以青香蕉为原料提取多酚,利用超高效液相色谱-四极杆-静电场轨道阱质谱联用技术对多酚提取物进行成分鉴定,并通过体外实验评价香蕉果肉多酚对α-淀粉酶和α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的抑制作用,探究青香蕉降血糖的部分机制。结果表明:青香蕉果肉多酚提取物中共鉴定出28种化合物,包括21种多酚类化合物、2种有机酸、3种鞣花单宁代谢产物、以及香兰素和香豆素,检测到香蕉果肉中含有秦皮乙素、金丝桃苷、紫云英苷3种多酚类化合物,此外,二甲基鞣花酸和尿石素A为主要色谱峰;体外实验结果显示,香蕉果肉多酚对α-淀粉酶和α-葡萄糖苷酶均存在抑制作用,质量浓度为1.0 mg/mL时,对α-淀粉酶抑制率为(76.25±3.79)%,半抑制质量浓度(half maximal inhibitory concentration,IC50)为0.53 mg/mL;质量浓度为160μg/mL时,对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制率为(92.54±0.69)%,IC50为35.76μg/mL。因此,多酚可能是青香蕉能够降血糖的活性成分之一。

Soil carbon sequestration is listed by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change as one of the key ways to achieve long-term “carbon neutrality” in the context of global warming. Soil carbon sequestration is a complex biogeochemical process that involves plants, microbes, and rock minerals at its core. Yet, its regulation mechanisms and promotion pathways remain unclear. This paper reviews recent progress in the related domestic and international research and provides an overview of the key processes and mechanisms of soil carbon sequestration. The main pathways for enhancing soil carbon sequestration (including plant inputs, mineral protection, microbial transformation, and rock weathering) are summarized. The paper also discusses and synthesizes how advanced biogeochemical methods and technologies may be employed to explore soil carbon sequestration mechanisms and potentials. The overall aim of this review is to improve our understanding of soil carbon sequestration as a nature-based solution to combatting climate change from the biogeochemistry perspective, and to highlight the role of fundamental research in Earth Sciences in helping to achieve China’s carbon neutrality goals.

Metal-organic nanosheets （MONs） as a novel material with tunable pore structures and low mass transfer resistance, have emerged as molecular sieves for the separation of gases and liquids. In theory, they can also serve as ion sieves for lithium metal batteries （LMBs）, realizing the high-energy and dendritic free LMBs. However, there are rarely relevant reports, because it is difficult to simultaneously balance efficient ion sieving ability, high ion passing rate and high electrochemical stability. Here, we synthesized a stable ultrathin MON [Zn2（Bim）4]([Zn2（Bim）4] Nanosheet, HBim=benzimidazolate), which can achieve both efficient lithium ion sieving ability, high lithium ion passing rate and high electrochemical stability at the same time. The separator assembled by this MON exhibits high Li+transfer number of 0.81 due to the accurate lithium ion and anion/solvent separation. The battery containing such separator shows high lithium ionic conductivity of 0.74 mS cm-1and low activation energy of 0.099 eV, which can be attributed to the nanometer level thickness and the ion sieving effect. What is more, we realized the application of MONs-based ion sieves in LMBs with intercalation cathodes for the first time. And the LiFePO4|Li battery with as-assembled separator demonstrates improved Coulombic efficiency （> 99%） and significantly extended cycling life （>1600 cycles） with 80%capacity retention.

This study aims to conduct a cost-effectiveness analysis of three different anesthesia strategies,namely chatting while under local anesthesia(Chat-LA),total intravenous anesthesia(TIVA),and general anesthesia with laryngeal mask airway(GA-LMA),employed in transperineal magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)/ultrasound(US)fusion prostate biopsy(TP-MUF-PB).A retrospective study was conducted involving 1202 patients who underwent TP-MUF-PB from June 2016 to April 2023 at The First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University(Suzhou,China).Clinical data and outcomes,including total costs,complications,and quality-adjusted life years(QALYs),were *** sensitivity and subgroup analyses were also ***-LA was found to be the most cost-effective option,outperforming both TIVA and ***,subgroup analyses revealed that in younger patients(under 65 years old)and those with smaller prostate volumes(<40 ml),TIVA emerged as a more cost-effective *** Chat-LA may generally be the most cost-effective and safer anesthesia method for TP-MUF-PB,personalization of anesthesia strategies is crucial,considering specific patient demographics such as age and prostate volume.

目的探讨异氟醚（isoflurane, ISO）和七氟醚（sevoflurane, SEV）吸入麻醉对新生大鼠小胶质细胞活化和神经干细胞（neural stem cell, NSC）增殖分化的影响及其机制。方法采用随机数字表法将45只6日龄大鼠分为对照组、ISO组和SEV组，每组各15只。所有大鼠均于麻醉开始前腹腔注射5-溴-2′-脱氧尿苷（5-bromo-2′-deoxyuridine, BrdU）50 mg/kg,按照对照组、ISO组和SEV组顺序分别给予30%O2、1.1%ISO+30%O2、2.0%SEV+30%O2吸入，持续吸入4 h,并监测其生命体征和动脉血气。8周龄后，采用Morris水迷宫和T迷宫实验检测大鼠学习和空间工作记忆能力；Western blot检测脑组织小胶质细胞和NSC增殖标志物及血管内皮生长因子受体2（vascular endothelial growth factor 2,VEGFR2）通路相关蛋白表达；免疫荧光法检测大鼠海马区小胶质细胞和NSC增殖分化标志物表达。结果维持吸入1.1%ISO或2.0%SEV 4 h对新生大鼠生命体征和动脉血气无显著影响。与对照组相比，ISO组和SEV组大鼠成年后的逃逸潜伏期和游泳距离增加、穿越平台次数和交替选择正确率降低（P均0.05）。结论 ISO和SEV可能通过促进小胶质细胞活化并激活VRGFR2信号通路，抑制NSC增殖、分化和神经发生，导致新生大鼠认知功能障碍。
