复式结晶器传热特征及其对铸坯凝固组织的影响

为了验证复式结晶器在提高铸坯等轴晶率方面的作用,分析比较了复式结晶器和传统结晶器的传热特征,并检测了两种结晶器所浇注铸坯的宏观组织。结果表明:复式结晶器能够降低钢液凝固前沿的温度梯度,从而使铸坯的等轴晶率超过80%。
