The effects of stress components on nucleation sites and propagation directions of stress cor- rosion cracks in brass were investigated with specimens under mode Ⅱ and mode Ⅲ loadings. The results indicated that under mode Ⅱ loading,stress corrosion cracks nucleated on the site with maximum normal stress component and propagated along the plane perpendieular to the maximum normal stress,under mode Ⅲ loading,the stress corrosion crack was not evident on the 45°plane due to the general corrosion in aqueous solution with high NH_4OH concentra- tion,while stress corroded in aqueous solution with low NH_4OH concentration, numerous cracks with spacings of 1.—1.0μm were found on the 45°plane with maximum normal stress and no stress corrosion cracks was observed on the plane with maximum shear stress.

This prospective multicenter phase II study evaluated the clinical efficacy of neoadjuvant nivolumab-exclusive(N)and nivolumab–chemotherapy(N/C)combinations based on PD-L1.*** patients exhibited resectable clinical stage IIA–IIIB(AJCC 8th edition)NSCLC without EGFR/ALK *** received either mono-nivolumab(N)or nivolumab+nabpaclitaxel+carboplatin(N/C)for three cycles based on PD-L1.*** primary endpoint was the major pathological response(MPR).Key secondary endpoints included the pathologic complete response(pCR),objective response rate(ORR),and event-free survival(EFS).Baseline PD-L1.expression and perioperative circulating tumor DNA(ctDNA)status were correlated with pCR and ***-two patients were enrolled,with 46 undergoing *** MPR was 50.0%(2./52.,with 2..0%(1./52.achieving pCR,and 1..7%and 66.7%for patients with PD-L1.50%in N and N/C groups,***(2..0%)patients experienced grade 3 or higher immune-related adverse events during neoadjuvant *** with post-neoadjuvant ctDNA negativity was more likely to have pCR(39.1.)compared with those remained positive(6.7%,odds ratio=6.1.,95%CI 0.84-Inf,p=0.077).With a median follow-up of 2..1.months,the 1.-month EFS rate was 64.8%(95%CI 51.9–81.0%).For patients with ctDNA–***+,the 1.m-EFS rate was 93.8%vs 47.3%(HR,0.1.;95%CI 0.04,0.94;p=0.005).Immunochemotherapy may serve as an optimal neoadjuvant treatment even for patients with PD-L1.expression≥50%.ctDNA negativity following neoadjuvant treatment and surgery could help identify superior pathological and survival benefits,which requires further confirmation in a prospective clinical trial(NCT0401.778).

Nitrogen-doped graphene/carbon nanohorns composite（NGLC） was prepared by one-step co-pyrolysis of graphene oxide, carbon nanohorns（CNHs）, urea, and lignosulfonate. CNHs as spacers were inserted into graphene nanosheets. The introduction of CNHs and the loosened nano-structure of NGLC make it achieve a high specific capacitance of 363 Fg^（-1. at a discharge current density of 1.A g^（-1., and NGLC exhibits an ultrahigh stability of 93.5% capacitance retention ratio after 5000 cycles. The outstanding comprehensive electrochemical performance of NGLC could meet the need of the future acted as an efficient supercapacitor electrode material.

扎日南木措位于藏西北高寒草原带,为西藏第三大湖,生态环境脆弱,长期以来其流域水环境的研究资料缺乏,为探究其流域地表水环境特征及影响因素,于2.2.0}8月~2.2.年6月丰、枯、平水期对流域湖泊和入湖河流水环境进行调查,结合数理统计以及水化学分析、相关分析和主成分分析等方法,对流域水化学特征进行了评价,分析了水质时空差异特征,并对水质影响因素进行了探讨.结果表明:①扎日南木措流域水体呈碱性,湖水离子组成以Na^(+)、SO_(4)^(2.)和Cl^(-)为主,河流以Ca^(2.)、HCO_(3)~-和SO_(4)^(2.)为主.②硫酸盐、砷、氯化物和总磷为主要超标污染物,流域水质存在明显时空差异.时间上,硫酸盐、砷和总磷超标均表现为:丰水期>枯水期>平水期,氯化物的水期差异不明显;空间上,河流水质优于湖泊,湖泊中砷、总磷、TDS、硫酸盐、氯化物、K^(+)和Na^(+)的浓度较河流高1.2.数量级,水质超标现象基本集中于湖区,而湖内水质空间差异小.③流域水化学过程主要受蒸发-浓缩和岩石风化下的自然过程控制,各类元素经地表径流进入湖泊后,在蒸发浓缩作用下不断富集最后产生超标.④水质时间差异主要是丰水期更多的元素淋失和更强烈的蒸发作用导致;而空间差异则主要是流动水体和封闭水体的水动力条件差异导致.

Inflammation plays an important role in nerve defects caused by intracerebral hemorrhage. Repairing brain damage by inhibiting the macrophage-inducible C-type lectin/spleen tyrosine kinase （Mincle/Syk） signaling pathway is a potential new target for treating cerebral hemorrhage. In this study, we aimed to determine whether acupuncture through Baihui （DU2.） to Qubin （GBT） is an effective treatment for intracerebral hemorrhage through the Mincle/Syk signaling pathway. An intracerebral hemorrhage rat model was established by autol- ogous blood infusion into the caudate nucleus. Acupuncture through Baihui to Qubin was performed for 30 minutes, once every 1. hours, for a total of three times. Piceatannol （34.62.mg/kg）, a Syk inhibitor, was intraperitoneally injected as a control. Modified neurological severity score was used to assess neurological function. Brain water content was measured. Immunohistochemistry and western blot assay were used to detect immunoreactivity and protein expression levels of Minde, Syk, and CARD9. Real-time polymerase chain reaction was used to determine interleukin-1.~ mRNA levels. Hematoxylin-eosin staining was performed to observe histopathological changes. Our re- suits showed that acupuncture through Baihui to Qubin remarkably improved neurological function and brain water content, and inhibited immunoreactivity and expression of Mincle, Syk, CARDg, and interkeukin-1. Moreover, this effect was similar to piceatannol. These find- ings suggest that acupuncture through Baihui to Qubin can improve neurological impairment after cerebral hemorrhage by inhibiting the Mincle/Syk signaling pathway.

Plant chlorophyll biosynthesis and chloroplast development are two complex processes that are regulated by exogenous and endogenous factors. In this study, we identified OsDXR, a gene encoding a reductoisomerase that positively regulates chlorophyll biosynthesis and chloroplast development in rice. OsDXR knock-out lines displayed the albino phenotype and could not complete the whole life cycle process. OsDXR was highly expressed in rice leaves, and subcellular localization indicated that OsDXR is a chloroplast protein. Many genes involved in chlorophyll biosynthesis and chloroplast development were differentially expressed in the OsDXR knock-out lines compared to the wild ***, we found that the RNA editing efficiencies of ndhA-1.1. and rpl2.1.were significantly reduced in the OsDXR knock-out lines. Furthermore, OsDXR interacted with the RNA editing factor OsMORF1.in a yeast two-hybrid screen and bimolecular fluorescence complementation assay. Finally, disruption of the plastidial 2.C-methyl-derythritol-4-phosphate pathway resulted in defects in chloroplast development and the RNA editing of chloroplast genes.
