prevalent malignant tumors worldwide,and its early detection and treatment are crucial for enhancing patient survival rates and quality of ***,the early symptoms of liver cancer are often not obvious,resulting in a late-stage diagnosis in many patients,which significantly reduces the effectiveness of *** a highly targeted,widely applicable,and practical risk prediction model for liver cancer is crucial for enhancing the early diagnosis and long-term survival rates among affected *** To develop a liver cancer risk prediction model by employing machine learning techniques,and subsequently assess its *** In this study,a total of 550 patients were enrolled,with 190 hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and 195 cirrhosis patients serving as the training cohort,and 83 HCC and 82 cirrhosis patients forming the validation *** regression(LR),support vector machine(SVM),random forest(RF),and least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)regression models were developed in the training *** performance was assessed in the validation ***,this study conducted a comparative evaluation of the diagnostic efficacy between the ASAP model and the model developed in this study using receiver operating characteristic curve,calibration curve,and decision curve analysis(DCA)to determine the optimal predictive model for assessing liver cancer *** Six variables including age,white blood cell,red blood cell,platelet counts,alpha-fetoprotein and protein induced by vitamin K absence or antagonist II levels were used to develop LR,SVM,RF,and LASSO regression *** RF model exhibited superior discrimination,and the area under curve of the training and validation sets was 0.969 and 0.858,*** values significantly surpassed those of the LR(0.850 and 0.827),SVM(0.860 and 0.803),LASSO regression(0.845 and 0.831),and ASAP(0.866 and 0.813)model

The theoretical framework for the cascaded four waves mixing (CFWM) in gas-filled capillary by fs pulses is constructed. Based on the theoretical framework, the signal-pressure curves (SPC) of the CFWM in gas-filled capillary by fs pulses are calculated. With a comparison between the theoretical and experimental SPC we have discussed the influence of the walk-off and Phase modulation on the SPC. At the same time, we have discussed the possible origin of the first three peaks of the SPC.

Based on SS-model[Somogyi R and Stucki J W ***.266(1991)11068]for the generation of intracellular Ca^(2+)concentration oscillations,we consider a time-delay for the binding kinetics of the Ca^(2+)channel and find a significant phenomenon that the oscillation takes two quite different modes when a parameter of the system across a *** is a quick oscillation mode and the other is a slow oscillation *** are different from each other on oscillation frequencies for more than ten *** change of oscillation form with parameters and its critical behaviour are illustrated by numerical simulation results.

Two-dimensional(2D)material-based membrane separation has attracted increasing attention due to its promising performance compared with traditional ***,in-depth understanding of water transportation behavior in such confined nanochannels is still lacking,which hinders the development of 2D nanosheets ***,we investigated water confined in graphene or MoS_(2)nanochannels by molecular dynamics(MD)simulations and found water’s diffusivity always varied linearly with their mean square displacement along z direction(Δz^(2))when system variables(e.g.,water molecules’number,channel height,nonbonded interaction parameter,harmonic potential constraining water’s z-coordinate)*** linear correlation applies to different water models and different force fields(FFs)of channel walls(e.g.,different Lennard–Jones parameters or even flexible FF),no matter whether water molecules form 3-,2-,or quasi-2-layer structure in the *** indicates,though water molecules’motion along z direction(z-fluctuation,confined within 1 nm)and that in xy plane(xydiffusion)are entirely different,they are tightly coupled:Violent z-fluctuation would produce more transient void to facilitate xydiffusion,which is to the sharp contrary of bulk water,where motions in x,y,z directions are symmetric,but *** work could help design high performance 2D nanochannels and discover more novel principles in nano-fluidics and membrane separation fields.
