Jackfruit is cross-pollinated and mostly seed propagated, a wide range of variation exists in fruit quality. With the development of efficient vegetative propagation methods, excellent genotypes selected from these seed propagated seedlings will gradually replace other genotypes in jackfruit producing areas. In this study, genetic diversity of 50 jackfruit accessions from three provinces in China was analyzed based on amplified fragment length polymorphic （AFLP） markers. A total of 320 unambiguous bands were produced by eight primer combinations, and 65 （20.3%） of them were polymorphic. Genetic similarity coefficients ranged from 0 to 0.9841, with an average of 0.5000, indicating a moderate genetic diversity in this collection. The dendrogram derived by unweighted pair group method with arithmetic mean algorithm （UPGMA） analysis revealed five groups, and no correlation between genetic relationship and geographical origin were found. Accessions of soft and firm flesh type were not clustered into distinct groups, neither could yearly bearing once, or twice fruit accessions. This study has provided useful information for collection and preservation of jackfruit germplasm worldwide.

DNA vaccines encoding a viral protein have been shown to induce antiviral immune responses and provide pro-tection against subsequent viral challenge. The present article deals with the efficacy of a DNA vaccine greatly im-proved by the simultaneous expression of HBsAg and interferon-T gene. We constructed a dual expression vector pHIN encoding the HBsAg of Hepatitis B virus and murine IFN-T which are connected with Internal Ribosome Entry Site（IRES）. Mice immunized with this dual expression DNA vaccine exhibited the enhancement of cellular immune response and increased the production of anti-HBV surface antibody, compared with the mice of single gene expres-sion control. Taken together, these results demonstrate that the application of a cytokine gene in a DNA vaccine for-mulation as an adjuvant can improve its immunigenicity.

The plant expression vector of choleratoxin B subunit（CTB）-human insulin（BA） fusion protein pBI121/（CTB-BA） was constructed first and then the Gynostemma Pentapyhllum Makino callus cell line that could express CTB-human insulin fusion protein was constructed and its hypoglycemic effect was evaluated in mice. The plant expression vector pBl 121/（CTB-BA） was digested with both BamI and SacI. Agrobacterium tumerfaciens strain LBA4404 was transformed with previously constructed recombinant plasmid pBI121/（CTB-BA） via the freeze thawing method, then CTB-BA gene was integrated to G Pentapyhllum Makino callus cells by co-culturing the cells with the transformed LBA4404 strain. The transformed G Pentapyhllum Makino callus cells were identified by DNA sequence assey and RT-PCR. The expressed product was identified by western-blot and its amount was tested by ELISA kit and its blood sugar decreasing effect was tested in mice. The sequences of synthetic CTB and human insulin genes（BA） were completely identical to those designed. Restriction map proved that the length of gene fragment in- serted into expression vector pBI121 was consistent with that expected. The sequence of genomic DNA of expressed product was completely identical to that designed. The result of RT-PCR was consistent with that expected. The expressed product showed a specific band with a relative molecular mass of 17000 by Western-blot. The human insulin expression amount was 6.03 μIU/mL according to the ELISA result. The animal test showed that only the G Pentapyhllum Makino callus cell line itself showed activity in decreasing the blood sugar of mice, however, the activity of the transformed G Pentapyhllum Makino callus cells was much higher, The plant expression vector pBI121/（CTB-BA） was constructed and expressed in the G Pentapyhllum Makino callus cells successfully for the first time. Insect glutathione S-transferases （GSTs） play important roles in detoxifying toxic compounds and eliminating oxidative stress caused by these compounds. In this study, detoxification activity of the epsilon GST S1GSTE1 in Spodoptera litura was analyzed for several insecticides and heavy metals. S1GSTE1 was significantly up-regulated by chlor- pyrifos and xanthotoxin in the midgut of S. litura. The recombinant S1GSTE1 had Vmax （reaction rate of the enzyme saturated with the substrate） and Km （michaelis constant and equals to the substrate concentration at half of the maximum reaction rate of the enzyme） values of 27.95 ± 0.88μmol/min/mg and 0.87 ± 0.028 mmol/L for glutathione, respec- tively, and Vmax and Km values of 22.96 ± 0,78μmol/min/mg and 0.83 ± 0.106 mmol/L for 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene, respectively. In vitro enzyme indirect activity assay showed that the recombinant S1GSTE 1 possessed high binding activities to the insecticides chlor- pyrifos, deltamethrin, malathion, phoxim and dichloro-diphenyl-trichloroethane （DDT）. S1GSTE1 showed higher binding activity to toxic heavy metals cadmium, chromium and lead than copper and zinc that are required for insect normal growth. Western blot analysis showed that S1GSTE1 was induced in the gut of larvae fed with chlorpyrifos or cadmium. S1GSTE1 also showed high peroxidase activity. All the results together indicate that S1G- STE1 may play an important role in the gut orS. litura to protect the insect from the toxic effects of these compounds and heavy metals.

The cellular immunity of current influenza split vaccine is relatively low. It is necessary to develop a novel vaccine to improve the cellular immunity. The authors of this study prepared liposome-encapsulated influenza split vaccine and tested it in BALB/c mice. The mice were immunized once with 4 μg of haemagglutinin of monovalent A/ New Caledonia/20/99 （H1N1 ） encapsulated with liposomes or the split virus vaccine only through intrastomach injection. In a comparative study, it was observed that the liposome-encapsulated vaccine elicited a higher neutralizing antibedy response, more effectively stimulated spleen cell proliferation, increased cell subsets like CD^4＋ and CD^4＋/ CD8^＋ , and triggered IL-4 and IFN-γ production.

Cryogenic pre-deformation treatment has been widely used to effectively improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of steels and novel metals. However,the dislocation evolution and phase transformation induced by different degrees of deep cryogenic deformation are not yet fully elucidated. In this study, the effects of multiple cryogenic pre-treatments on the mechanical properties and deformation mechanisms of a paramagnetic Fe63.3Mn14-Si9.1Cr9.8C3.8medium-entropy alloy（MEA） were investigated, leading to the discovery of a pretreated MEA that exhibits exceptional mechanical properties, including a fracture strength of 3.0 GPa, plastic strain of 26.1% and work-hardening index of 0.57. In addition, X-ray diffraction（XRD） and transmission electron microscopy（TEM）analyses revealed that multiple cryogenic pre-deformation treatments significantly increased the dislocation density of the MEA(from 9 × 1015to 4 × 1016m-2after three pretreatments), along with a transition in the dislocation type from predominantly edge dislocations to mixed dislocations（including screw-and edge-type dislocations）. Notably, this pretreated MEA retained its paramagnetic properties（μr< 1.0200） even after fracture. Thermodynamic calculations showed that cryogenic pretreatment can significantly reduce the stacking fault energy of the MEA by a factor of approximately four(i.e., from 9.7 to2.6 m J·m-2), thereby activating the synergistic effects of transformation-induced plasticity, twinning-induced plasticity and dislocation strengthening mechanisms. These synergistic effects lead to simultaneous strength and ductility enhancement of the MEA.

At present,industrial synthetic ammonia was still obtained through the Hubble-Bosch process,with large energy *** is a research hotspot to realize green synthetic ammonia by using solar *** difficulty of photocatalytic ammonia synthesis was that the photo-excited electrons have not enough energy to active N≡*** this study,Ti was doped into BiOBr by one-step hydrothermal method,which was oxidized into TiO_(2)when the doping amount reaches the maximum,in situ forming Ti_(0.31)B_(0.69)OB/TiO_(2)*** from the synergistic effect of Ti doping and S-scheme heterojunction,the synthetic ammonia efficiency of Ti_(0.31)B_(0.69)OB/TiO_(2)-11.96 reached 1.643 mmol·g_(cat)^(-1)at mild conditions and without hole scavenger for up to 7 h,the efficiency of synthetic ammonia is 115 times,10.5 times and 3.3 times of that of BiOBr,Ti_(0.31)B_(0.69)OB and TiO_(2),***,DFT calculation confirms that Ti doping accurately refine the electronic structure of BiOBr,facilitate nitrogen adsorption activation and reduce hydrogenation reaction energy barrier,thus accelerating the reaction kinetics of photocatalytic nitrogen reduction(NRR),Meanwhile,constructing S-scheme heterojunction boosts the separation and transfer of photogenerated electron-hole pairs,improving the reduction ability of electrons in the conduction band of TiO_(2)and the oxidation ability of holes in the valence band of Ti_(0.31)B_(0.69)OB.

Users’interests are often diverse and multi-grained,with their underlying intents even more *** captur-ing users’interests and uncovering the relationships between diverse interests are key to news ***,diversity is an important metric for evaluating news recommendation algorithms,as users tend to reject excessive homogeneous information in their recommendation ***,recommendation models themselves lack diversity awareness,making it challenging to achieve a good balance between the accuracy and diversity of news *** this paper,we propose a news recommendation algorithm that achieves good performance in both accuracy and *** most existing works that solely optimize accuracy or employ more features to meet diversity,the proposed algorithm leverages the diversity-aware capability of the ***,we introduce an augmented user model to fully capture user intent and the behavioral guidance they might undergo as a ***,we focus on the relationship between the original clicked news and the augmented clicked ***,we propose an effective adversarial training method for diversity(AT4D),which is a pluggable component that can enhance both the accuracy and diversity of news recommendation *** experiments on real-world datasets confirm the efficacy of the proposed algorithm in improving both the accuracy and diversity of news recommendations.
